METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REPORTING AN EMERGENCY EVENT
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a system for reporting an emergency event. More particularly, the present invention relates to the method and system of automatically connecting the emergency contacts of a registered user with the emergency event reporter of the registered user who has met with an accident or has lost something important that had been tagged even without having or sharing any contact numbers.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Conventionally when there are incidents such as an accident (road or personal) and some unknown person is trying to help the person involved in an accident, there are many instances when the person involved in the accident may not be in a position to communicate the contact details of his near and dear to allow the person assisting to reach out to them and inform them of the situation. Furthermore the person involved in an accident may have a phone but the phone is locked and no one is able to unlock the phone.
Further there could be other instances where someone may have lost an important item like a house or vehicle keychain with important keys and some one has found the same but there is no mechanism to reach out to the person who has lost that item. Further there could be other instances where a person may not be in a situation to unlock the phone and dial a number to call for help without letting people around them know that they are trying to get help. This is more important when the person feels threatened and the people around the person are the reason for help being called.
Conventionally, when an incident, such as in a vehicular accident, apprehension, or arrest, the victim may be too distraught or overwhelmed to collect the needed information, such as insurance information and photographs of the incident, and may be

uncertain as to who to contact regarding the incident. Thus, often victims may lose the ability to obtain adequate compensation for the harm to their persons and property caused by the accident.
Some patent applications in the prior art has worked on the subject matter.
JP 2010-114588 A discloses a portable mobile phone attached to a vehicle with a function of an accident report following detection of an accident. The mobile phone includes the following. A camera captures an image of an area forward of the vehicle. A memory records data including the captured image only during a fixed duration. A communicator conducts an accident report to transmit the recorded data together with a vehicle position and vehicle speed to a predetermined information collection center via a base station of mobile-phone line when an acceleration sensor detects an acceleration greater than a predetermined level.
While many smart devices do factor in emergency contact dialing there are many limitations to the same and can invade the privacy of people by letting the numbers being displayed or a voice calling assistant informing you that it is following your instructions to dial a contact.
The technology disclosed in the prior art document does not teach a situation of contacting an emergency contact of the user since the camera only captures an image of an area forward of the vehicle even after the accident. Thus, the need for the present invention arises as none of the existing inventions have been characterized for an effective approach related to the subject matter.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
The main objective of the present invention is to provide a system for reporting an emergency event.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a system that will help users to

save precious time spent in an emergency situation.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a system that updates the emergency contacts with valuable information via a secure and non-intruding process.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a system that integrates and delivers a seamless automated emergency contact service platform helping first responders to instantly reach out to one or more of the emergency contacts listed even without having any numbers directly.
Yet another objective of the invention is to enable the user to get on a call with his emergency contacts without unlocking the phone, searching a contact and dialing.
Yet another objective of the invention is to enable a call via the application even when there is no data connectivity available.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to protect the privacy of information and yet be a source of timely updates between the stakeholders in an emergency situation.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide supporting products for a range of verticals which can help connect the stakeholders instantly in an emergency.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide impact resistant and water resistant products that will be able to still be used incase of impact including water.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to compensate the first responders for any out of pocket expenses that may be incurred in providing lifesaving emergency hospital commute expenses and medical attention under hospitalization
Yet another objective of the present invention is to control the fraudulent reporting of an event by installing various checks and balances
Further objectives, advantages, and features of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description provided hereinbelow, in which various embodiments of the disclosed invention are illustrated by way of example.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a system for reporting an emergency event. The system for reporting an emergency event comprises of at least one recogniseable tag or recognisable image, an interactive system, a validation mechanism, a server, a user device and a database. The recogniseable tag or recognisable image is presented in a digital or physical form on a digital or physical asset of the registered user. The recogniseable tag or recognisable image includes an area that displays a unique reference number or a recognisable image. The interactive system is associated with the unique reference number.The server is connected to one or more networks,and the server comprises programs from one or more service providers. The validation mechanism ensures that the valid phone numbers with a capability of being validated by one or more methods, the user device consists of a phone number and a memory, o compatible code and image capture program and related hardware on the mobile device to facilitate the same. Connection to a phone network via data or any other service the user has subscribed to from the phone service provider to communicate with other phone subscribers from one or more service providers.
A database connected to the server over an encrypted and secure data transfer service, the database storing data including the unique code of t one tag or recognisable image. Computer-readable instructions stored in the memory that when executed on the processor, cause the processor to facilitate the reporting activity of the emergency event depending on the event being reported and on the status of the reporter of the event by an automated calling system and notification to the emergency contacts of the registered user for whom the event is being reported.
Further objectives, advantages, and features of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description provided hereinbelow, in which various embodiments of the disclosed invention are illustrated by way of example.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Definition

