FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a disposable urine device and more specifically to a method system and apparatus for dispensing the disposable urine device to stand and pee for women.
RELATED ART
[0002] A greater percentage of women suffer from Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) due to urine retention on a regular basis which causes irritation, swelling, discomfort and pain in the uterus. Controlling themselves from peeing for a longer period of time due to unhygienic conditions or sometimes during travelling, adventures trip, staying in outdoor locations or public places where there is no proper sanitization for using public toilets leads to UTI. Periodically by squatting or sitting on the toilet seats or rush to leave the toilet cubicle, women expose themselves to harmful bacteria. Also, by challenging problem of squatting, results in incomplete release of the bladder and constant urge to pee all the time. Squatting is a good exercise, but it gets harder for senior citizen, ill or physically challenged. In certain instances, by drinking less water or staying dehydrated might save women from using dirty toilets but it leads to health hazards. Further, senior citizens who are suffering from arthritis and those who are under a critical medical condition, it’s difficult to bend or sit in a restroom. Doctors recommend emptying your bladder regularly, about once every three hours, hence for numerous reasons, it’s necessary for women and senior citizens to stand and pee. In order to facilitate stand and pee for women and senior citizen, there are various urinating devices that have been developed which enable women to urinate in a standing posture. However, there is no conventional device or method that is portable and disposable in nature to carry in a wallet or in a pant pocket that are travel friendly, hygiene and easy to use. Further, conventional devices are expensive and unreliable to use in public places which makes women and senior citizen more uncomfortable and awkward to carry as well as to use it in public places.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] According to an aspect of the present disclosure, the device is a paper-based stand and urinate device which is foldable to make it easy to carry. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, the device is foldable, easy to carry (under 4 inch), biodegradable, safe, paper based, stand and urinate for women/senior citizen/unisex and for all ages.
[0004] According to another aspect of the present disclosure, the device helps to avoid sitting on the dirty or infected public toilets or in pan/bucket/container, and reduce the chances of infection of UTI (Urinary tract infection, Urine Bladder infection).
[0005] According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the device aids women/senior citizen who are suffering from arthritis, knee pain and those who are under a critical medical condition, it’s difficult to bend or sit in a restroom. In an embodiment, the device is developed and fabricated with more ergonomics for women/girls to carry in wallet or pant and urinate while standing.
[0006] According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, a vending box/dispensing box filled with disposable, foldable stand and pee device is disclosed. The device may be subscribed on need basis. According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, an open collection box is kept on vending box/dispensing box, to add feedback form/money, pens, or toiletries with lock and key on top of it.
[0007] According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the vending machine of the present disclosure vends a folded stand and pee device/unit when a five-rupee coin or a ten-rupee note is inserted into the machine. According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the vending machine is additionally supplied with an automatic power backup. The machine is supplied with physical inspection window for availability of stand and pee device. The machine may be wall mounted.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EXAMPLES
[0015] The foldable and disposable stand and pee device of the present disclosure is friendly, easy to use, hygiene, bio-degradable and less price device. The foldable and disposable stand and pee device/unit is made out of paper funnel that may be placed near flow area of the unisex and act as the extension to pass the urine to the toilet commode or container or in public places. The foldable and disposable stand and pee device is helpful for women/senior citizen/unisex/kids during travelling, adventures trip, public places, and office anywhere outside house. The pay and use vending machine may be kept anywhere in the world to serve the people 24 hours a day. The machine may be kept near any public toilets, stations, petrol bunk, mall and hospitals.
[0016] FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a vending machine dispensing stand and pee device in one embodiment of the present disclosure. The vending machine dispensing stand and pee device comprises a power supply 100, a processor 110, a display unit 120, a DC motor 130, a coin/currency dispenser 140, a coin/currency validator 160 and an I/O unit 150.
[0017] The power supply 100, provides required power to the devices and components to work. The machine is additionally supplied with automatic power backup. In one embodiment, a power supply may use anywhere from 7-14 kWh daily.
[0018] The processor 110, may use hardware parts like microcontroller, arm, PLC and microprocessor etc. In one embodiment, the PLC is used to automate the machine. The processor 110, is connected to power supply 100, display unit 120, DC motor 130, output 150, coin dispenser 140 and currency validator 160. The power supply 100 provides constant DC power supply to all the stages of circuits where it required. It may provide same or different voltages to the processor 110, the processor 110 sends information to the display unit 120 to insert the coin/note or check the correct coin/note if the person inserts wrong currency. The currency validator 160 use sensors to detect valid coin or note and send information to the processor 110, the processor 110 in turn send information to the display unit 120 and at output 150 user get the product. The DC motor 130 is used to rotate in order to deliver right product.
[0019] The display unit 120, may use 16*2 LCD display unit used in various devices and circuits. It may display 16 characters per line and there are 2 such lines. In one embodiment, this type of display is easily programmable, cheap and easily available and may even display custom character and animations. In one embodiment, when the power supply 110 is turned on, the processor 110, sends information to the display unit 120, to display “please insert the 5-rupee coin or note”. If a person inserts a wrong coin or note the display unit receives the information from the processor 110, and displays “please insert the correct currency”. In one embodiment, the display unit 120, may display Stock out status message.
[0020] The DC motor 130, may use geared DC motors that rotate min at 20- 30 rpm to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of product. The DC motor 130, is programmed to rotate for a specific amount of time during which one product is dispatched through the spiral mechanism to ensure no extra product dispatch. The DC motor 130, will rotate the spiral mechanism which in turn will move the product towards user and finally dispatch the product. The motor is connected to a spiral mechanism which acts as a delivery mechanism.
[0021] Coin dispenser 140, unit is used when the currency validator 160 receives wrong currency, instead of 5-rupee coin/note, it sends information to the processor 110, the processor 110, in turn sends information to the display unit 130 to display as “insert correct coin/note”. The inserted wrong coin/note comes out through coin dispenser 140 unit. In one embodiment, the coin dispenser 140, helps the person to get back wrong inserted coin/note and also helps to processor 110, to check the inserted coin/note.
[0022] Output 150, is connected to the processor 110, once the cash validator 160, detects the right currency, depending on it the user gets the product. When the user gets the product, the message “thank you” is displayed in the display unit 130.
[0023] In one embodiment, the Audible Buzzer may be provided to beep sound alerts during transactions and a “Thank You” message is displayed when the product is delivered.
[0024] Currency validator 160, used as one of the input devices for processor 110, The sensors in this currency validator 160 checks its authenticity by checking width, coin/note diameter and fall time of the coin/note to identify it and it may be programmed to accept coins of any nation, denomination. In one embodiment, the currency validator 160 will check them and report when each type is inserted, while rejecting other coins. The currency validator 160 is programmed to accept coins or note of 5rs denominations. In one embodiment, it detects the currency entered by the user and checks if they are among the ones that are valid and accepts or rejects them. Once the currency validator 160 detects the right coin/note the information is sent to the processor 110, from processor 110 signal is sent to the output 150 ,the user get the stand and pee device, but if currency is different from programmed then it will come out in the coin dispenser 140 and returned back to the user.
[0025] FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating the process of vending machine dispensing stand and pee device in one embodiment of the present disclosure. The flowchart starts at 200. In step 210, a desired currency is inserted into the vending machine that dispenses stand and pee unit of the present disclosure. The power supply unit of the vending machine provides continuous power supply to the vending machine where the desired currency is inserted into an input unit of the vending machine. In step 220, the inserted currency is validated based on preprogrammed instructions in the currency validator of the vending machine. In step 230, in case of detecting invalid currency by the currency validator, an error message is displayed on the display unit and the invalid currency inserted into the vending machine gets dispensed through the dispenser. In step 240, the validated currency gets detected by the currency detector and the processor sends a signal to the output unit to dispense a stand and pee unit of the present disclosure. In an example, the desired currency comprises at least one of authenticate and valid 5-rupee or 10-rupee coin/note. The flowchart ends at 250.
[0026] FIG. 3 illustrates a foldable and disposable urinating device 300 in another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown there, FIG. 3 is a top view of blank paper 320, the measurements of blank paper 320 may be of width 182mm and height of paper is 283mm utilized to form the female urination device. In one embodiment the blank paper 320, is made from biodegradable material and has a configuration generally as illustrated. In another embodiment, the blank paper 320, is folded along with dash lines to form a first section 310, funnel-shaped configuration and second section 330, elongated tip.

