Method And System For Generating A Set Of Recommendations

Abstract: A system and method for generating a set of recommendations for a first user. The method comprises identifying, by an identification unit [102], pre-stored user credentials of the first user. Further, determining, by a processing unit [104], a second digital platform associated with the pre-stored user credentials and retrieving from a storage unit [106], travel identifiers. Thereafter, identifying by the processing unit [104], a travel information based on the travel identifiers. Also, identifying, by the processing unit [104], a set of second users associated with the first and the second digital platform based on the travel information, a past travel information and a past product purchase data associated with the set of second users. Thereafter, retrieving from the storage unit [106], previously purchased item(s) associated with the set of second users. Furthermore, generating, by a recommendation unit [108], the set of recommendations based on the previously purchased item(s). [Fig. 1]
