Data Processing Terminal And Data Search Method Thereof
Abstract: To facilitate an operation to display desired data among a set of similar data using a touch panel, a data processing terminal displays first group information being part of a plurality of group information and first data relevant to the first group information in association with each other as selectable areas on an input/output means, upon accepting a selection of the first group information from the user, displays, on the input/output means, a group selection area for selecting any of the plurality of group information including second group information not being displayed on the input/output means, upon accepting a selection of the second group information from the user through the group selection area, acquires second data relevant to the selected second group information from the storage means, and displays the second group information and the second data in association with each other as the selectable areas on the input/output means.

1. A data processing terminal comprising: a memory configured to store a list including a plurality of first information and second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the plurality of first information; a touch sensitive display configured to detect a scroll operation for scrolling the list and to display two or more first information and the associated second information from the list, in two or more first display areas, each of the two or more first display areas respectively corresponding to a different one of the two or more first information, wherein each of the first display areas is configured to receive a selection operation; and a processor configured to control to display a plurality of choices corresponding to the plurality of first information in the touch sensitive display, upon receiving a first selection operation on one of the two or more first display areas, and after the plurality of choices has been displayed, to display another two or more first display information, including one of the first information corresponding to one of the choices, and two or more of the associated second information in the touch sensitive display, upon receiving a second selection operation on one of the plurality of choices, wherein the another two or more first display information comprises at least one changed first information.
2. The data processing terminal according to Claim 1, wherein upon receiving the first selection operation, the processor generates a selection area and controls to display the choices in the selection area. 39
3. The data processing terminal according to Claim 1, wherein the two or more first display areas are separated from each other by the second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the two or more first information.

The data processing terminal according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of first information are displayed based on a predefined arrangement rule; and the processor controls to display the one of the first information together with at least one or more other first information based on the arrangement rule in the touch sensitive display.
5. The data processing terminal according to claim 1, wherein the two or more first display areas are displayed in a position where the display areas for respective ones of the second information are separated.
6. The data processing terminal according to claim 1, wherein the first information is group information and the second information is data.
7. A data search method comprising: acquiring, from a memory that stores a list including a plurality of first information and second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the plurality of first information, two or more first information among the plurality of first information and the second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the two or more first information; 40 detecting a scroll operation for scrolling the list; displaying two or more first information and the associated second information from the list, in two or more first display areas, each of the two or more first display areas respectively corresponding to a different one of the two or more first information, wherein each of the first display areas is configured to receive a selection operation; upon receiving a first selection operation on one of the two or more first display areas, displaying a plurality of choices corresponding to the plurality of first information in the touch sensitive display; and after the plurality of choices has been displayed, displaying another two or more first display information, including one of the first information corresponding to one of the choices, and two or more of the associated second information in the touch sensitive display, upon receiving a second selection operation on one of the plurality of choices, wherein the another two or more first display information comprises at least one changed first information.
8. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a control program causing a computer to execute a process comprising: acquiring, from a memory that stores a list including a plurality of first information and second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the plurality of first information, two or more first information among the plurality of first information and the second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the two or more first information; detecting a scroll operation for scrolling the list; displaying two or more first information and the associated 41 second information from the list, in two or more first display areas, each of the two or more first display areas respectively corresponding to a different one of the two or more first information, wherein each of the first display areas is configured to receive a selection operation; upon receiving a first selection operation on one of the two or more first display areas, displaying a plurality of choices corresponding to the plurality of first information in the touch sensitive display; and after the plurality of choices has been displayed, displaying another two or more first display information, including one of the first information corresponding to one of the choices, and two or more of the associated second information in the touch sensitive display, upon receiving a second selection operation on one of the plurality of choices, wherein the another two or more first display information comprises at least one changed first information. WE CLAIM :
1. A data processing terminal comprising:
a memory configured to store a list including a plurality of first information and second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the plurality of first information;
a touch sensitive display configured to detect a scroll operation for scrolling the list and to display two or more first information and the associated second information from the list, in two or more first display areas, each of the two or more first display areas respectively corresponding to a different one of the two or more first information, wherein each of the first display areas is configured to receive a selection operation; and
a processor configured to control to display a plurality of choices corresponding to the plurality of first information in the touch sensitive display, upon receiving a first selection operation on one of the two or more first display areas, and
after the plurality of choices has been displayed, to display another two or more first display information, including one of the first information corresponding to one of the choices, and two or more of the associated second information in the touch sensitive display, upon receiving a second selection operation on one of the plurality of choices, wherein the another two or more first display information comprises at least one changed first information.
2. The data processing terminal according to Claim 1, wherein
upon receiving the first selection operation, the processor
generates a selection area and controls to display the choices in the selection area.

3. The data processing terminal according to Claim 1, wherein
the two or more first display areas are separated from each
other by the second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the two or more first information.
4. The data processing terminal according to claim 1, wherein
the plurality of first information are displayed based on a
predefined arrangement rule; and
the processor controls to display the one of the first information together with at least one or more other first information based on the arrangement rule in the touch sensitive display.
5. The data processing terminal according to claim 1, wherein
the two or more first display areas are displayed in a position
where the display areas for respective ones of the second information are separated.
6. The data processing terminal according to claim 1, wherein
the first information is group information and the second
information is data.
7. A data search method comprising:
acquiring, from a memory that stores a list including a plurality of first information and second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the plurality of first information, two or more first information among the plurality of first information and the second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the two or more first information;

detecting a scroll operation for scrolling the list;
displaying two or more first information and the associated second information from the list, in two or more first display areas, each of the two or more first display areas respectively corresponding to a different one of the two or more first information, wherein each of the first display areas is configured to receive a selection operation;
upon receiving a first selection operation on one of the two or more first display areas, displaying a plurality of choices corresponding to the plurality of first information in the touch sensitive display; and
after the plurality of choices has been displayed, displaying another two or more first display information, including one of the first information corresponding to one of the choices, and two or more of the associated second information in the touch sensitive display, upon receiving a second selection operation on one of the plurality of choices, wherein the another two or more first display information comprises at least one changed first information.
8. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a control program causing a computer to execute a process comprising:
acquiring, from a memory that stores a list including a plurality of first information and second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the plurality of first information, two or more first information among the plurality of first information and the second information each of which is associated with a respective one of the two or more first information;
detecting a scroll operation for scrolling the list;
displaying two or more first information and the associated

second information from the list, in two or more first display areas, each of the two or more first display areas respectively corresponding to a different one of the two or more first information, wherein each of the first display areas is configured to receive a selection operation;
upon receiving a first selection operation on one of the two or more first display areas, displaying a plurality of choices corresponding to the plurality of first information in the touch sensitive display; and
after the plurality of choices has been displayed, displaying another two or more first display information, including one of the first information corresponding to one of the choices, and two or more of the associated second information in the touch sensitive display, upon receiving a second selection operation on one of the plurality of choices, wherein the another two or more first display information comprises at least one changed first information.