The FIG.4A illustrates perspective view of the female urination device 300, of the present invention. The inlet to the device 300 is big curve to fit the female genital area between the legs, so as to enclose the genital area tightly. The two-vertical end of 300, are tapered using suitable adhesive to look like FIG. 4A.

The FIG. 4B is obtained by folding two ends from FIG.4A and holding FIG.4B like funnel shape or cone shape like big diameter on upper side and small diameter on lower side. In one embodiment, the upper side big curve provides a surface for the urine stream, which passes through the funnel-shaped portion and lower side small outlet for the urine to pass through. In FIG.4C and 4D both the elongated tip of the FIG.4B is folded to create compact unit. This compact unit may be easily carried in wallet, pant, hand bag according to user comfort to carry anywhere outside the house. FIG 4E, through FIG 4G illustrates different ways to carry compact unit of stand and pee device.
[0029] FIG. 5A through 5D are the diagrams illustrating a vending box for foldable paper-based disposable stand and pee device in another embodiment of the present disclosure. In another embodiment, the vending machine/box or dispensing box is produced as subscription services by companies, corporate, individual, CSR, hospitals or any paying bodies, airports, hostels, colleges, school, company, trust, single person or any other public or private washroom or retail etc.

There may be subscription on need basis like, daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly etc. in one embodiment, this vending box/disposable box may be purchased by any individual shop, government, corporate and retail etc.

1. A dispensing system comprising:
a foldable and disposable stand and pee unit 300;
a vending machine 600 to dispense the foldable and disposable stand and pee unit 300;
a currency validator 160 to validate a currency note or coin inserted into the vending machine 600; and
a currency dispenser 140 to dispense an invalid currency inserted into the vending machine 600,
wherein the foldable and disposable stand and pee unit 300 is folded along a plurality of dash lines to form a first section 310 of funnel-shaped configuration and a second section 33 comprising an elongated tip.
2. The dispensing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the foldable and disposable stand and pee unit 300 is further provided with plurality of dotted lines for folding it into a small pocket size card to ease carrying purpose.
3. The dispensing system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the vending machine 600 dispenses a single foldable and disposable stand and pee unit 300 for each successful validation of the currency validator 160.
4. The dispensing system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the vending machine 600 dispensing the foldable and disposable stand and pee unit 300 is provided with an internal battery backup for mobile purposes.
5. A method of dispensing a foldable and disposable stand and pee unit 300 comprising:
inserting 210 a desired currency into a vending machine 600;
validating 220 the inserted currency by a currency validator 160;
displaying 230 an error message and activating a currency dispenser 140 to dispense an invalid currency; and
dispensing 240 the foldable and disposable stand and pee unit 300 from the vending machine 600 on successful validation by the currency validator 160,
wherein the foldable and disposable stand and pee unit 300 is dispensed in a folded pocket size card which has to be opened along the dotted lines to form a stiff and sturdy structure with a first section 310 of funnel-shaped configuration and a second section 33 comprising an elongated tip.
