4. DESCRIPTION.
Technical field of invention:
Present invention in general relates to design and implementation of efficient mechanism for continuous air vent and in particular to a mechanism for air release during line pressurized conditions.
Prior art:
Air vents are widely used to exhaust air from an interior space of a structure (such as a home) to the ambient environment. In the existing technology, one rolling seal is given for releasing air from the system. Many attempts are made to invent such mechanism are discussed below.
EP0754580 A2 discloses air vent. The invention relates to an air vent for a motor vehicle passenger compartment, and in particular to an air vent with an air grill that can be rotated to a closed position. A housing 1 has a first pivot bearing 11,12, to which is connected a carrier 20 with a second pivot bearing 25. An air grill 30 with vanes 31-37,38-40 has generally spherical peripheral surfaces and is connected to the second pivot bearing. The air grill 30 may then be rotated about two orthogonal axes within the housing to vary the direction of the air flow entering the passenger compartment. The central vane 34 has a circular periphery, and the air grill 30 may also be rotated to a position in which this vane makes a seal with a compliant sealing section 9 within the housing 1 to close off the flow of air through the air vent.
US 20170022702 A1 discloses an air vent for mounting directly to an exterior wall of a structure to allow air flow from an interior space of the structure to the ambient environment. The air vent comprises a body comprising an opening and a siding portion disposed below the opening. The air vent further comprises a first siding piece secured to the siding portion that is substantially similar to the siding of the exterior wall. The air vent further comprises a damper moveably engaged with the body between a closed position where the damper blocks air flow thru the opening and an open position where the damper allows air flow thru the opening. The air vent further comprises a second siding piece secured to the damper that is substantially similar to and overlaps the first siding piece in the closed position. Unlike conventional devices, the air vent of the present invention blends into the siding on the exterior wall increasing the aesthetic appearance of the siding
EP0622257 B1 discloses air vent for motor vehicles. An orientable air vent for motor vehicles comprising an intake, a diffuser and a diffusion grille which is connected to the intake body with the interposition of an annular frame (14) that is pivoted to the intake (11) and to the grille (13). The frame (14) acts as a ball-and-socket connection element and allows the grille to assume an angular position around a point that lies on the axis of the intake.
US 20160236541 A1 discloses an air vent is described, having a housing with an air discharge opening, a first connection to an air supply channel and a continuous flow channel. The flow channel is curved at least at two opposite sections such that the cross-section of the flow channel increases toward the air discharge opening, and the at least two sections (26; 28) have openings (30, 32, 34), each of which opens into a chamber located behind the sections. Each chamber has a second connection, separate from the first connection, for supplying or removing air so as to generate an overpressure and/or vacuum.
US 9623725 discloses air vent. An air vent for a vehicle interior ventilation system including a diffuse air flow duct with a diffuse outlet opening for discharging the air as a diffuse or swirling jet, a movable connecting sleeve with an inflow opening and an outflow opening as a spot outlet opening, which forms a spot air flow duct at a spot outlet opening. Through movement of the connecting sleeve, different discharge directions of the spot jet from the spot outlet opening can be adjusted. The air discharged through the connecting sleeve is redirect able substantially completely in different discharge directions with pivoting of the connecting sleeve. The connecting sleeve has a greater cross-sectional area at the inflow opening than at the outflow opening and at least one air guiding wall is formed in the connecting sleeve.
Therefore to prevent the shortcomings of the existing technologies and system there is need to design and develop an efficient and novel mechanism for air vent. Hence the present invention designs and develops a continuous air vent to release air during line pressurized conditions.
Object:
1.Primary object of the present invention is to provide efficient and continuous air vent mechanism.
2.Another object of the present invention is to provide a mechanism for air release during line pressurized conditions.
3.Yet another object of the present invention is to develop a mechanism for releasing high volume of air continuously from the system.
Other objects, features and advantages will become apparent from detail description and appended claims to those skilled in art.
STATEMENT:
Accordingly following invention relates to design and implementation of an efficient mechanism for continuous air vent. The proposed mechanism, design for releasing high volume of air continuously from the system and provide two float separate to each other whereas lower float (4) act instantly whenever air accumulated inside the body of air vent. The system act instantly when air accumulate inside, due to lower float (4) free and have tiny hole at the center of upper float (3) give access to air tovvf release into atmosphere. The preferred embodiment mainly comprises of elbow, o ring, upper and lower float, primary seal, secondary seal, etc.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING:
This invention is described by way of example with reference to the following drawing where,
Figure 1 of sheet 1 shows the schematic diagram of the proposed mechanism.
Where,
In order that the manner in which the above-cited and other advantages and objects of the invention are obtained, a more particular description of the invention briefly described above will be referred, which are illustrated in the appended drawing. Understanding that these drawing depict only typical embodiment of the invention and therefore not to be considered limiting on its scope, the invention will be described with additional specificity and details through the use of the accompanying drawing.
Detailed description:
The present invention relates to continuous air vent for releasing high volume of air continuously from the system wherein provided two float separate to each other whereas lower float (4) act instantly whenever air accumulated inside the body of air vent. The system act instantly when air accumulate inside, due to lower float (4) free and have tiny hole at the center of upper float (3) give access to air to release into atmosphere. Act instantly when air accumulate inside, due to lower float free and have tiny hole at the center of upper float give access to air to release into atmosphere.
The continuous air vent mainly comprises of elbow, o ring, upper and lower float, primary seal, secondary seal, etc. there Secondary Seal is free from primary seal, when air will accumulate inside, it will fall and release during working condition of system.
Mechanism durability of novel invented continuous air vent is much higher than rolling seal mechanism. Additional advantages and modification will readily occur to those skilled in art. Therefore, the invention in its broader aspect is not limited to specific details and representative embodiments shown and described herein. Accordingly various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general invention concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims:I claim:-