The term "a" or "an", as used herein, is defined as one. The term "plurality", as used herein, is defined as two as or more than one. The term "another", as used herein, is defined as at least a second or more.
The terms "including" and/or "having", as used herein, are defined as comprising (i.e.,
open language).
The term "comprising" is not intended to limit the present invention with such
terminology, rather is used in a wider sense. Any invention using the term "comprising
could be separated into one or more claims using "consisting" or "consisting of. The
term "comprising" may be used interchangeably with the terms "having" or
"containing".
Reference in this document to "one embodiment", "certain embodiments", "an embodiment", "another embodiment", and "yet another embodiment" or similar terms, throughout the document means that a specific feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment is included in one embodiment of the present invention. Thus, the appearances of such phrases in various places, this specification throughout are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment. Furthermore, the specific features, structures, or characteristics are combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments without limitation.
The term "or" as used herein is to be interpreted as inclusive or meaning any one or more combinations. An exception to this definition will occur only when a combination of elements, functions, steps, or acts are in mutually exclusive,

As used herein, the term "one or more" generally refers to, but is not limited to, singular as well as the plural form of the term.

The term "means" preceding a present participle of operation indicates the desired function for which there is one or more embodiments, i.e., one or more methods, for achieving the

The present invention relates to a system for reporting an emergency event. The emergency event is reported by a registered user, and any other person who is not a registered user.
The system for reporting an emergency event comprises of one recogniseable tag, an interactive system, a validation mechanism to ensure checks and balances are in place, a server, a user device,and a database. The one recogniseable tag or recognisable image is presented in a digital or physical form on a digital or physical asset of the registered user. The recogniseable tag or recognisable image includes an area that displays a unique reference number or a recognisable image. The interactive system is associated with the unique reference number.The server is connected to one or more networks,and the server comprises programs from one or more service providers. The validation mechanism ensures that the valid phone numbers have a capability of being validated by one or more methods. Connection to a phone network via data or any other service the user has subscribed to from the phone service provider to communicate with other phone subscribers from one or more service providers. The user device comprises a phone number and a memory. Compatible code and image capture program and related hardware on the mobile device to facilitate the same. A database connected to the server over an encrypted and secure data transfer service, the database storing data including the unique code of one tag or recognisable image. Computer-readable instructions stored in the memory that when executed on the processor, cause theprocessor to facilitate the reporting activity of the emergency event depending on the event being reported and on the status of the reporter of the event by an automated calling system and notification to the emergency contacts of the registered user for whom the event is being reported.
In an aspect of the present invention, the processor is in communication with one or more interactive systems over the network, after receiving the required validation and wherein the memory is configured to store and retrieve data received from the

