METHOD FOR PREPARING A DIETARY SUPPLEMENT AND FORMULATION THEREOF
Field of the Invention
This invention relates to the field of dietary supplements. In more particularly, the present invention provides a complete dietary supplements composition and method of preparing the same. More particularly, the present invention provides a formulation comprising proteins with probiotics, which is further blended with herbal extract pre-blend. The formulation retaining essential and semi-essential amino acids, minerals and vitamins naturally.

Many people suffer from various vitamins, minerals, protein deficiencies, which lead to poor health and disease. Dietary supplements are generally helps in preventive measure and fulfil the deficiency of essential food requirement in the body. Dietary supplements are generally used for a wide range of reasons. Some take to compensate for diets, medical conditions, or eating habits that limit the intake of essential vitamins and nutrients. Some people take them to boost energy or to get a good night's sleep. Postmenopausal women consider using them to counter a sudden drop in estrogen levels.
Dietary supplements come in many forms, including tablets, capsules, powders, energy bars, and liquids. They include vitamin and mineral products, herbal products for e.g. plant materials, algae, macroscopic fungi, or a combination of these materials, amino acid products, enzyme supplements etc.
Various research has been done and products have been develop in the field of food supplement, however, as these supplements especially where proteins has been used takes hours in the digestion and absorption.
Therefore, a need exists for a new and improved nutritional supplement and methods for making same that can be used for consumption of supplements composition. In this regard, the present invention substantially fulfils this need. In this respect, the nutritional supplement and methods for making the same according to the present invention substantially departs from the conventional concepts and designs of the prior art, and in doing so provides a specific synergistic composition and method for preparing such composition which is very effective, easy to digest along with enhanced absorption in the body.
Summary of the Invention
In view of the discussed inherent disadvantages in the known types of dietary supplements in the prior art, the present invention provides an improved nutritional supplement and methods for preparing the same, wherein said dietary supplement composition fulfil a required quantity of protein, vitamins, minerals by achieving the formulation naturally and synergistically enabling overcomes the various drawbacks existing in the art.
Further, there has thus been broadly outlined the advantageous features of the invention in order to better understanding of the advantage and in order to better appreciation of contribution of present invention than the existing art.
It is an objective of the present invention to provide a dietary supplements which provide the complete food requirement of any age and sex group.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a dietary supplements which enable proper absorption of the protein, vitamins and minerals present in the composition.
Another objective of the present invention to provide dietary supplements which is capable of helping in protein digestion and overcome the problem associated with the dietary composition existing in the art.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a dietary supplements which is capable of maintaining memory and also help in enhancement of immune system, therefore work as an immune booster also.
Another objective of the present invention to provide a cost-efficient complete food supplement and having an advantage over the existing supplements.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a dietary supplement composition capable of maintaining memory and keeping the edge as we grow older. The composition helps to improve the efficiency of nerve impulse transmission by strengthening the neurons synaptic activity employing a synergistic blend of herbal extract.
Another objective of the present invention to provide a complete food supplements having substantially fat and carbohydrate free, also devoid of sugar.
In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided method for preparing a wholesome protein dietary formulation, wherein said method comprising formulating a homogenous blend [A] comprising soya, spirulina and lactic acid bacillus in presence of quantity sufficient aqueous medium and blending the same at an optimum temperature to achieve homogeneous blend, adding mushroom powder into the resultant blend [A] and blending the resultant at an optimum temperature not more than 7 min to form a homogenous blend [B], further adding a herbal pre-blend into the resultant and blending them for 40-50 min and drying the resultant blend and screening the resultant with a 20-22 mesh sieve achieve the formulation with maintained desired vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

According to the present invention, the used mushroom powder is prepared by cleaning and sterilising the organically cultivated mushroom, drying the same and autoclaving the resultant into powder, wherein said sterilisation and autoclaving is performed in a controlled environment at optimum temperature and wherein said temperature is maintained by avoiding continuous heat to achieve all the active minerals and vitamins at highest percentage level. The autoclaving is performed for very minimum time of 2-4 min employing on-off technique at a temperature of 1300C to 1350C and a pressure of 15 PSI, wherein temperature is maintained using moist heat.

