Method For Preparing And Incorporating Additive During Encapsulation Of Electrical Machine

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preparation of additive/filler for better thermal conduction/thermal dissipation in electrical machine, the method comprising adding a required percentage of functionalization agent like silane coupling agent ((3-Glycidyloxypropyl) trimethoxysilane (GPS)) with Isopropyl alcohol; adding an additive/filler with different average particle size (APS) with already prepared functionalization agent; mixing and milling the above prepared chemicals for about 2-3 hrs; ultra-sonicating the mixture for 1hr, thereby formation of slurry of prepared additive/filler; drying at 60-800C for removal of isopropyl alcohol; removing an isopropyl alcohol from slurry of prepared additive/filler, the produced slurry is again post cured at 160-1800C for 4-10 hrs.
