which it is to be performed

CHANGEABLE BUTTON CLIP OR COVER

FIELD OF INVENTION:

[0001] The present invention relates to a device of button clip/cover or cover, and especially applying to garments of all kinds with buttons affixed at one or more side of garments or fabrics. More particularly the invention is related to a changeable or detachable clothing button clip/cover, which can be used for all kind of buttons on one or more garments or fabrics.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Buttons are generally formed but not limited to a circular shape, and affixed at one side of the clothing, which allows opening or closing. Button covers have had traditional application as a decorative accessory for shirts that when applied over the cuff buttons, simulate the presence of cuff links. The advantage of these button covers, with respect to a traditional cuff link, resides in that they can be used in conjunction with any kind of shirt, without requiring the characteristic pair of button holes necessary when using cuff links. Moreover, these button covers may be used on women's blouse cuffs, as well as other locations for buttons when desired to produce an aesthetically attractive effect.
[0003] Customarily cloth manufacturing companies showcase their company brands with pins, such as batches. But one problem with batches may be very low durable quality due to paper and plastic. Another problem is oversized of the batches, due to which it is sometimes impossible to use the batches for all occasions.
[0004] A button cover consists usually of an ornamental covering portion, known in a large number of shapes and designs, fixable to the button by means of a support member, generally comprising a pair of elastic clamping arms with rounded, constantly contacting ends, through which the button thread is forced to pass so as to block the thread between the arms. A fastening support of this type has the disadvantage that said clamping arms become loose with the use thus causing the release of the thread; in this way the button cover can disengage from the button casually and get lost.
[0005] Another type of button cover has a fastening device comprising an edge extending from one face of the ornamental covering portion so as to house the button: a part of the edge is integral with the covering portion, while the remaining part is hinged to it and can be secured the fixed part of the edge by means of an elastic tooth or hook so as to keep the button therein. In this case too the elastic tooth or hook may not assure good fastening conditions with the use, this resulting in the risk of loosing the button cover.
[0006] A customary way that cloth manufacturing companies generally uses to showcase their brand may be by embroidery on a buttoned cloth. But the problem with the embroidery on the buttoned cloth may be the fixed branding. The user of the cloth cannot change the branding of the cloth as it is permanently affixed with the embroidery on the buttoned cloth.
[0007] Another customary way that the cloth manufacturing companies generally use is to showcase their brand by plastic sliders or plastic clip/covers. But the problem with the plastic sliders or plastic clip/covers that is of very low durability. When user uses the plastic sliders or the plastic clip/covers at a regular interval, there may be a probability of damage or breakage of the plastic sliders or the plastic clip/covers.
[0008] Another customary way that the cloth manufacturing companies generally use to showcase their brand is by a magnetic solution for a button row and left chest area. But the problem with the magnetic solution may be verifiable bad effects on the heart. User may have heart problem, if the magnetic solution for the button row may used at a regular interval.
[0009] Accordingly, existing methods, and devices are often difficult to use and often prevent the users from making effective use of the technology. Therefore, there is a genuine need to overcome all the above problems by developing a device for improved changeable button clip/cover and method that addresses the herein above mentioned issues and problems. There is further a need for a method and device, which is efficient, dynamic and simple.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

[00010] It is an objective of the invention to provide a light cloth button clip/cover, which may be made of non-corrosive material with a flat cover and that may be used to showcase the cloth branding.
[00011] It is an objective of the invention to provide the button clip/cover of all finishing and shape, such as flat, epoxy, round, rectangle, etc.
[00012] It is an objective of the invention to provide a highly durable and flexible clip/cover for cloth and fashion accessories.
[00013] It is an objective of the invention to provide a UV printed raw clip/cover coated with a mixed solution.
[00014] It is another objective of the invention to provide a hinge to the button clip/cover, which may be utilized to open and close the button clip/cover.
[00015] It is another objective of the invention that the button clip/cover is lightweight and fits to all kinds of button.
[00016] It is another objective of the invention that the button clip/cover is used in retail, wholesale, B2C (Business to Business), B2B (Business to Customer), apparel and merchandising.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[00017] The present invention generally relates to the field of device and method for a changeable or detachable button clip/cover that may be used for all kind of buttons on garments, fabrics, shirts and fashion accessories. In addition, the field of the invention relates to device and method which teach users how to use the changeable or detachable cloth button clip/cover in shirts and fashion accessories, which include all kinds’ top-wears and bottom-wears for both male and female.
[00018] Although the present disclosure is explained with respect to one or more methods and device for changeable or detachable button clip/cover/cover and way to use the changeable button clip/cover/cover for all type of cloths and fashion accessories, it would be appreciated that this application is used for illustration purposes, but it is not a limitation.
[00019] In an embodiment of the present invention, the clip/cover may be made but not limited to Ultraviolet UV-print process, and the Ultraviolet UV-print process may be individualized based on the requirement. The clip/cover may be made but is not limited to brass, which may be but not limited to non-corrosiveness and has a long shelf life. The clip/cover may have two parts joined at the base. The back side panel may be but not limited to 2-D shaped and connected with one or more hinges on two sides which may hold the front cover, which may be a circular plate of brass curved inwards making concave shape.
[00020] In an embodiment of the present invention, the clip/cover may be but not limited to circular in shape and hollowness which may give it ability for the back panel to slide behind the button and close the front panel facing the cloth button. Once a user wears the clip/cover he/she may not be able to see the button and will only see the branding of this clip/cover at the place where the button existed.

