, Description:Gist Advisory’s HCX Estimation Model Methodologybuilds on academic literature developed by Jorgenson and Fraumeni (1989, 1992) and Wei (2002) in order to make significant improvements over the Popular Lev and Schwartz (1971) Model for Human Resource Valuation. The Present Invention has overcome the Limitation of Lev and Schwartz (1971) Model. A Brief Comparison Chart is shown underneath to distinguish the comprehensive improvement and breakthrough in the present invention over the herein supra Models.
