Abstract: ABSTRACT COMPUTER IMPLEMENTED METHOD OF SIMULATING LOAN REPAYMENT SCHEDULE Disclosed herein is a computer implemented method of simulating repayment schedule with variable parameters as per business requirements under Automated Financial data management. The method computes the Pre-EMI or EMI values as shown in FIG. 1, with the bifurcation of different types of principal and interest values along with the variable combinations of input parameters models such as Standard Repayment, Builder Discount Repayment, Variable Repayment Model and Interest Capitalization. The method provides variable discounts/subvention methods with multiple loan parameters to derive the repayment schedule that is flexible for both the lender as well as the borrower.