In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided method for preparing a wholesome protein dietary formulation, wherein said method comprising formulating a homogenous blend [A] comprising soya, spirulina and lactic acid bacillus in presence of quantity sufficient aqueous medium and blending the same at a temperature of 240 C to 300 C to achieve maximum homogeneity along with retaining all the active ingredients, adding mushroom powder into the resultant blend [A] and blending the resultant at an optimum temperature for not more than 7 min to form a homogenous blend [B], further adding a herbal pre-blend into the resultant and blending them for 40-50 min and drying the resultant blend; and screening the resultant with a 20-22 mesh sieve achieve the formulation with maintained desired vitamins, minerals and amino acids, wherein said blend [A] comprising Soy, Spirulina and lactic acid bacillus in a weight ratio of about 2:1:1 and wherein mushroom is added in 2:1 ratio of blend [A] and mushroom and wherein the herbal pre-blend is added in a ratio of 1:2 of herbal pre-blend and the resultant blend [B].
In accordance with another embodiment of present invention, there is provided a wholesome protein dietary formulation comprising a blend of soya powder, spirulina and lactic acid bacillus, a mushroom powder and a herbal blend comprising Bacopa monnieri, Withania somnifera, grape seed extract, Vacci nium corymbosum, Ginkgo biloba, Asparagus densiflorus.
In accordance with another embodiment of present invention, there is provided a wholesome protein dietary formulation comprising a blend of soya powder, spirulina and lactic acid bacillus, a mushroom powder and a herbal blend comprising Bacopa monnieri, Withania somnifera, grape seed extract, Vacci nium corymbosum, Ginkgo biloba, Asparagus densiflorus, said formulation comprising a blend of about 40% by weight of soy protein, about 20% by weight of spirulina, about 20% by weight of lactic acid bacillus, wherein mushroom is added in 2:1 ratio of blend and mushroom and wherein the herbal pre-blend is added in a ratio of 1:2 of herbal pre-blend and the resultant blend.

In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a wholesome protein dietary formulation comprising a blend of isolated protein from plant sources along with lactic acid bacillus and soluble dietary fibres and Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Niacin, Vitamin B6 , Folic acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium (elemental), Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Lycopene and a blend of Spirulina, Bacopa monnieri, grape seed extract, Vacci nium corymbosum, Ginkgo biloba, Asparagus densiflorus.

In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the formulation disclosed above in two embodiments are prepared by a method which consisting of selecting a specific lactobacillus and blending the same with water soluble protein which is further blended with specific quantity of pyridoxine and mushroom before adding other vitamins and minerals, further blending selective herbs homogenously, and adding all the blends in a proprietary blender and employing on-off process to mix the ingredients homogenously, wherein developed composition is having better absorption and digestion and wherein said composition is substantially free of sugar, fat and carbohydrates.

“formulation” or “composition” in accordance with the present invention is having similar meaning which is prepared by employing various protein sources, herbs and additional vitamins and minerals if required in a synergistic manner and prepared by an innovative method to retain all the required amino acids, vitamins and minerals naturally. Further the term ‘formulation’ or ‘composition’ are interchangeably used in the specification and the appended claims. Also the herbs common and botanical nomenclature are interchangeably used in various embodiments herein. Unless otherwise stated all weight percentages as mentioned herein are based on the total weight of composition.
It must be noted that, as used in the specification and the appended claims, the singular forms ‘a’, ‘an’ and ‘the’ include plural referents unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
The term ‘about’ is used synonymously with the term ‘approximately’. Illustratively, the use of a term ‘about’ indicates that values slightly outside the cited values i.e. plus or minus 0.1 to 10 %, which are also effective and safe.
According to the present invention, wherein said herbal powder/extracts is obtained from any desired part or whole part of the plant/herbs preferably dried leaves of Gingkobiloba, root of Withania somnifera, barely seed powder of Bacopa monnieri, root of Asparagus densiflorus, fruits of Vacci nium corymbosum.