interactive system. Herein, the unique code is associated with a reference number and that reference number is further associated with other parameters to identify one or more emergency contacts of the registered user for whom the event is being reported.
Herein the program is able to operate and connect with another programs that are installed on any third party programs under a useable subscription availed by the third party to facilitate the service to their user base from their own operated memory devices without the program having any personal user details stored on its own and operated memory devices.
Herein, the automated calling and notification system is configured to connect with one or more emergency contacts in a categorical form until the call is connected to at least one of the emergency contacts.
Herein the automated calling system is capable of reconnecting the calls in case of a drop in the previously connected call.
Herein, the notification and communication is generated on the current and validated devices of the person reporting the event and the current device used by registered emergency contact that has the phone number registered as the emergency contact.
Herein validation and consent of the emergency contact is digitally obtained before registration of the emergency contact for the registered user.
Herein the program stored on the registered user phone is able to generate a unique code to allow the registered user to digitally use the unique code on any desirable digital or physical asset.
Herein the program is able to generate a phone lock screen image which the registered user can customize as required and be set as a preferred lock screen automatically on compatible mobile devices and manually on non compatibility devices.
Herein the lock screen image selected by the registered user would automatically add

the digital tag assigned to the registered user which can be scanned by any event reporter using a compatible mobile phone.
Herein the program is capable of delivering digital full mobile screen graphical notifications temporarily replacing the default lock screen set by registered users on compatible mobile devices with the graphical notification and again restoring the lock screen image to the default lock screen image set by the registered user.
Herein the full screen digital image that temporarily replaces the registered user's default lock screen would also have the default tag displayed as part of the full screen digital image that was assigned to the registered user by the program
Herein the full screen digital image can be different for different sets of registered user's based on parameters defined for selecting the list of registered users who would receive such digital images by the team authorized to dispense such full screen digital notification.
Herein the program allows the registered user to add additional verifiable tags purchased or received directly or indirectly from one or more authorized vendors after following the prescribed process for adding unassigned tags to the registered user's profile.
Herein unassigned tags can be added to the registered user's profile by scanning the tags from a compatible device and entering the Authorization code associated with that unassigned tag to complete the registration of that unassigned tag to the registered user
Herein the program stored on the registered user phone is able to self activate the emergency calling services without unlocking the registered compatible mobile device
Herein the self activation of the emergency calling services by the registered user from the compatible mobile device does not rely only on data connectivity to trigger the emergency calling service.

Herein any vehicle number added by a registered user is converted into a digital image and is used for matching of the image captured by the event reporter for initiating the emergency contacts service
Herein the registered user is given an interface on compatible devices to self manage all the desired services offered on the program.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the emergency event is selected from but not limited to Road accidents, Personal accidents, Loss of asset or property, and Situations where unlocking of the mobile phone and dialing an emergency contact for assistance may need to happen without the same being evidently visible to people around the registered user.
In another embodiment of the present invention, one or more servers are located on one or more virtual private cloud services operated by one or more service providers on behalf of authorized partners and the data is protected as per agreed terms between one or more service providers and the authorized partners
In another embodiment of the present invention, the emergency contacts associated with the matching unique code is automatically selected from the group of the last updated registered emergency contacts of the registered user and the registered emergency contacts can be self managed by the registered user from any compatible devices and any addition to the registered emergency contacts is completed only after a digital consent is received from the new emergency contact being registered.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the device of the reporter maybe a compatible smartphone and the device of the registered user does not necessarily require to be a smart phone and the features available to the registered user would vary depending on the compatibility of the registered device in use
The present invention relates to a method for reporting an emergency event, the

