Abstract: The present subject matter relates to a carton. In an example, a carton (100) comprising a rotatable inner tray (400) for allowing a user to view and access contents stored in the carton (100) is described. The carton (100) comprises a base container (102) having a flat base (200) with walls along a periphery and a lid (104) to cover the base container (102). The lid (102) has at least one aperture hole (106) and window (108). Further, an inner tray (400) comprising a lever (500) is placed atop the base container (102), such that the lever (500) may protrude along a vertical axis of the inner tray (400). The lever (500) is accessible through the at least one aperture hole (106) for allowing the user to rotate the inner tray with respect to the flat base (200) of the base container (102).

an inner tray (400) placed atop the flat base (200), wherein the inner tray (400) comprises
a lever (500) fixedly attached to the inner tray (400), the lever (500) protruding along a vertical axis of the inner tray (400), such that the lever (500) is accessible through the at least one aperture hole (106), and wherein the lever (500) is operable to rotate the inner tray (400) with respect to the flat base (200).
2. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base container (102) and the lid (104) are made of a paperboard, the paperboard being die-cut and foldable into the base container (102) and the lid (104) attached along one edge of the paperboard.
3. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner tray (400) is made of a paperboard, the paperboard being die-cut and foldable into the inner tray (400).
4. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lever (500) is placed along a central vertical axis of the inner tray (400), and wherein a corresponding position of the aperture hole (106) is at a center of the lid (104).
5. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein a predefined gap is present between the inner tray (400) and the periphery of the walls to provide for rotation of the inner tray (400) with respect to the flat base (200).
6. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the window (108) is foldable by a predetermined angle to allow access content placed within the carton (100).
7. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 6, wherein the window (108) comprises a locking mechanism (110).
8. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 7, wherein the locking mechanism (110) comprises a slit at a predetermined position at the periphery of the lid (104), the slit is to receive a protruding end (202) of the window (108) in a closed position of the window (108).
9. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 6, wherein the window (108) is to detachably couple to a holding mechanism (112) provided on the lid (104) in an open position of the window (108).
10. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein a disk (300) is mounted between the base container (102) and the inner tray (400) to provide for rotation of the inner tray (400) with respect to the flat base (200) of the base container.
11. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 10, wherein the disk (300) comprises a pivot at a central axis, and wherein the pivot is to provide a rotational movement to the inner tray (400).
12. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner tray (400) has a flat base (402) with walls along a periphery, the walls being substantially perpendicular to the flat base (402).
13. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein portions (302) of one or more walls of the base container (102) are made transparent to allow content placed within the carton (100) to be viewed.
14. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 12, wherein portions (404) of one or more walls of the inner tray (400) are made transparent, such that a transparent portion (302) of a wall of the base container (102) coincides with a transparent portion (404) of a wall of the inner tray (400) to provide for a level of the content placed within the carton (100) to be determined.
15. The carton (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein an upper lever (600) is removably coupled to the lever (500), the upper lever (600) being a protrusion protruding outwardly through the aperture hole (106).
