Abstract: This is a new device in the billboard advertisement industry in which we can show the 30 and above number of images using roller rotation and side tightening.' In this device the vinyl screen images or paper images are stickled above the skin and the skin is kept in the rolled form to accommodate more number of images.

FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to advertising industry. Further, this invention relates to Bill Boards, More particularly this invention relates to Hybrid Bill Boards.
INTRODUCTION
It is known that at present each and every industry intends to demonstrate their product to the public by using media. In media, several types are there. Some of the media are T.V., Radio, Newspaper, and Bill Boards.
Among various options available, billboards contributes major role in the advertising industry. Now billboards are available in different sizes and in different styles using different technology.
It is known facts that there are several varieties of billboards are available in the market. Some of them are 1. Static Paint Billboard, 2. Screen Bill Boards, 3. Rotating Billboard. Each one has it is own drawbacks. Some of them are referred in the following
description.
In paint billboards, the major drawback is the reality of the image depends upon the skill of the painter and ii is possible to show the only one still by using this type of
media.
In screen billboard, we can obtain the realistic style of the product but it can show only one image. To overcome this problem leads to the emergence of rotating billboard
has been anticipated.
In billboard one can show maximum of 4 verities that too cost loosing realistic style of the product, because we have to split the whole screen into number of segments and this segments are pasted in the faces of rolling of square or in rolling triangle. Each roller takes appropriate position to show that particular image & in this technique each and ever}' roller has its own gap to rotate so that one did not get realistic image of the product. To overcome ail those 4ifficulties we have invented hybrid billboard has been invented.

Further, the following description described the state of art method, technology, and device in the advertising industry.
STATE OF ART TECHNOLOGY
Following description, discuss about the existing technologies and its drawbacks in field of billboards among in the media.
The available or existing technologies in field of hoardings are
1. Painted Bill Board
2. Digital led display
3. Screen Bill Board
= 4. Rotating segment bill board 5. Projector screen bill board
1 PAINT BILL BOARD
In Recent, year's people are using painted billboards for advertisement.
Painted billboard advertisement image is fully depends upon the skill of the painters. It is time consuming process & cost high, so that it is not successftil. Risjc factor is high when compared other technique. (While painting, the painter has to hang on the advertisement board. In modern technology to catch the advertisement market, it is not enough to advertise through painted billboard, because realistic image of the product cannot be obtained.
2. DIGITAL DISPLY
To over come above discussed proplem and to show the many stills on the same Board digital led display was invented.
In this technique each led contribute in the image of the product by glowing on or off. But major drawback in this type'is realistic image of the product cannot be achieved. Moreover, it can be used oniy in the nighttime. At first, it was available only in two colours, i.e.: monochrome.

Now digital led display is available many colours. Even it is available in many colours it is resolution of the image is very poor. Because the led are not so dense to get the reality. Its advantage is the advertising time & number of slides per minute is programmable. Even though it is not widely used because of its draw back.
3. SCREEN BILL BOARD
To get the realistic image of the product screen billboards are used. It eliminates possible drawbacks due to the realistic image difficulties discussed in the previous billboard techniques.
In this technique, the photography of the product is enlarged on the screen and it is pasted on the rough skin to get the rigidity. This helps to the industry to show their product to public and it is visible during day & nights.
Its only drawback is, one can show only one image at a time, so the cost of the still is too high when compared to painted billboards & digital led display.
4. ROTATING SEGMENT BILL BOARD
In this technique, more than one image can be obtained up to maximum of 4

images. In which square roller or triangular rollers are used. In each face of it is the segments of the same image are pasted on the rollers.
Each one take it is own position to show one particular image. Each roller get drive from stepper motor. The timer circuit controls the time of the one particular image showed by roller. Therefore, it is programmable.
There is a gap between each roller so that realistic image cannot be obtained in this type of advertisement. The image on the roller segment billboard can be viewed during day and night The only problem with this technique is the limitation for number of and realistic image cannot be obtained.

5. PROJECTOR SCREEN BILL BOARI
In this type, the images are obtained from the projector, which is stored in the computer. It has realistic image and unlimited number of images can be showed. Projector screen and computer is enough to show ad and it has realistic effect.
The problem with this technique is that of it has dull effect in lighting or in bright places because it has interference between the projector light and surrounding light. So? it must be used only in night times..
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
This is a new device in the billboard advertisement industry in which one can show the 30 and above number of images using roller rotation and side tightening. In this device the vinyl screen images are stickled above the skin and the skin is kept in the rolled form to accommodate more number of images.
It is the primary object of the invention to invent a hybrid billboard, which is unique.
It is the primary object of the invention to invent a hybrid billboard, which is
robust.