method comprising of a recogniseable image or tag: providing at least one verifiable tag or one recogniseable image generated for the user by the program on getting registered. Each tag or recognisable image includes a label or a reference identification that is captured and can be verified and is linked to the registered user's unique reference number. The reference number is used to fetch the latest updated list of emergency contacts of that registered user from one or more locations that the data is stored depending on the service provider and the agreed data compliance terms between one or more service providers and partners. The list of emergency contacts generated based on the type of event being reported along with the validated contact number of the event reporter is programmatically automatically sent to a calling service that initiates calling the person reporting the event. Once the call with the event reporter is connected, the automated calling system dials all of the related emergency contacts generated by the program depending on the event being reported, simultaneously. In case anyone of the emergency contacts listed answers the automated calling service, the other emergency contacts dialed are automatically dropped from the call.
In an aspect of the present invention, when on one emergency contact answering the call, the automated calling system connects the event reporter with the emergency contact that has answered the call on a conference call without sharing either person's contact number.
In another aspect of the invention, when the other emergency contacts that were listed and dialed that missed the automated call would get a system generated notification of the emergency situation and the emergency contact who was connected with the event reporter on the conference call.
In another aspect of the present invention,the program is capable of initiating another call in case of a call drop. Herein, depending on the registered user's compatible mobile device, the registered user can self report an event without unlocking the mobile device. Herein, depending on the registered user's compatible Mobile device the event can be reported without mobile or other data connectivity. Herein, all the calls are recorded and securely stored and retrieved by the program to assist any legal agencies. Herein, any

number blacklisted by the system for misuse or against acceptable terms of use would not be able to initiate reporting an event.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the event reporter does not necessarily have to be on the system previously or a registered user, however the event reporter should not be disqualified or barred from reporting an event.
In another aspect of the present invention, the receiving of a unique reference number is done by scanning the code or capturing a recognizable image with the camera of the smartphone using any compatible reading program with or without the program designed and made available by the applicant.
Further objectives, advantages, and features of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description provided herein, in which various embodiments of the disclosed present invention are illustrated by way of example and appropriate reference to accompanying drawings. Those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains may make modifications resulting in other embodiments employing principles of the present invention without departing from its spirit or characteristics, particularly upon considering the foregoing teachings. Accordingly, the described embodiments are to be considered in all respects only as illustrative, and not restrictive, and the scope of the present invention is, therefore, indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description or drawings. Consequently, while the present invention has been described with reference to particular embodiments, modifications of structure, sequence, materials and the like apparent to those skilled in the art still fall within the scope of the invention as claimed by the applicant.
Claims:1. A system(100) for reporting an emergency, the system comprising:
an atleast one recogniseable tag, the atleast one recogniseable tag in a digital or physical form on a digital or physical asset of the registered user;
an interactive system, the interactive system is associated with the unique reference number;
a validation mechanism to ensure check and balances are in place;
a server, the server is connected to one or more networks, the server comprises of programs from one or more service providers;
a user device, the user device comprises:
a processor; Wherein the processor is in communication with one or more interactive systems over the network, after receiving the required validation and wherein the memory is configured to store and retrieve data from the interactive system; and
a memory
a database, the database connected to the server over an encrypted and secure data transfer service, the database storing data including the unique code of at least one tag or recognisable image;
an automated calling and notification system is configured to connect with one or more emergency contacts in a categorical form until the call is connected to at least one of the emergency contacts,wherein, the automated calling system is capable of reconnecting the calls incase of a drop in the previously connected call and, wherein, the notification and communication is generated on the
current and validated devices of the person reporting the event and the current device used by registered emergency contact that has the phone number registered as the emergency contact;and
a set of computer-readable instructions stored in the memory that when executed on the processor, cause the processor to facilitate the reporting activity of the emergency event depending on the event being reported and on the status of the reporter of the event by an automated calling system and notification to the emergency contacts of the registered user for whom the event is being reported.

Wherein the program stored on the registered user phone is able to generate a unique code to allow the registered user to digitally use the unique code on any desirable digital or physical asset.

Wherein the program is able to generate a phone lock screen image which the registered user can customize as required and be set as a preferred lock screen automatically on compatible mobile devices and manually on non compatibility devices.
Wherein the lock screen image selected by the registered user would automatically add the digital tag assigned to the registered user which can be scanned by any event reporter using a compatible mobile phone.

Wherein the program is capable of delivering digital full mobile screen graphical notifications temporarily replacing the default lock screen set by registered users on compatible mobile devices with the graphical notification and again restoring the lock screen image to the default lock screen image set by the registered user.

