Abstract: The invention relates to Fissure Piles composition for a wider spectrum of symptoms which comprises: Aloe Socotrina, Aesculus Hippocastanum, Acidum Nitricum, Condurango, Hamamelis Vnginica and Ratanhina in equal proportions.

BACKGROUND
Piles is a common name given for the medical term Haemorrhoids. Piles is the varicose veins occurring in the ano rectum The veins round the anal canal becomes swollen and give rise to pain and bleeding There are two types of piles - external and internal. Usually heridetary weakness of the vein walls associated commonly with varicose veins of legs Eixciting causes can be straining accompanying constipation or induced by overpurgation. Anal fissure or fissure in ano is an elongated ulcer due to hard faeces more common in women who have borne children. Pain is main symptom during defaecation, stools are steaked with blood.
The homoeopathic doctor prescribes Aloe socotrina for external piles with bleeding and for severe constipation Ratanhia In case the patient is having both the symptoms, these two may be given in combination.
The object of this invention is to simplify the prescription by doctors for a large group of patients and cover wider spectrum of symptoms in a single homoeopathic medicine in combination.
To achieve the said objective, this invention provides Fissure Piles composition for a wider spectrum of symptoms which comprises:
Aloe Socotrina, Aesculus Hippocastanum, Acidum Nitricum,
Condurango, Hamamelis Vnginica and Ratanhina in equal proportions.
The potencies of the above-mentioned ingredients should not be less than 30 and not more than 200 I he potency of 200 is preferred for achieving better results The tablets of 100 or 250 ing are prepared from the above-mentioned composition and are prescribed bythe doctors depending upon the age and the acuteness of the disease
llxcept Acidum nitiicum, the remaining ingredients used in the said composition are made from extracts of herbal plants
This invention further relates to a process of preparing Fissure Piles composition which comprises mixing in equal proportion at ambient temperature the following ingredients:
Aloe Socotrina
Aesculus 1 lippocastanum
Acidum Nitiicum
Condurango
Hamamelis Virginica
Ratanhina
The potencies of the aforesaid ingredients should not be less than 30 and not more than 200.
Each of the ingredients is made first at first in alcohol or in water to the power of either 30 or 200 i e all ingredients
Aloe Socotrina
Aesculus Hippocastanum Acidum Nitricum Condurango Hamamclis Virginica Ratanhina are potentised to give 30 or 200 individually.
All ingredients to the desired potency have to be made separately and thereailer the said ingredients are mixed uniformly with lactose to form the composition. The tablets of 100 or 250 mg are prepared from the said composition in a known manner.
The alcohol used is 90% alcohol and the water used is distilled water
The invention will now be described with reference to the following examples.
Example I
Fissure Piles composition is prepared by mixing in equal proportion at ambient temperature the following ingredients:
Aloe Socotrina 200
Aesculus Hippocastanum 200
Acidum Nitricum 200
Condurango 200
Hamamelis Virginica 200
Ratanhina 200
Each of the aforesaid ingredients are potentised either in 90% ethyl alcohol or distilled water to get 200 potency. All potentised ingredients haye to be made separately and thereafter mixed uniformly with lactose to get the above composition Tablets of 100 or 250 mg are prepared in any known manner. These tablets are known as Fissure Piles 200

(FP-200) and are prescribed for patients depending upon the age and acuteness of the disease. Even the patients having any fissure piles condition without doctor's prescription can take it himself without having any adverse reaction
Example 2
Fissure Piles composition is prepared by mixing in equal proportion the following ingredients
Aloe Socotrina 30
Aesculus Hippocastanum 30
Acidum Nitricum 30
Condurango 30
Hamamelis Virginica 30
Rntanhinn 30
Each of the aforesaid ingredients are potentised either in 90% ethyl alcohol or distilled water to get 30 potency. All potentised ingredients have to be made separately and thereafter mixed uniformly with lactose to get the above composition. Tablets of 100 or 250 mg are prepared in any known manner. These tablets are known as Fissure piles 30 (FP-30) and are prescribed for patients depending upon the age and acuteness of the
disease. Even the patients having any fissure piles condition without doctor's prescription can take it himself without having any adverse reaction.
USES
Tablets prepared from the above composition are useful for piles bleeding and painful, difficult
stools, fissures painful and bleeding.

We claim:
1. Fissure Piles composition for a wider spectrum of symptoms comprising:
Aloe Socotrina, Aesculus Hippocastanum, Acidum Nitricum, Condurango, Hamamelis Virginica and Ratanhina in equal proportions
2. Fissure Piles composition as claimed in claim I wherein the potencies of the said
ingredients should not be less than 30 and not more than 200 and the potency of 200 is
preferred for achieving better results
3. Fissure Piles composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein tablets of 100 or 250 mg.
are prepared from the said composition and are prescribed by the doctors depending upon
the age and the acuteness of the disease.
4. Fissure Piles composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein except Aciduin nitricum,
the remaining ingredients used in the said composition are made liom extracts of herbal
plants.
5 Fissure Piles composition substantially as herein described with reference to and as illustrated by the accompanying drawings.