The term ‘Controlled Environment’ disclosed herein depends on the preparation of different blend, as an exemplary embodiment the autoclaving steps is performing employing on-off technique at a temperature of 1300C to 1350C and a pressure of 15 PSI, wherein temperature is maintained using moist heat. Whereas according to another embodiment the pre-blend is prepared under ambient temperature employing on-off technique. The on-off technique herein is defined as intermittent running of blender/autoclave depending on the resultant performance of retaining desired ingredients or intermittent running the blender/autoclave with increased or decreased pressure and temperature.
Optimum temperature mentioned herein according to the various embodiments of the invention, wherein said temperature provides better results in the end product.
Aqueous medium disclosed herein according to invention is quantity sufficient water.
The herbal pre-blend according to the present invention is synergistic composition of extracts of herbs developed by blending extracts of the herbs employing any conventional blender under controlled environment and at ambient room temperature and aqueous medium.
Drying according to present invention is perform by employing rectangular / square tray dryer & about 1.0 to 2.0 meters square in area. Trays are usually loaded from 10 to 50 mm deep with 10 to 20% of fresh air is introduce. However, it is not restricted and can be extended to any drying method to achieve the desired results.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a dietary supplement composition wherein said composition comprising isolated protein obtained from whey, cesine or soy, spirulina, mushroom or any other desired sources, wherein soy is used as a powder, soy flour, soy isolate depending on the formulation and use of other ingredients.

Probiotics have been used herein according to the present invention to improve digestion of nutrients in the stomach and small intestine. They are a good bacterium that helps in digestion of protein and reduce instances of gas, constipation and diarrhea. The used Probiotics herein also help the body produce and absorb vitamins and minerals. According to the present invention, the resultant formulation is further comprising a natural flavours to enhance the taste which includes but not excludes natural chocolate, mango, vanilla etc.
The used herbal extract herein are effective for our memory management. Although they have independent modes of action, however when they blend homogenously and synergistically, their effectively increases and they improve cognitive function, particularly powers of memory and concentration.
According to the present invention, the objective is to enhance the affectivity and absorption of protein and avoid the side-effect of indigestion or dysentery, wherein selected protein sources are from any desired source including but not excluding whey, soy, milk, mushroom and other herbal sources alone or in combination thereof.
The mushroom is selected according to present invention is from any addible mushroom, preferably Grifola frondosa, Lentinula edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus.
The formulation provided according to invention is cost effective formulation, as daily use of this will be lesser in amount than the amount has been taken by the conventional protein formulation. Further, according to some of the embodiments, there is no additional vitamin and mineral source are required, therefore avoiding the high cost of manufacturing.
According to the embodiments of the present invention, method of production is having a specific parameters to retain all the vitamins and minerals in the formulation as it is. The temperature and pressure while grinding is maintained to retain all the vitamins and minerals.
The obtained dietary supplement can be formulated in any desired dietary supplement formulation including powder, granules, tablets, pellets, capsules or any other food or drink formulation.
Soy protein according to the present invention includes soy isolate, soy flour, soy seed powder and wherein the used mushroom includes edible mushroom having excellent percentage of essentials vitamins and minerals and amino acids and wherein said composition is blended along with lactic acid bacillus to enable maximum absorption and better digestion of the protein in the body.
The formulation according to the present invention is a wholesome dietary formulation and very effective for the various lifestyle health issues. The formulation is developed considering any age and sex and helpful to manage health challenges like BP, cardio, memory, strength even helpful to prevent various cancer. The soy source, vitamins and mineral sources have been achieved by a synergistic blending of various herbs with other plant sources and avoid of using any external fat, carbohydrate and sugars. The formulation present a great effectiveness and distinctiveness compare to the formulation existing in the market.
Below are the various examples for preparing different compounds according to the present invention. However, the below examples are not limited and will be worked on within the scope of the current invention by varying the ratio and weight percentage of the ingredients used to formulate the formulation.
Example 1
Experiment 1.1
adding 40 gm of soya, 20 gm of spirulina and 20 gm of lactic acid bacillus in a blender and blending the same in presence of quantity sufficient with aqueous medium at 240 C- 30 0 C, the blending process is not continuous and using on off technique to achieve maximum homogeneity, adding mushroom powder into the resultant blend in ratio of 1:2 and blending the same at a temperature of 35 0 C -450 C the resultant not more than 7 min to form a homogenous blend.