It is the primary object of the invention to invent a hybrid billboard, which is rugged.
It is the primary object of the invention to invent a hybrid billboard, which is economical in manufacture.
It is the primary object of the invention to invent a hybrid billboard that is simple in construction.
It is the primary object of the invention to invent a hybrid billboard that is easy to
operate. -
Further objects of the invention will be clear from the following description.
Now the invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawing which accompanying the complete specification. The nature of the invention and the manner in which the invention is to be performed is clearly described in the following complete specification. Advantages of the invention is also described in the complete specification.

Figure 1: - illustrates the principle of the Hybrid billboard. In this figure we can see two rollers one top & bottom roller, and both will rotate to show the different advertisement Images, which is kept in the rolled form.
The invention of hybrid rolling screen billboard came to overcome the earlier stated difficulties faced in the other types. Now we are going to discuss the invention i.e. the principle of hybrid billboard.
In this bill board the realistic screen will be keep on changing at interval of time for (i.e.: set time). Full the day refer figure - 1.

Unwinding screen roller. We keep the 30 and above of images in the rolled form. The direction of the rotation of roller changes after the complete winding of the screen on the bottom roller, at this time the initially bottom roller acts as a winding roller & top roller image screen displayed at the last will be the first and it will keep on showing images in the reverse order refer figure - 2.

The first one shows the screen before side pulling with lot of wrinkles and Second one
shows perfect wrinkle free view of the screen after side pulling.
Figure 4A; - This shows the drive arrangements .In this arrangement only one motor is
used to rotate both bottom and top roller but at a time it operates only one roller using
two Electromagnetic clutch arrangement provided with timing belt and programmable
logical controller operates it
Figure 5: this shows the cross section of the fiction clutch type roller tensioned. In this unit spring operated pad exerts side friction. This performs the controlled sheet unwinding from the roller and it also performing vertical sheet tensioning.
Figure 6: this figure shows the electromagnetic side pulling arrangements for eliminating vertical wrinkles. In this figure, side-tensioning load given by the spring finally goes to the sheet through nylon mandrel, which is operated by electromagnet. The and for -movement of the nylon mandrel and total inward movement is required for sheet movement i.e. to show different images. The inward of the total unit is done by rope and motor arrangement.
Figure7; this shows the electromagnet unit used in side pulling unit. This unit gives to & for movement to the nylon mandrel. Nylon Mandrel pulling is done by electromagnetic force, and forward movement (i.e. return) by spring.
FigureS: this figure shows the rope and motor assy. This unit pulls and releases side pulling unit while moving the sheet. The purpose of side pulling unit inward movement is for easy nylon mandrel reentering into the sheet, and releasing i.e. outward movement is for side tightening of the sheet after sheet movement In this unit worm geared motor rotates the rope-winding shaft. The motor on off is controlled by plc and time delay unit

(mechanical) to increase the running time (i.e. time between the switching on & switching off).
Figure 9: this shows the time delay unit; this unit consists of three rollers & two guide rods and spring. The moving roller moves up and down by the spring and winding shaft rotation. The main purpose of the unit is to increase the running time of the unwinding motor.(i.e. time between the motor start & stop)

The screen contains two materials
1. Flex (Artificial fiber based cloth)
2. Vinyl (or) paper (Image printed screen). The flex baclcing is the permanent rotating member. The vinyl (or) paper sties with flex backing by the sticking paste coating refer figure - 3.
The figure 4 shows about side pulling the screen if we see the screen before side pulling one can see lot of vertical wrinkles on the.screen this spoils the clarity of the image. So avoid this problem we decided to use automated side pulling system the figure in the side pulling system shows clear image of advertisement after side pulling.
The automated side pulling mainly comprises two units.
1. Electro magnet assembly
2. Rope pulling assembly
1. ELECTRO MAGNET ASSEMBLY
In this assembly nylon mandrel moves to and fro for side pulling the screen. The nylon moves forward using spring provided in assembly and it be retracted using electromagnet.
2. ROPE PULLING ASSEMBLY

