Hinge

Abstract: Hinge (1), in particular a furniture hinge, comprising: - an attachment part (2) by means of which the hinge (1) can be fastened to a fixed furniture part (3), - at least one articulated lever (4), - a hinge cup (5) which is or can be pivotably arranged on the attachment part (2) via the at least one articulated lever (4), wherein the at least one articulated lever (4) is mounted with the hinge cup (5) via at least one hinge pin (6), wherein the hinge cup (5) can be fastened to a movable furniture part (7), - at least one damping device (8) for damping a relative movement between the attachment part (2) and the hinge cup (5) between an open position (9) and a closed position (10) of the hinge (1), wherein the at least one damping device (8) has a linear damper (11) with a piston (12) and a translationally movable piston rod (13), wherein the linear damper (11) is arranged at least in certain regions, preferably completely, outside the hinge cup (5), and - at least one translationally movable actuating element (14), which is preferably one-piece and/or spatially separate from the at least one articulated lever (4), particularly preferably at least in the open position (9), for actuating the at least one damping device (8), wherein the at least one actuating element (14) is arranged for the most part, preferably completely, within the hinge cup (5).
