The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

DESCRIPTION
1. FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention Electronic Security Locking Seal is kindred to a security locking seals and mechanism which is electronically monitored. Particularly, it relates to providing security seals for Containers, Baggage's, Shipping Containers etc. in an effective way to secure the goods or items which are being transported through Land or Sea or otherwise. The present Invention provides Security which are being monitored electronically to ascertain that whether any Container, Baggage, goods or items etc. which has been Transported through any medium, has been tampered with or not after sealing or during transit, which further provide information whether the security has been breached or the container or baggage etc. has been tampered with or not.
2. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Security seals and locking mechanisms and devices are being used to fasten or sealing or locking the containers, baggages etc. to make sure they remain tamper free from any theft or contamination or any unauthorized access while in transit or otherwise and to be assured that the goods inside the same remain unaffected from any forced opening or theft or contamination or unauthorized access (accidental or deliberate). Although Security seals are nevertheless absolutely tamper proof, but when followed with certain stringent procedures and protocols, it can provide security from the unauthorized access and may assure the safety of the goods in transit or otherwise and

provide information to both the sender and receiver about the occurrence of any unauthorized access or theft.
The seals could be included as non electronic seals which are based only on some mechanical mechanism for fasting or e-seals / electronic locking seals. Furthermore the seals can be Single use Security Seals or Multi Use Security Seals. Multi Use or Reusable seals are usually Electronic or Mechanical rather than made of purely plastic. Electronic Seals are generally used for the Transportation Industry for seals used in Trucks, Trailers, Containers etc. There are other types of seal called High Security Seals which are manufactured by the Metal or Metal Cable with the intent to delay intrusion designed with the world customs and ISO security seals standards.
The present invention is based on the electronic security seals and locking system.
3. PRIOR ART & ITS DEFECTS
Undoubtly there are distinct kind of seals used in the market place for locking and securing purposes. But the current invention is not only distinctive or utterly improvement compared to other existing seals, but is also highly secured and effective in intimidating the sender and the receiver of any unauthorized access or theft.

In WO 2006004484 Al a seal for sealing the containers, freight wagons and equivalent where seal is arranged to interact with the door or other hatch that can be opened in order to seal it against unauthorized opening where seal is intended to be activated when the goods container is loaded and arranged to be broken when the goods in the goods container are to be unloaded. But it was incorporated with the Transponder which is utterly different from the present invention. No such Transponder is used in the present Invention.
In US 20100013635 Al the bolt seal and electronic device with arms for receiving bolt seals are explained. But it involves a sensing Circuit which includes sensing contacts which explains the closed and open states whether the arms are in the locked or unlocked configuration. But this differs from the present invention as in the present invention the wire and the device is involved and not any bolt.
4. BRIEF DISCRETION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention overcomes the disadvantages of the prior arts. The present invention Electronic Security Locking Seal is kindred and relates to an electronic security seal and locking mechanism. The present invention consists of device which is made up of Polycarbonate Body inside which the circuits are placed, making the design of the body appearing in the closed view as U-Shaped with base

& slightly bulged with LED numeric display with a button over it. A separate wire made up of Stainless Steel is provided whose both ends are press fitted with cylindrical metal structures. Both the ends can be inserted into the slot/cavity provided in the device. The whole wire is detachable from the Device. After insertion of the wire, the whole device is in the locking position for locking any container, baggage etc. 1. The then goods inside the container, baggage etc. are transported. The Button is pressed for three seconds for the generation of a unique number which disappears automatically. This unique number is shared with the Receiver/Recipients. If during transit or otherwise anyone tries to remove the wire or tries to tamper with the Device or reinserts the wire into that device, the unique number would change but won't be reflected on the LED screen. The receiver when receiving the goods, would match the unique number by pressing the button which in turn display a random unique number on the LED screen. If the number reflected is same as the number sent to them by the Sender, that means the container/baggage/goods etc. are not tampered with. And if the number generated is different, this would mean the locking device has been tampered with and the goods and container had been subjected to any unauthorized access.
5. DETAILED DISCRETION OF THE INVENTION

