Abstract: The invention relates to a non-continuous dual-thread bone screw (1) comprising a drive head (2) extended by an anchoring body (3) consisting of a conical-cylindrical core (4) on which at least two conical-cylindrical threads (5 6) extend that anchor said screw (1) into bone the anchoring body (3) including over the entire length thereof and from the drive head (2) anchoring portions of different profiles that provide anchoring corresponding to the different hardness and strength levels of the bone said anchoring body (3) comprising below the drive head (2) a first anchoring portion (7) consisting of a conical core (4a) and two threads (5 6) of cylindrical profile and identical pitch a second anchoring portion (8) made up of a cylindrical core (4b) and a single cylindrical thread (5) along one-quarter turn a third anchoring portion (9) having a cylindrical core (4b) and two threads (5 6) of cylindrical profile along one-half turn a fourth anchoring portion (10) including a cylindrical core (4b) and a single thread (6) of cylindrical profile along n turns depending on the overall length of the bone screw (1) a fifth anchoring portion (11) comprising a conical core (4a) and two threads (5 6) of conical profile that form the tip of the bone screw.