Experiment 1.2
Adding 10% by weight of Bacopa monnieri, 10 % by weight of Withania somnifera, 23% by weight of grape seed extract, 10% by weight of Vacci nium corymbosum, 23% by weight of Ginkgo biloba and 10 % by weight of Asparagus densiflorus and blending the in presence in presence of quantity sufficient with aqueous medium at ambient room temperature, the blending process is not continuous and using on off technique to achieve maximum homogeneity.
Experiment 1.3
Adding the herbal blend obtained from experiment 1.2 and the resultant blend of experiment 1.1 in a ratio of 1:2 and blending them for 40-50 min, drying the resultant employing trey drying and screening them with a 20-22 mesh sieve to achieve the formulation with maintained desired vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
Example 2
Experiment 2.1
Blending a specific 60 mg by weight of lactobacillus with 45 gm of soy isolate at room temperature, further blending the resultant with 1 mg of pyridoxine and 2-5 gm of mushroom and blending for 20 in at a temperature of 240 C to 350 C at intermittent basis, once homogeneous blend is the achieved adding 330 mcg Vitamin A, 30mg Vitamin C, 160 iu Vitamin D, 5.5 mcg Vitamin E, 36 mcg Vitamin K3 , 1.3 mg Vitamin B1, 1.3 mg Vitamin B2 , 8 mg Niacin , 130 mcg Folic acid, 1.2 mcg Vitamin B12, 13 mcg Biotin, 2 mg Pantothenic Acid, 100 mg Calcium (elemental) , 1.5 mg Iron, 12 mg Magnesium, 2 mg Zinc, 18 mcg Selenium, 1.3 mg Copper, 0.9 mg Manganese, 25mcg Chromium and 2000 mcg Lycopene 10% and blending the same at ambient room temperature to achieve homogenous blend.
Experiment 2.2
Blending 200 mg Spirulina, 150 mg Ginkgo biloba, 25 mg Grape seed extract, 50 mg Vacci nium corymbosum, 100 mg Bacopa monnieri and 50 mg Asparagus densiflorus blending the in presence in presence of quantity sufficient aqueous medium at ambient room temperature, the blending process is not continuous and using on off technique to achieve maximum homogeneity and prevent the degradation of active constituents.
Experiment 2.3
Adding the herbal blend obtained from experiment 2.2 and the resultant blend of experiment 2.1 in a ratio of 1:2 and blending them for 40-50 min, drying the resultant employing trey drying and screening them with a 20-22 mesh sieve, to achieve the formulation with maintained desired vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
Example 3
Experiment 3.1
Adding 20 gm of soya, 40 gm of spirulina and 20 gm of lactic acid bacillus in a blender and blending the same in presence of quantity sufficient with aqueous medium at 200 C- 250 C, the blending process is not continuous and using on off technique to achieve maximum homogeneity, adding mushroom powder into the resultant blend in ratio of 1:2 and blending the same at a temperature of 300 C -350 C the resultant not more than 10 min to form a homogenous blend.
Experiment 3.2
Adding 15% by weight of Bacopa monnieri, 10 % by weight of Withania somnifera, 27% by weight of grape seed extract, 10% by weight of Vacci nium corymbosum, 23% by weight of Ginkgo biloba and 10 % by weight of Asparagus densiflorus and blending the in presence in presence of quantity sufficient with aqueous medium at ambient room temperature, the blending process is not continuous and using on off technique to achieve maximum homogeneity.
