Abstract: This embodiment is related to the Mobile television based on Internet Protocol (IP). This is a hand held system used to receive and monitor the video and audio streams through IP data broadcasting and the user can interact with the content provider through that same IP network This embodiment is like a low cost transistor having IP tuner to tune the specific IP address for watching the television channels by wired or wireless. This embodiment is mobile IP television looking like a transistor radio; by the way it can receive video and audio streams encoded as a wireless IP packets. Mobile IP TV is distributed by a service provider and can be free or fee-based and can deliver either live TV or stored video. This method of invention can be equipped with watch, mobile phone, PDA and other acceptable hand held electronic devices.

This invention related to the system and method of hand held Mobile TV based on IP data broadcasting. Design wise it is looking like a Transistor having monitor to receive wireless video and audio streams.
Description of the Related Art
Mobile TV is available in so many countries with so many technological standards. The standard used in the Mobile TV broadcasting are called as Mobile TV Standards. Depends on the type and usage of the technology, these standards were used by various companies in various countries. Some of the present Mobile TV Standards are ATSC - M/H, CMMB, DAB, DMB, DVB, HSPA, ISDB-T and MediaFLO.
There is no standard of Mobile TV using existing IP network. Existing Mobile TV standards are using Mobile Phone networks and satellite for data transmission. There is also no interface there for user interactions. It is like; the existing Mobile TV solutions are used for one-way transmission only.
The Patent entitled "System and Method Mobile Terminal and Computer Program Product for Providing Push-To-Talk Chat in Interactive Mobile TV" [US 2007/0238447
Al] explained about the apparatus for providing an interactive service during a broadcast service. This invention is explained about the method of user interaction (Chat) with the broadcast network provider using mobile network at the time of receiving video and audio stream in the user device. This patent does not have the explanation for using the same broadcast network for user interaction (Chat).
The Patent entitled "System and method for Low Cost Mobile TV" [US 2009/0083804 Al]
explained about satellite TV reception using DVB with CDMA modulation scheme. Here this patent does not have the explanation of using IP based Mobile TV transmission and also this
Patent has the claim for low cost technology of broadcasting (one way) signals for Mobile TV only. This is not a system for interaction with user and the TV content provider.
The Patent entitled "System for Implementing Mobile Television in wireless terminal " [WO 2009/087532 Al] explained about the method of implementing simultaneous communication over multiple wireless networks. It includes a dual band transceiver, Mobile TV Receiver, Antenna and duplexer for transmit and receive signals. This Patent does not explain about the working of IP network with Mobile TV transmission and reception.
Summary of the Invention
This embodiment is related to the Mobile TV based on IP (Internet Protocol). This is a hand held system or a system can be used with any of the hand held device for an interactive Mobile TV based on IP Tuner. This is a system behaves like a formal audio receiving transistor and people can carry this device any where else while watching the television channels. Instead of FM/AM signal in the audio transistor, this invention system has an IP Tuner for receiving Audio and video streams through IP Network by wired or wireless.
Television Network providers need to have the facility of broadcasting through Internet Protocol. This solution is a very easiest solution compared to the other using technologies of today's Mobile TV broadcast. The television signals (Audio and video) are received in the hand held device through the Mobile TV Transceiver. The user hand held system will have a specific IP tuner to select the particular IP address of Television Charmel. The user of the device can tune accordingly and get the signals from the IP network by wireless or wired.
Without the transceiver, the hand held device is having the capability of receiving television signals directly also. At the same time the hand held device user can interact with the Mobile TV network provider over the same IP network over IP call. This is a system and method of receiving television (Audio and Video) signals and sending the user interaction voice signals to the network provider over IP.
This is method of sending and receiving signals from multiple users at the same time. Multiple users can receive the signals from the television network providers at the same time from their hand held devices. But the same time, the user interaction (Chat facility) may limit by the network provider depends on their capability of infrastructure arrangements. The Television network provider can deliver their channel by freely or fee based to the Mobile TV user.
The network provider can be a third party also. So using this system any of the organization/company can contact various users/customers and mass audiences for their product and services. For consumers, the benefits include a new way to access digital content and services through various kinds of terminal devices over mobile. For content providers, service operators and content creators, it opens new a way to reach mass audiences with their products and services.

Detailed Description of tlie Invention with Reference to Accompanying Drawings
The Figure-1 explains the complete illustrated view of the invention method with the I'epresentation of TV Network provider 101, IP Network 102, Transceiver 103 and Mobile Terminal 104 with IP Tuner 105.
This invention system and method will allow user to view and interact with the Mobile TV channel/content provider through IP Network. The TV network provider 101 can have the facility to broadcast the audio and video streams over IP network 102. TV network providers will have their own IP address for broadcasting their channels. The user device and mobile terminal 104 have the receiver module for receiving that audio and video streams directly or through the nearest located transceiver 103. The IP tuner 105 placed in the Mobile Terminal used to tune and get the channel. At the same time the user can interact with the voice to that Network/Content provider 101 over the same IP Network 102.
The Figure-2 explains the flow of the invention system with the representations of Content Provider 201, TV Network provider 202, IP Network 203, Transceiver 204, and Mobile terminal with IP Tuner 205. The mobile terminal may or may not be connected with the IP network 203 directly or connected through Transceiver 204. The Mobile Terminal and TV network provider can receive/transmit signal in both ways.