Wherein the full screen digital image that temporarily replaces the registered user's default lock screen would also have the default tag displayed as part of the full screen digital image that was assigned to the registered user by the program

Wherein the full screen digital image can be different for different sets of registered user's based on parameters defined for selecting the list of registered users who would receive such digital images by the team authorized to dispense such full screen digital notification

Wherein the program allows the registered user to add additional verifiable tags purchased or received directly or indirectly from one or more authorized vendors after following the prescribed process for adding unassigned tags to the registered user's profile.

Wherein unassigned tags can be added to the registered user's profile by scanning the tags from a compatible device and entering the Authorization code associated with that unassigned tag to complete the registration of that unassigned tag to the registered user

Wherein the program stored on the registered user phone is able to self activate the emergency calling services without unlocking the registered compatible mobile device

Wherein the self activation of the emergency calling services by the registered user from the compatible mobile device does not rely only on data connectivity to trigger the emergency calling service.

Wherein any vehicle number added by a registered user is converted into a digital image and is used for matching of the image captured by the event reporter for initiating the emergency contacts service

Wherein the registered user is given an interface on compatible devices to self managed all the desired services offered on the program.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein one or more servers are located on one or more virtual private cloud services operated by one or more service providers on behalf of authorized partners and the data is protected as per agreed terms between one or more service providers and the authorized partners.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emergency contacts associated with the matching unique code is automatically selected from the group of the last updated registered emergency contacts of the registered user and the registered emergency contacts can be self managed by the registered user form
any compatible devices and any addition to the registered emergency contacts is completed only after a digital consent is received from the new emergency
contact being registered.

4. The system as claimed in claim1, wherein the device of the reporter maybe a
compatible smartphone and the device of the registered user does not necessarily require to be a smart phone and the features available to the registered user would vary depending on the compatibility of the registered device in use

5. A method for reporting an emergency event, the method comprising of:

a recogniseable image or tag providing at least one verifiable tag or one recogniseable image generated for the user by the program on getting registered, wherein each tag or recognisable image includes a label or a reference identification that is captured and can be verified and is linked to the registered user's unique reference number;

the reference number is used to fetch the latest updated list of emergency contacts of that registered user from one or more locations that the data is stored depending on the service provider and the agreed data compliance terms between one or more service providers and partners;

the list of emergency contacts generated based on the type of event being reported along with the validated contact number of the event reporter is programmatically automatically sent to a calling service that initiates calling the person reporting the event;

once the call with the event reporter is connected, the automated calling system dials all of the related emergency contacts generated by the program depending on the event being reported, simultaneously,wherein on anyone of the emergency contacts listed answers the automated calling service, the other emergency contacts dialed are automatically dropped from the call;

Where on one emergency contact answering the call, the automated calling system connects the event reporter with the emergency contact that has answered the call on a conference call without sharing either person's contact number.

Wherein the other emergency contacts that were listed and dialed that missed the automated call would get a system generated notification of the emergency situation and the emergency contact who was connected with the event reporter on the conference call,

Wherein the program is capable of initiating another call incase of a call drop,

Wherein depending on the registered user's compatible mobile device, the registered user can self report an event without unlocking the mobile device,

Wherein depending on the registered user's compatible Mobile device the event can be reported without mobile or other data connectivity,

Wherein all the calls are recorded and securely stored and retrieved by the program to assist any legal agencies,

Wherein any number blacklisted by the system for misuse or against acceptable terms of use would not be able to initiate reporting an event.

6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the event reporter does not necessarily have to be on the system previously or a registered user, however the event reporter should not be disqualified or barred from reporting an event.

7. The method as claimed in claim5, wherein receiving of unique reference number is done by scanning the code or capturing a recognizable image with the camera of the smartphone using any compatible reading program with or without the program designed and made available by the applicant.
