Claims:1. A low-cost smartcard is utilized here for accessing the medical records whenever needed. It consists of interlinked web application and mobile application. The configuration of smartcard setup embeds a QR and NFC Technology which are used to access information from the cloud and for payment options.
2. The Web application also sends a notification to various card holders in the case of emergency to make donations to the patient. All these processes are maintained using a server provided in a web application.
3. A QR/Barcode scanner and NFC reader scans the code and fetches the respective information. Whenever the patient or hospital authority needs the information, it can be fetched using the smartcard either by scanning the QR or by entering the Unique User ID.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
[6] The terms medical record, health record, and medical chart are used somewhat interchangeably to describe the systematic documentation of a single patient's medical history and care across time within one particular health care provider's jurisdiction. A medical record includes a variety of types of "notes" entered over time by healthcare professionals, recording observations and administration of drugs and therapies, orders for the administration of drugs and therapies, test results, x-rays, reports, etc.
[7] A digital medical record is the digital format of the recording observations, therapies, test results, X-rays etc. Description will be in the form of text and the reports of therapies, X-rays will be in the form of scanned images. In order to carry these records while visiting to clinics or various hospitals will be a difficult task for a patient when medications are given in different hospitals. The reports might get lost or may damage during a process of carrying or transferring through different hospitals. Therefore, there is a need of storing these records in a secured manner. In this project, these digital medical records are compiled and stored in a cloud by scanning a particular QR provided in a card. In order to fetch these details from cloud initially the data has to be stored/entered through a web application that can only be accessed by the hospitals, medicals, clinics and medicine suppliers. Each time when a patient receives medication, the corresponding reports and drug prescriptions are stored in a cloud through a web application. This data entry will be done throughout a person’s lifetime since birth, due to which the whole medical history of a particular patient can be easily tracked.
[8] A smart card is provided with a unique ID to individual during the process of registration. This card comprises of QR and NFC technology for accessing the digital medical records and payment respectively. A survey is made to collect the basic details of a user and is maintained. A QR is generated for each individual based on the details given by them and then this QR code is printed on a card. After opening the web application, it asks for an authentication. The card is flashed to complete the authentication. The secondary mode of authentication is done by entering the unique ID given which is also printed on a card. User can also make a payment using an NFC tag which is embedded within the card. For this purpose, a digital wallet is needed which can be done through mobile application of this card.
[9] A mobile application is designed for a purpose of holding digital wallet for payment purpose. This application also has other features which enables user to download the available digital medical records of themselves. Based on the treatments, a health progress tracking system is also embedded within this application. A data of valid health insurances of a user also reflects through a particular feature of this application.
[10] In case of emergency a notification will be sent to various card holders who are located near to the particular hospital. For this a network is created to connect hospital and card holder’s application showing the profile of admitted patient who is in emergency condition. A notification is sent to the card holders who are located in ZIP code as same as that of the hospital’s ZIP code. Also, the patient’s family can request for a donation of money or blood using this application in case if they’re not able to pay the hospital treatment charges
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
[11] This invention Comprises of Cloud based storage system so that there will be no data loss. User and owner end apps are built which are linked to cloud. Payment option is also provided through this application and user will have control over cash payment. The smartcard used in this invention is applicable to Hospitals, clinics, medicals, medicine suppliers. Helps to reduce fraud and to provide accurate treatment. It can also be used as Multiservice smart card which operates through a scanner provided in this invention. User App have health tracking based on treatments and no computer database involved. Web based owner end app, hence can be accessed by multiple devices using given ID and password. Card can be scanned only after login. User downloadable reports are available Instead of carrying lots of hard copies and scan reports. Provides valid insurance details. This card can be accessed across the hospitals. In case of an emergency, the need of the patient is sent to users who are located under the same ZIP code.