The aspects of the invention will be realized and attained by means of the elements and combinations particularly pointed out in the appended claims. [00035] Figure 1 is perspective view diagram which illustrates the changeable or detachable button clip/cover 100, which may be provided with a clip/cover. The button clip/cover 100 comprises a first clip/cover portion 102 and a second clip/cover portion 104. The clip/cover 100 may be intended to be able to insert the first clip/cover portion 102 at a button affixed at a cloth or garment. The first clip/cover portion 102 may be coupled to the end of the button affixed to the cloth of a conventional shirt. The first clip/cover portion 102 of the clip/cover may be provided with a button body. The button body may be coupled to the cloth button through a hole which allows the changeable button clip/cover to lock cloth buttons.
[00036] In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the clip/cover 100 may be made of but is not limited to brass, copper, or any other non-corrosive material, and has a long shelf life. The first clip portion 102 and the second clip portion 104 of the changeable clip/cover 100 may be joined at the base. The back-side panel of the first portion 102 of the clip/cover 100 may be 2-D shaped and connected with one or more hinges on two sides which may hold the second portion 104 which is a front cover. The panel may be made of a circular plate of brass curved inwards making concave shape.
[00037] Figure 2 is a diagram which illustrates the horizontal view of changeable or detachable button clip/cover 200. The detachable button clip/cover 200 may be but not limited to circular in shape, hollow, or any dimension or shape, which may give it an ability for the back panel i.e. the first clip portion 202, which has a groove slides behind the button and close the front panel i.e. the second clip portion 204 of the clip/cover 200, which faces the cloth button. Once the user wears the clip/cover 200 he/she may not be able to see the button and will only see the branding of this clip/cover 200 at the place where the button existed.
[00038] Figure 3 is a diagram which illustrates the vertical view of changeable or detachable button clip/cover 300, the changeable button clip/covers 300 may be manufactured by but is not limited to ultraviolet (UV) print process, which may be done in a flatbed printer. The changeable clip/covers are may be coated with a specifically mixed solution before we the UV print process. Additional features, such as embossed epoxy design may be added after the general print process. The changeable button clip/cover 300 may be manufactured with all kinds of finishing and shapes, such as flat, epoxy, round, rectangle, or as per the requirements of the user.
[00039] The corporate gifting space for companies is searching for new ways to showcase their brand and new ideas to gift to their employees or associates. The number of companies and employees is permanently growing. The customizable button clip is a new and innovative way for companies to showcase their brand directly on the button row or on their cufflinks. The button cover includes of three main elements, such as a detachable clip/cover 300 that is made out of but not limited to copper with a flat cover that is used to showcase the branding and a flexible element for the clip/cover function of the button cover, to open and close the clip, the detachable clips/cover 300 is coated with a specifically mixed solution before we start the UV printing process; the printing process is but not limited to ultraviolet, done in a flatbed printer. All additional features, such as embossed epoxy design, are added after the general printing process.
[00040] Figure 4 is a diagram which illustrates the back view of changeable or detachable button clip/cover 400. The detachable button clip/cover 400 may be but not limited to circular in shape, hollow, or any dimension or shape, which may give it an ability for the back panel i.e. the first clip portion 402, which has a groove slides behind the button and close the front panel i.e. the second clip portion 404 of the clip/cover 400, which faces the cloth button. Once the user wears the clip/cover 400 he/she may not be able to see the button and will only see the branding of this clip/cover 400 at the place where the button existed.
[00041] In accordance with an embodiment of the invention, the changeable button clip/covers can be used but not limited to retail, wholesale, B2C (Business to Business), B2B (Business to Customer), apparel and merchandising.
[00042] The foregoing illustrated and described embodiments of the invention are susceptible to various modifications and alternative forms, and it should be understood that the invention generally, as well as the specific embodiments described herein, are not limited to the particular forms or embodiments disclosed, but cover all modifications, equivalents and alternatives falling within the scope of the appended claims. By way of non- limiting example, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that particular features or characteristics in one embodiment may be combined as suitable with features or characteristics described in another embodiment. Moreover, the device and method for of the present invention can be a system used along with an automated or even with a manual system.

,CLAIMS:We Claim:

1. A changeable button clip comprising
a detachable button clip (100), which is provided with a cover;
a first clip portion (102) of a button cover, wherein the first clip portion is inserted at a button affixed with a garment;
a second clip portion (104), which faces the garment button, wherein the first clip portion (102) and the second clip portion (104) are coupled with each other with one or more hinges; and
wherein the first clip portion (102) to slide behind the button and close the front panel, which is the second clip portion 104 of the clip/cover (100).

2. The changeable button clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detachable clip (100) is not limited to circular in shape, hollow, or any dimension or shape, which gives the detachable clip (100) an ability for the back panel to hold the garment button.

3. The changeable button clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the changeable button clip (100) is manufactured by brass, copper, and/or any other non-corrosive material.

4. The changeable button clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the changeable button clip (100) is manufactured ultraviolet (UV) print process, which is done in a flatbed printer.

5. The changeable button clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first clip portion (102) has grooves, which slides behind the garment button and the second clip portion (104) is the openable potion couple with the first clip portion (102) with one or more hinges.

6. A method of changing a button clip comprising
providing a detachable button clip (100), which is provided with a cover;
inserting a first clip portion (102) of a button cover, wherein the first clip portion is inserted at a button affixed with a garment;
facing a second clip portion (104), which faces the garment button, wherein the first clip portion (102) and the second clip portion (104) are coupled with each other with one or more hinges; and
wherein pressing the first clip portion (102) to slide behind the button and close the front panel, which is the second clip portion 104 of the clip/cover (100).
