Specification

Claims:1. A composition comprising:
a. cocoa extract; and
b. grape seed extract;
wherein cocoa extract to grape seed extract w/w ratio in said composition is in the range of 1:0.66-1:1.5.

2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein cocoa extract concentration in said composition in the range of 0.0002-0.0003%, and grape seed extract concentration in said composition in the range of 0.0002-0.0003%.

3. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein cocoa extract to grape seed extract w/w ratio in said composition is 1:1.

4. The composition as claimed in claim 3, wherein cocoa extract concentration in said composition is 0.00025%, and grape seed extract concentration in said composition is 0.00025%.

5. The composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-4, wherein said cocoa extract comprises at least 10 wt % theobromine with respect to cocoa extract, , at least 15 wt % total polyphenols with respect to cocoa extract, and said grape seed extract comprises at least 95 wt % proanthocyanidins with respect to grape seed extract, and at least 70 wt % total polyphenols with respect of grape seed extract.

6. The composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5, further comprising suitable carriers, diluents, and excipients.

7. A method of preparing a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-6.

8. A method of inhibition of intracellular cholesterol levels, said method comprising:
a. obtaining a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-6; and
b. contacting said composition with a cell capable of intracellular cholesterol synthesis,
wherein said method inhibits intracellular cholesterol levels.

9. A composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-6 for use in preparing oral formulation to inhibit intracellular cholesterol levels.
