Abstract: A method of fire warning system having an alarm unit and a fire extinguisher unit. The alarm unit is having a lever and customized so as to fit with fire extinguisher unit. In attached position with the fire extinguisher, the lever of the alarm unit remains pressed inside. As soon as the fire extinguisher unit is removed or pulled, the lever of the alarm unit is released which creates a high pitched audible sound.
FIRE WARNING SYSTEM
This invention relates to a method of installation of an alarm system and a fire extinguisher to warn the surrounding people about fire. More particularly it comprises of two units, one is a Fire Extinguisher and the other is an Alarm Unit to provide warning in case of fire.
PRIOR ART
It has always been observed throughout the world that at the time of a fire people in general get panicky. Further, frequently it has been experienced that the people are not warned of fire or they have not heard of any alarm to enable them to prepare to fight the fire or evacuate the premises. There are many fire alarm systems available in market which can be installed with different operating mechanism. The common mechanisms among them are breaking of a glass, buzzers, smoke detectors in various rooms of the premises, flame detectors, fire detection units having sensors for detecting ultraviolet and infrared radiation; ultraviolet, infrared and light sensing flame scanners; combustible and toxic gas detectors etc. However, in a panicky situation as explained, people generally forget or do not operate the nearest alarm mechanism appropriately.
All these alarm systems are normally independent units with its individual mechanism to follow, manually or automatically. For instances, alarm mechanism of breaking glass needs manual act of breaking a fire alarm glass to raise the warning alarm while smoke detectors fitted in roofs raise alarms automatically smoke is sensed by it. Other flame detectors are automatically buzzed when a flame is sensed by its sensors. However, none are having a

system to provide any alarm warning system upon removal of a fire extinguisher from its base or installed hook.
OBJECTIVE
It has always been observed that in case of fire, whether a small fire incident or huge blitz, typically a person will rush to the nearest fire extinguisher, grab it and run to the fire in an attempt to extinguish the fire but in this rush rush panicky situation, the action of warning others in the area may or may not take place depending on the persons presence of mind and at times even if he tried to raise the alarm it would be difficult to do multiple things at the same time. Secondly, even if it the alarm is buzzed on one floor of the premises, the voice of the alarm may not be effective on other floors.
To warn the people in case of fire in surrounding area is a prime concern and therefore there is a need for a product that will raise an alarm and make all the people in the premises aware of a fire emergency in a sustained and consistent manner.
The main objective of this invention is to obviate the disadvantages and drawbacks of the existing devices and provide with proper, easy and effective fire alarm system which can act in an sustained manner in case of fire emergency.
Further, many times, the fire extinguisher is being stolen as the same are being kept inattentively on the floor or mounted on the walls.

The subject invention is a method of fire warning system comprises of two independent units with the mechanism of automatic alarm system upon removal of the fire extinguisher from the alarm unit. According to this invention, two independent units or devices comprises of a customized alarm and a fire extinguisher. The alarm unit is having a lever which raises alarm when released while the fire extinguisher unit is a normal available fire extinguisher unit. The fire extinguisher unit is attached to the alarm unit which is rested on a wall mounting bracket. The alarm unit is customized so that the fire extinguisher is attached to the alarm unit. While holding, the lever is pressed inside of the alarm unit. As soon as the fire extinguisher unit is pulled from the alarm unit, the lever of the alarm unit is released and gets activated. The released lever automatically creates a high pitched audible signal whereby everyone in the premises is warned that fire emergency is taking place.
Moreover, such alarm system acts as a deterrent to a thief from stealing a fire extinguisher.
The alarm unit and the fire extinguisher are made of different corresponding sizes in accordance with the requirements.
The embodiment of the invention is described properly with reference to the accompanying drawings. Various drawings are referring different views of the Units:

Fig 1 shows front view of the installed fire extinguisher unit and an alarm unit which is rested on a wall mounting bracket. In this method, there are two independent units or devices. One of the units is an alarm unit and other is a fire extinguisher unit and both are generally available but are customized in such a way that the alarm unit is able to fit into the fire extinguisher unit. The alarm unit is rested on a wall mounting bracket. This alarm unit is also having a lever which is pressed inside when the fire extinguisher unit is installed onto the alarm unit. The lever remains pressed when the fire extinguisher unit is installed onto the alarm unit. The pressed lever is in inactivated mode of the alarm unit. Fig - 3 shows a close up view of the fixed alarm unit and the fire extinguisher unit wherein the fire extinguisher unit is attached to an alarm unit. The installed fire extinguisher unit is attached to the alarm unit in such a way that the lever of the alarm unit is pressed inside and remained pressed so long as the fire extinguisher unit remains attached.
Figs 2 and 4 are showing the front view of the alarm unit in activated mode. The alarm unit becomes activated, moment the fire extinguisher unit is pulled and removed from the attached alarm unit and thereby the pressed lever of the alarm unit is automatically released and comes into activated mode which creates an high pitched audible sound to indicate a fire emergency.
It can be observed from the above description that my invention provides an innovative product which overcomes the disadvantages occurring during the panicky situation of fire and warning others about fire emergency. In addition, this method of fire warning system also deters the thieves.
While I have described and illustrated a particular embodiment of my present invention, I do not wish to limit myself to the exact form shown, which is intended to illustrate the invention rather than to limit it, It is to be expressly

understood, that the invention is susceptible to such changes and modifications which may be made by any person well versed in the art to suit individual job requirements and any such modifications or changes so made in die units or device herein above described and illustrated shall define no material departure from the salient features of the invention herein described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings and shall be considered to be falling within the ambit and scope of this invention and the appended Claims.

We Claim:
1. A method of fire warning system comprises of two independent units or devices. One of the units is an alarm unit and other is a fire extinguisher unit and is customized so that the alarm unit is able to fit into the fire extinguisher unit. The alarm unit is rested on a wall mounting bracket. This alarm unit is also having a lever which is pressed inside when the fire extinguisher unit is installed onto the alarm unit. The lever remains pressed when the fire extinguisher unit is installed onto the alarm unit. The pressed lever is in inactivated mode of the alarm unit. The alarm unit becomes activated, moment the fire extinguisher unit is pulled and removed from the installed alarm unit and thereby the pressed lever of the alarm unit is automatically released and comes into activated mode which creates an high pitched audible sound to indicate a fire emergency.
2. A method of fire warning system as claimed in Claim 1 wherein the alarm unit rested on wall mounting bracket is made to fix up in the grooves of any fire extinguisher and having a lever which when released creates a high pitched audible sound.
3. A method of fire warning system as claimed in Claim 1 wherein one of the units is an alarm unit and the other is a fire extinguisher unit and is customized so that the alarm unit is able to fit into the fire extinguisher unit. The alarm unit is rested on a wall mounting bracket. This alarm unit is also having a lever which is pressed inside when the fire extinguisher unit is installed onto the alarm unit.