Experiment 3.3
Adding the herbal blend obtained from experiment 3.2 and the resultant blend of experiment 3.1 in a ratio of 1:1 and blending them for 40-50 min, drying the resultant employing trey drying and screening them with a 20-22 mesh sieve to achieve the formulation with maintained desired vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
Example 4
Experiment 4.1
Blending a specific 140 mg by weight of lactobacillus with 45 gm of soy isolate at room temperature, further blending the resultant with 1.3 mg of pyridoxine and 1.5 gm of mushroom and blending for 20 min at a temperature of 240 C to 350 C at intermittent basis, once homogeneous blend is the achieved adding 330 mcg Vitamin A, 30mg Vitamin C, 160 iu Vitamin D, 5.5 mcg Vitamin E, 36 mcg Vitamin K3 , 1.3 mg Vitamin B1, 1.3 mg Vitamin B2 , 8 mg Niacin , 130 mcg Folic acid, 1.2 mcg Vitamin B12, 13 mcg Biotin, 2 mg Pantothenic Acid, 100 mg Calcium (elemental) , 1.5 mg Iron, 12 mg Magnesium, 2 mg Zinc, 18 mcg Selenium, 1.3 mg Copper, 0.9 mg Manganese, 25mcg Chromium and 2000 mcg Lycopene 10% and blending the same at ambient room temperature to achieve homogenous blend.
Experiment 4.2
Blending 190 mg Spirulina, 125 mg Ginkgo biloba, 20mg Grape seed extract, 50 mg Vacci nium corymbosum, 100 mg Bacopa monnieri, 30 mg withania somnifera and 50 mg Asparagus densiflorus blending the in presence in presence of quantity sufficient aqueous medium at ambient room temperature, the blending process is not continuous and using on off technique to achieve maximum homogeneity and prevent the degradation of active constituents.
Experiment 4.3
Adding the herbal blend obtained from experiment 2.2 and the resultant blend of experiment 4.1 in a ratio of 1:1 and blending them for 40-50 min, drying the resultant employing trey drying and screening them with a 20-22 mesh sieve, to achieve the formulation with maintained desired vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the foregoing description was in respect of preferred embodiments and that various alterations and modifications are possible within the broad scope of the appended claims without departing from the spirit of the invention with the necessary modifications.
It is to be understood that while the invention has been described in conjunction with the preferred specific embodiments thereof, that the description and examples given above are intended to illustrate and not to limit the scope of the invention. Other aspects, advantages and modifications within the scope of the invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments of the invention and modifications thereof that do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention
We Claim:
1. A method for preparing a wholesome protein dietary formulation, wherein said method comprises:
formulating a homogenous blend [A] comprising soya, spirulina and lactic acid bacillus in presence of quantity sufficient aqueous medium and blending the same at an optimum temperature to achieve homogenous blend [A];
adding mushroom powder into the resultant blend [A] and blending the resultant at an optimum temperature for not more than 7 min to form a homogeneous blend [B];
further adding a herbal pre-blend into the resultant and blending for 40-50 min and drying the resultant blend; and
screening the resultant with a 20-22 mesh sieve achieve the formulation with maintained vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mushroom powder is prepared by cleaning and sterilising the organically cultivated mushroom, drying the same and autoclaving the resultant into powder.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein said sterilisation and autoclaving is performed in a controlled environment at optimum temperature.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein said temperature is maintained by moist heat.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said herbal pre-blend comprises of herbs selected from Bacopa monnieri, Withania somnifera, grape seed extract, Vacci nium corymbosum, Ginkgo biloba, Asparagus densiflorus.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein said herbal pre-blend comprises of herbs selected from 10% by weight of Bacopa monnieri, 10 % by weight of Withania somnifera, 23% by weight of grape seed extract, 10% by weight of Vacci nium corymbosum, 23% by weight of Ginkgo biloba, 10 % by weight of Asparagus densiflorus.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said mushroom is selected from any edible mushroom, preferably Grifola frondosa, Lentinula edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus.
8. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said blend [A] comprising Soy, Spirulina and lactic acid bacillus in a weight ratio of about 2:1:1.
9. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said blend [A] and mushroom is blended in a weight ratio of 2:1.
10. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said blend [B] is blended with herbal pre-blend in a weight ratio of 2:1.
11. A wholesome protein dietary formulation comprising a blend of soya powder, spirulina and lactic acid bacillus, a mushroom powder and a herbal pre-blend comprising Bacopa monnieri, Withania somnifera, grape seed extract, Vacci nium corymbosum, Ginkgo biloba, Asparagus densiflorus.
