I CLAIM;

An emergency alerting apparatus, is characterized in that said alerting apparatus (2) comprises an electronic unit (21), a remote control unit (61), a monitoring unit (71) and a warning device (26, 41), said remote control unit (61) and a monitoring unit (71) are wirelessly connected with the electronic unit (21), said electronic unit is wirelessly connected with server (81)
2. The emergency alerting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, said electronic unit (21) consists a microcontroller (31), Infrared receiver (27), warning device (28, 41), GSM module (32), GPS module (34), transmitter (28) and charging port (29).
3. The emergency alerting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, said remote control unit (61) consists a control unit (66), an Infrared receiver (62), panic button (63), record button (64) and a microphone (65).
4. The emergency alerting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, said warning device is a buzzer (26) which is mounted in the electronic unit (21) or externally mounted as a hooter (41) and connected with said electronic unit.
5. The emergency alerting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, said electronic unit (21) is wireless I y connected to interface devices (13) through server (81).
6. The emergency alerting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, said monitoring unit (71) is a camera (72) with an infrared receiver (74) and wirelessly connected to electronic unit (21).
7. A method for operating the emergency alerting apparatus, said alerting method comprises steps of;
- Activating the electronic unit (21) through panic button (63) enabled by user using remote control unit;
- Recording the user's voice using record button (64) and activating microphone in the remote control unit (61) and transmitting the recorded voice to electronic unit (21);
- Enabling the emergency alert process by the electronic unit (21) - once voice and emergency signal is received from the remote
control unit (61).
- Transmitting the information such as location, message and voice note to pre-registered contacts from the electronic unit (21) to user interface devices (13) through server (81).
- Creating alert by activation of warning device (41) and switching ON the monitoring unit (71) for recording live visual and audio of scenario;
- Transmitting the monitoring unit recordings to the pre-registered user interface devices (13) from electronic unit (21) through server (81).

The emergency alerting apparatus and method as claimed in claim 1 and 6, characterized in that, said remote control unit (71), electronic unit (21), monitoring unit (71) and warning device (26, 41) is replaced by an interface application provided in the user interface device (15), said interface application transmits the emergency signal to the pre-registered contacts (12) through server (81).
9. The emergency alerting apparatus and method as claimed in claim 1 and 6, characterized in that said pre-registered contacts (12) is updated by the main user (15).
