PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed : -
Document Reader Field of Invention:
The invention relates to document reader. This application works as a reader of a document in a give folder. What it does is search for a particular kind of a document. This application is much more useful when you intend to find Patent in directions It shows file on the screen and store in a database for a later retrievals.
In the process retrieval of the file through the directory is done by selecting the type of file all the file require to be retrieved are selected one by one which are shown or displayed on the console. And the retrievals done by a double click. When the operation is over this file remains in the database.
File search request and directory name file pattern search algorithm search files and files to users interface.
Prior Art:
Document format is popular because almost all users will be able to open and print them easily. Also it is simple to create and post. But it has certain disadvantages which makes the user to avoid the document format for using. Those disadvantages are as follows:
• difficult to ensure consistency of formatting so can look unprofessional
• vulnerable to corruption by viruses
• may display strangely if they are opened using a different character set to that with which they are created
• appear vulnerable to appropriation as they are easily downloaded and edited

In computing, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is the predominant markup language for the creation of web pages. It provides a means to describe the structure of text-based information in a document — by denoting certain text as headings, paragraphs, lists, and so on — and to supplement that text with interactive forms, embedded images, and other objects. HTML can also describe, to some degree, the appearance and semantics of a document, and can provide additional cues, such as embedded scripting language code, that can affect the behavior of web browsers and other HTML processors.
HTML is also often used to refer to content of the MIME type text/html or even more broadly as a generic term for HTML whether in its XML descended form (such as XHTML 1.0 and later) or its form descended directly from SGML (such as HTML 4.01 and earlier).
HTML has a unique number of advantages:
• all internet enabled users can access it simply
• the whole document is easily indexed by search engines making it more likely to be found by new audiences
• requires no extra software to post
From above discussion it is clear that why HTML format is needed over Document. Hence by considering this it necessary to provide a method as well as system to convert a file from Document to HTML format.
Object of the Invention:
The object of the present invention is to convert a file from Document to HTML format.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for converting a file from Document to HTML format.
3
Another object of the present invention is to provide system for converting a file from Document to HTML format.
Statement of the Invention:
To achieve the above mentioned objects there is provided a method for converting a file from Document to HTML format within a computer system, said method comprising:
storing Document file to be converted in to HTML in a computer readable storage medium within said computer system;
storing one or more conversion parameters required for converting a file from Document to HTML format in said computer readable storage medium;
requesting for the conversion of said file from Document to HTML format to the conversion software module;
retrieving automatically said conversion parameters from said computer readable storage medium by the conversion software module; performing conversion of said file into HTML using conversion parameters and
outputting the resulting HTML file from said conversion software module to application folder.
It is preferable according to present invention to enter conversion parameters manually.
4
A method of present invention further comprises step of initializing said conversion software module, thereby allowing said conversion software module to be executed automatically.
According to present invention conversion software module consists of a set of instructions capable of being performing the task of Document to HTML conversion.
Also there is provided a computer system for converting a file from Document to HTML format, said system comprises:
at least one processor being arranged to accept a request for conversion of file from Document to HTML format;
computer readable storage medium for storing a Document file to be converted and conversion parameters required for converting a file from Document to HTML format; and
conversion software module consisting of set of instructions capable of being executed by said processor to perform the task of Document to HTML conversion.
In a preferred form of invention a processor includes a computer server arrangement.

invention
Detail Description of the Invention:
The above, and the other objects, features & advantages of invention will become apparent from following description read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
According to present invention a computer system for converting a file from Document to HTML format comprises: at least one processor being arranged to accept a request for conversion of file from Document to HTML format; computer readable storage medium for storing a Document file to be converted and conversion parameters required for converting a file from Document to HTML format; and conversion software module consisting of set of instructions capable of being executed by said processor to perform the task of Document to HTML conversion.
One such computer system in its physical form is shown in figure 1.
Referring to Figure 1 there is shown a client-server system 10 which is suitable for implementing the invention. The client-server system 10 comprises a client computer ll which is connected to a server computer 12 via the Internet 14. The server 12 is optionally connected to a database 16 by way of a further connection 18. The arrows in Figure 1 indicate that data can be exchanged in both directions between the client computer 10 and the server 12, and between the server 12 and the database 16 i.e. computer readable storage medium. In order to enable a user 20 to navigate through the Internet to different servers and Web sites, the client computer 10 has an Internet or Web browser 22 provided. At the server side of the system 10, a servlet 24 running on the Web server 12 is provided, together with a workflow processor 25. In a preferred form of invention a system includes a computer server arrangement. Also conversion software module is stored in database.
6
Figure 2 shows flow chart of a method for conversion of file from Document to HTML format according to present invention. According to method of present invention first Document file to be converted into HTML is stored in a computer readable storage medium. Along with Document file conversion parameters required for converting for file from Document to HTML format are also stored in this computer readable medium. These conversion parameters are entered manually. Such computer readable medium includes, but are not limited to: magnetic media such as hard disks, floppy disks, and magnetic tape; optical media such as CD-ROMs and holographic devices; magneto-optical media such as floptical disks.
Then these all i.e. Document file and conversion parameters are given to file conversion software module. This conversion module consists of program instructions which are executed by the processor. This conversion module receives the request for converting a file from Document to HTML format. Then it retrieves the conversion parameters from the computer readable medium.
After getting conversion parameters conversion module converts the Document file into HTML format and output the same to the application folder.
One more embodiment is shown in figure 3. Figure shows flow chart of the embodiment of the invention. Figure shows the flow chart of the method which simultaneously converts plurality of Document files in to HTML files. In this the count number which is equal to total number of Document files along with Document files and conversion parameters are feed in to the computer readable storage medium. Then all Document files are converted into HTML format one by one by and outputted to application folder by the conversion software module.
7
Advantages of the present invention of Document to HTML conversion:
? It can batch-convert document files to HTML files quickly.
? It can watch source file folders and convert newly-uploaded files to HTML automatically. Users can upload document files to your website and it can be automatically will converted into viewable HTML format.
• It preserves original document layout, including images and tables.
• It supports command line arguments.
• It automatic converts files in subfolders.
• It supports dragging files and folders from your desktop.
• It can create run log file.
Industrial Applicability:
If compability with user habits, expectations and multiple platforms is the goal, then HTML is the only approach to delivering a web application.
The present invention is not limited to the above described embodiments, and various alterations, modifications, and / or alternative applications of the invention may be possible, if desired, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention which can be read from the claims and the entire specification. All these possible alterations, modifications, and / or alternative applications of the invention are also intended to be within technical scope of the present invention.