12. The formulation as claimed in claim 11, wherein said formulation comprising a blend of about 40% by weight of soy protein, about 20% by weight of spirulina, about 20% by weight of lactic acid bacillus, wherein mushroom is added in 2:1 ratio of blend and mushroom and wherein the herbal pre-blend is added in a ratio of 1:2 of herbal pre-blend and the resultant blend.
13. The formulation as claimed in claim 11, wherein said herbal pre-blend comprises of herbs selected from 10% by weight of Bacopa monnieri, 10 % by weight of Withania somnifera, 23% by weight of grape seed extract, 10% by weight of Vacci nium corymbosum, 23% by weight of Ginkgo biloba, 10 % by weight of Asparagus densiflorus.
14. The formulation as claimed in claim 11, is prepared by a method comprises:
formulating a homogenous blend [A] comprising soya, spirulina and lactic acid bacillus in presence of aqueous medium and blending the same at an optimum temperature to achieve homogeneous blend;
adding mushroom powder into the resultant blend [A] and blending the resultant at an optimum temperature for not more than 7 min to form a homogenous blend [B];
further adding a herbal pre-blend into the resultant and blending them for 40-50 min and drying the resultant blend; and
screening the resultant with a 20-22 mesh sieve achieve the formulation with maintained vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
15. A wholesome protein dietary formulation comprising a blend of isolated protein from plant sources along with lactic acid bacillus and soluble dietary fibres and Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Niacin, Vitamin B6 , Folic acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium (elemental), Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Lycopene and a blend of Spirulina, Bacopa monnieri, grape seed extract, Vacci nium corymbosum, Ginkgo biloba, Asparagus densiflorus and withania somnifera.
16. The protein dietary formulation as claimed in claim 15, wherein the formulation comprises of about 45 gm Isolated Protein, about 50 mg-150 mg Lactobacillus Acidophilus (probiotic) , about 320 to 450 mcg Vitamin A , about 30mg to 50 mg Vitamin C, about 160 iu to 200 iu Vitamin D, about 5.5 mg to 7.8 mcg Vitamin E, about 36 mcg Vitamin K3 , about 0.9 mg to 1.3 mg Vitamin B1, about 0.9 mg to 1.3 mg Vitamin B2 , about 5 mg to 8 mg Niacin, about 0.9 mg to 1.3 mg Vitamin B6 , about 90 mcg to 130 mcg Folic acid, about 1mcg to 1.2 mcg Vitamin B12, about 13 mcg to 15 mcg Biotin, about 2 mg to 3.9 mg Pantothenic Acid, about 100 mg Calcium (elemental) , about 1.5 mg to 4 mg Iron, about 12 mg to 45 mg Magnesium, about 2 mg to 3.9 mg Zinc, about 18 mcg to 26 mcg Selenium, about 0.9 mg to 1.3 mg Copper, about 5 mcg to 0.9 mg Manganese, about 25mcg to 39 mcg Chromium, about 2000 mcg Lycopene 10%, about 200 mg Spirulina , about 150 mg Ginkgo biloba, about 25 mg Grape seed extract, about 50 mg Vacci nium corymbosum, about 100 mg Bacopa monnieri, about 50 mg Asparagus densiflorus and 30 mg -50 mg of withania somnifera.
17. The protein dietary formulation as claimed in claim 15, wherein said formulation is prepared by a method consisting of selecting a lactobacillus and blending the same with water soluble protein which is further blended with specific quantity of pyridoxine and mushroom before adding other vitamins and minerals, further blending selective herbs homogenously, and adding all the blends in a proprietary blender and employing on-off process to mix the ingredients homogenously, wherein developed composition is having better absorption and digestion and wherein said composition is substantially free of sugar, fat and carbohydrates.
18. The protein dietary formulation as claimed in claim 15, wherein said lactic acid bacillus selected herein from the group comprising Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus johnsonii, Lactobacillus delbrueckii sub-sp. Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus caucasicus, Bacillus coagulans alone or in selective combination thereof.
19. The formulation as claimed in any of the claims 1 to 18 which is devoid of any additional sugar, fat and carbohydrate in the formulation.