This assembly pulls the whole electro magnet assembly while screen changing. OPERATION OF SIDE PULLING
Initially the electro magnet assembly pulls the flex sheet by the spring provided by this way we are eliminating vertical wrinkles using oppositely positioned electro magnets. While moving the screen nylon mandrel tomes out from the slotted screen and total unit moves inward for easy reentering into the slotted screen (because the slotted portion of this screen moves slightly inward due to the vertical wrinkles).
And to give effective side pulling, rope pulling assembly is totally actuated by
the geared motor and sensor circuit _.
WORKING OPERATION OF THE HYBRID BILLBOARD
An improved new hybrid bill board used in outdoor and indoor advertisement having four subassemblies namely roller assembly, drive assembly, electromagnetic assembly, and rope pulling assembly, said roller assembly having the advertisement images in the rolled form on the bottom roller and it is unwinded by the top roller by drive arrangements to show the different advertisement images, said top roller 2 unwinds the total images from bottom roller up to the last image through three idle rollers and the idle rollers are covered by nylon fabric spiral strips for smooth flex rotation then bottom roller 1 acts as winding roller and both are getting drive from the common drive, said rollers having individual friction brake arrangements fitted at one end and the said the friction brake ensures the controlled winding & unwinding and it eliminates the horizontal wrinkles, said friction brake having one rotating disc plate 3, and four spring loaded pressure pads 4 with load adjustability provision, so the un winding torque can be increased (or) decreased with respect to horizontal wrinkles on the (lex screen, said top roller 2 and bottom roller 1 are getting drive from the common drive shaft 5 and electromagnetic clutch 6 with timing pulley 7 and timing belt 8? said two rollers are connected to the separate electromagnet clutch & timing puliey and both clutches are

controlled by ac drive which gives fast movement & slow positioning of the image in to the viewing area of the screen and the speeds are infinitely variable and the said a.c drive is controlled by the plc (programmable logical controller), said flex screen also as the vertical wrinkles removing arrangements namely electromagnetic solenoid assy & rope pulling assy and the said electromagnet solenoid assy having one electromagnet solenoid 9 and to & fro moving spring loaded slide 10, said electromagnet solenoid 9 has a nylon mandrel which moves forward & retract for the flex sheet movement and for the side tightening to take place, the said nylon mandrel moves forward by the spring into the flex sheet hole (i.e.: slotted hole) and it is mounted oji the slide 10 and this moves the total electromagnetic solenoid unit outwards form the middle of the screen for side tightening the screen and the load on slide is also adjustable by the spring and this removes the vertical wrinkles on the screen, said screen is totally having six side puling units three mounted on each side of the screen for the perfect wrinkle free effect, and each side pulling unit is connected to the common rope winding shaft (operated by worm geared motor) through the connecting block (which connects three rope together via directing idle rollers) and time delay unit (which controllers the motor on and off operations), said time delay unit having two guide rods 11 & one spring loaded slide with pulley 12 and two fixed rollers 13, rope connecting the side pulling unit and winding shaft 14 goes through spring loaded slide 12 and this unit moves up while winding shaft 14 starts rotating just some time before the actual screen movement takes place for achieving the full motor torque (i.e.: starting motor at very lower load), as the slide with pulley 12 reached the top portion (where it butts against the stopper) the rope 15 pulls the side tightening units inwardly for sheet movement at the same time while releasing (un winding the shaft) the side tightening unit first moves outward by the spring for side pulling the screen and then only the moving slide moves down by the two spring provided around the guide rod for giving tension to the excess rope form the shaft due to over running, said time delay unit allows the motor to pick up the full torque at the start while pulling, and while releasing (un winding of the rope) and it also increases the time between motor start & stop, time delay unit & rope directing arrangement are mounted on the either side of the geared motor.

1. Government departments can show all their schemes to the public at one place Example; Bank schemes, social awareness schemes.
2. It is useful for advertising agencies.
3. It is useful for corporate companies & manufacturing companies to show their product like ford & Hyundai.
4. Multiplex theaters can show about their programmes at one place.
5. Super markets & shopping complexes can show about their product details & details about the shops.
6. We can use this hybrid billboard for advertising purpose in all airports.
SOCIAL IMPACTS
1. This board will replace the unnecessary and unwanted boards in unwanted locations, so it gives decent look to the city.
2. The cost of advertisement will be very low when compared to other advertisement boards, because in this board we can show 30 and above number of advertisement images in one place.
3. Small and medium scale manufactures can advertise their products to ihe public, in very cheaper cost at good sites.
4. There is scope for exporting this product to abroad countries. So we will get lot of foreign exchange to our country.

