Abstract: The present invention relates to infrared rays (IR) heated chemical processing system. This invention discusses the use of infrared heating and magnetic stirring in chemical baths. Chemical baths are widely used in solar cell manufacturing, for a variety of purposes such as cleaning, etching, and texturisation. Achieving uniformity in the chemical process is crucial, and this can be achieved by mixing the chemicals uniformly and ensuring uniform heating throughout the bath. Infrared heating and magnetic stirring have emerged as effective methods for achieving this goal. Infrared heating uses infrared radiation to heat the bath uniformly, while magnetic stirring mixes the chemicals uniformly throughout the bath. The combination of these two methods has proven to be a highly effective way to achieve reproducible and precise results in various chemical processes. Further, the invention can be used in production lines and its throughout can be increased.
