1. A die assembly comprising:
a plurality of dies to cut a slab into a plurality of blocks of a predefined shape; a plurality of cooling channels disposed around the dies, wherein the plurality of cooling channels comprises:
a first cooling channel comprising a first inlet at a first end of the die assembly and a first outlet at a second end of the die assembly, wherein the first inlet allows ingress of a cooling fluid into the first cooling channel and the first outlet allows egress of the cooling fluid from the first cooling channel; and
a second cooling channel comprising a second inlet at the second end of the die assembly and a second outlet at the first end of the dies assembly, wherein the second inlet allows ingress of the cooling fluid into the second cooling channel and the second outlet allows egress of the cooling fluid from the second cooling channel.
2. The die assembly as claimed in claim 1 wherein direction of flow of the cooling fluid in the first cooling channel is opposite to that of direction of flow of the cooling fluid in the second cooling channel.
3. The die assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cooling fluid is a mixture of one of ethylene glycol and water, methanol and water, propylene glycol and water.
4. The die assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cooling fluid is brine.
5. The die assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cooling fluid is in gaseous form.
6. The die assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first cooling channel and the second cooling channel are disposed around each die from amongst the plurality of dies.

7. The die assembly as claimed in claim 1 is connected to another dies assembly through a plurality of conduits.
*# 8. The die assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first outlet is connected to a first inlet of another die assembly through a first conduit and the second inlet is connected to a second outlet of the another die assembly through a second conduit.
9. The die assembly as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first conduit and the second
'&# conduit comprise of cooling units to cool the cooling fluid.
10. The die assembly as claimed in claim 1 wherein the plurality of cooling channels
is disposed in one of linear, circular, chevron, herringbone, and horse shoe pattern.
