Furnace For Roasting A Metalliferous Concentrate
Abstract: The invention provides a furnace for roasting a metalliferous concentrate. The furnace includes a single hearth for performing roasting of the metalliferous concentrate to obtain a metalliferous oxide. The furnace also includes a temperature control unit for controlling temperature within the furnace. The temperature within the furnace is maintained below sublimation point of the metalliferous oxide.