We Claim
1. An improved hybrid bill board used both in outdoor and indoor advertisement comprising four subassemblies namely roller assembly, drive assembly, electromagnetic assembly, and rope pulling assembly, the device is such that one can show the 30 and above number of images using roller rotation and side tightening and in the said device the vinyl screen images are stickled above the skin and the skin is kept in the rolled form to accommodate any number of images

An improved hybrid bill board used both in outdoor and indoor advertisement as claimed in claim 1 wherein said roller assembly having the advertisement images in the roiled form on the bottom roller and it is un winded by the top roller by-drive arrangements to show the different advertisement images,
3. An improved hybrid bill board used both in outdoor and indoor advertisement as claimed in claim 1 wherein said top roller unwinds the total images from bottom roller up to the last image through three idle rollers
4. An improved hybrid bill board used both in outdoor and indoor advertisement as claimed in claim 1 wherein the idle rollers are covered by nylon fabric spiral strips for smooth flex rotation and then bottom roller acts as winding roller and both are getting drive from the common drive,

which moves forward & retract for the flex sheet movement and for the side

claimed in claim 1 wherein the said nylon mandrel moves forward by the spring into the flex sheet hole (i.e.: slotted hole) and it is mounted on the slide and this moves the total electromagnetic solenoid unit outwards form the middle of the screen tor side tightening the screen and the load on slide is also adjustable by the spring and this removes the vertical wrinkles on the screen,

claimed in claim 1 .wherein said screen is totally having six side pulling units
three mounted on each side of the screen tor the perfect wrinkle free effect, and
each side pulling unit is connected to the common rope winding shaft (operated
by worm geared motor) through the connecting block (which connects three rope
together via directing idle rollers) and time delay unit (which indirectly
controllers the motor on and off operations),

12. An improved hybrid bill board used both in outdoor and indoor advertisement as claimed in claim 1 wherein said time delay unit having two guide rods & one spring loaded slide with pulley and two fixed rollers, rope connecting the side pulling unit and winding shaft goes through spring loaded slide and this unit moves up while winding shaft starts rotating just some time before the actual screen movement takes place for achieving the full motor torque (i.e.: starting motor at very lower load), as the slide with pulley reached the top portion (where it butts against the stopper) the rope pulls the side tightening units inwardly for sheet movement at the same time while releasing (un winding the shaft) the side tightening unit first moves outward by the spring for side putting the screen and then only the moving slide moves down by the two spring provided around the guide rod for giving tension to the excess rope form the shaft due to over running,

An improved hybrid bill board used both in outdoor and indoor advertisement as claimed in claim 1 wherein said time delay unit allows the motor to pick up the full torque at the start while pulling, and while releasing (un winding of the rope) and it also increases the time between motor start & stop, time delay unit & rope directing arrangement are mounted on the either side of the geared motor.
14. An improved hybrid bill board used both in outdoor and indoor advertisement as claimed in claim 1 wherein a flex (or) vinyl screen as claimed in claim 1 where in the said screen has stretched rounded slot and the stretching direction is tangential to the load distribution direction.
15. An improved hybrid billboard used both in outdoor and indoor advertisement as claimed in claim 1 wherein the vinvl screen rotates to show the different advertisement images.
16. An improved hybrid bill board used both in outdoor and indoor advertisement as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said electromagnetic solenoid actuates the nylon mandrel to & fro into the flex (or) vinyl sheet for side pulling the screen to remove the vertical wrinkles & the nylon mandrel returned by spring.

17. An improved hybrid bill board used both in outdoor and indoor advertisement as
claimed in claim 1 wherein a said PLC (Programmable Logical Controller)
controllers the sheet movement using three sensors provided one for indicating
the fast to slow change operation & second sensor for immediate stopping the
screen movement and third one for indicating last position of the screen, said pic
controller the electromagnet clutches & electromagnetic solenoids and drive
* motor (which is operating two rollers top & bottom rollers) and rope winding motor according to programming sequence.
18. An improved-hybrid billboard used both in outdoors and indoors advertisement as
claimed in claim 1 wherein a method of manufacturing hybrid billboard herein
before described.
19. An improved advertising device such as hybrid billboard (rotating skin or flex
billboard) substantially as herein described in the complete specification and
illustrated by way of drawings.