It displays the View of the Stainless Steel Wire 2 inside the Device making U-Shape below the Device 1 with the LED Screen 5 over the device 1.
Fig. 3 (a), (b), (c) & (d) displays the Front, Side, Bottom Side & Perspective View of the present Invention. It displays the Full Assembly of the device.
2. DISCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
The present Invention is kindred to Electronic Security Locking Seal system and an electronic locking mechanism for containers/baggages/goods etc. in transit or otherwise, on land or sea, to make sure they remain tamper free from any theft and contamination and to be assured that the goods inside the same

remain unaffected from any forced opening or theft or contamination or any unauthorized access (accidental or deliberate)
As observed in Fig 1, the present invention consists of a device 1 made up of Polycarbonate Body consisting of a circuit inside and an LED display outside consisting of 4 digits 5 and a button 6 on the front portion of the Device 1 & 8. It consists of a separate wire made up of Stainless Steel 2 who's both ends are press fit with metallic solids in cylindrical shapes 3. The wire 2 can be detached and exist independently. But to fully lock the container/baggage/goods etc. the following mechanism has to be implemented.
One end of the wire 2 has to be permanently inserted or fixed into that device in either of the slot/cavity 3 (a) or 3(b), or as depicted in 10, and then pulled downwards 9 into the cavity 11 to lock it 9(a). The User may choose to either insert the wire 2 with metallic solids pressed fitted 3 on the left 3(a) or right 3 (b) side of the Device as depicted in 1. Then the other end of the wire has to be similarly inserted and pulled downwards 9 into the cavity 11. Both the wires inserted will form a U-Shape 2(a), 9(a) below the device 8, as displayed in 1, as be in the locking position 2(a). The device is now locked 1. It will generate a Radom four digit number on the LED Screen 5 but won't be displayed until the button 6 is pressed for around 3 seconds. This unique random number has to be noted by the Sender which then would be shared with the Receiver after locking the container/baggage/goods etc. and

during dispatching. The LED screen 5 after displaying the number, the random digits will automatically disappear.
Everytime the wire 2 in the locking position 2(a) is removed, even if any one of the ends of the wire 2 pressed fitted with metallic solids 3 is removed from the slots/cavity, 10, 3(a) or 3(b), a new number is generated by itself but won't be displayed on the LED screen 5 until button 6 is pressed for three seconds. So when either or both ends of the wire 2 with metallic pressed fitted solids 3 is again inserted in the slots/cavity 10, 3(a) or 3(b) to make a locking position 2(a), and the button 6 is pressed for three seconds, a new number would be generated and the original unique number which would have been shared with the Receiver for security purpose, would be erased & lost, which would affirm that the container/baggage/goods etc. are tampered with or has been accessed unauthorizedly.
This number is generated by the semi conductor device inside the Device 8 and which is displaced by the LED screen 5. So when the goods in transit arrived at the receiver place, the receiver will press the button 6. If the LED 5 will display a different number contrary to the number which was shared with him by the Sender after locking and dispatching the container/baggage/goods etc., that means the container/goods etc. has been tampered with or the wire of the seal has been damaged or the shipping documents have been defaced or are illegible.

If the Device 8 has to be transported independently for the purpose of selling, the said Device 8 would be packed in the bubble wrap and cardboard box, and then it would be transported at the User's Destination.
Installation process:
Feed the loose end 3 of the wire 2 through the door latch and insert into the device, position the machine and make sure the door cannot be opened, mark the two drill holes, drill the holes on the doors, and screw the bolts into the holes by hand, attach the nuts inside of the doors and tighten it, check how much of the bolts are protruding on the inside of the door and remove excess with a saw. Once the excess is removed, it. is advisable to remove any sharp edges with a file. Certain application may require special length wire. When-the, vehicle is loaded and the door(s) closed, feed the end 3 of the wire 2 through the door latch and insert into the other end, pull down 9 the wire. Press the Display button 6, a random seal number appears in the display LED 5 for 3 seconds. Note the displayed (4-digit) seal number in the vehicle's transport documents.
On Arrival:
When the vehicle arrives at. the destination, press the Display button 6 again and compare the displayed seal number on the LED 5 with the

number in the transport documents. If the two numbers match - the wire 2 is undamaged; if the seal number does not match the recorded number - the shipping documents have been defaced or are illegible -the wire 2 of the seal has been damaged or shows signs of having been tampered. Take the end 3 of the wire 2 out of the cavity 10, 3(a), 3(b) by pulling it upwards and pulling the end out of the recess of the reinforcement plate.
Press the button 6 while the display is illuminated the current seal will display how many times the seal is being used.
