There is our father Shri Deshraj Singh compounder in children hospital, Rastogi son Vipin Kumar at Deoband, Saharanpur (U.P.) chancily vehicles are stolen from the front of the above hospital, our father used to lock his motor cycle due to be stolen and some times motorbike was stood to be locked of demostic lock, our motor bike by this error we had to be scolded by our father because without lock safety there were happened events of vehicles stealing. Then an idea original in our mind if there will be such a device or a lock which might capable of checking vehicle stealing and every mans Vehicle may be safe. Then we thought in mind, which device may be shown in which vehicles are safe from stealing, this was an Idea in our mind, after thinking and experimenter after 7 years. In this period. If our vehicle is stolen and we are incapable to catch him then there should be such a remote system or interned or any range system in which stolen motor cycle or vehicle may be gained easily. Then it was our idea only mobile range is such a device in which we may be in any condition or in any location in which we have to full and we may be for from long distance when we there call number then there cell number will be active self and ring tone is runny then on this base. This was an ideas that there may be talking on the mobile range without hand touching. Why not, any system with range in which any instrument may be or on off without horned touching if we afford there may be searched device in which we may use sure care or motor cycle in remote far from going there not any loss for any company which provides Sim or cell phone to be adjusted device with range by our experiment because there is not to steal range or any thing of the Sim of the company. Morever we will pay charge to the company by use there range by which they will be useful of this range.
Technical field of the invention.
This device is invented to make safe of the vehicle from stealing.

It is known in a surely their are stolen fourty vehicle really in a big city as Delhi. There are those records that are registered in the police station file. More than those, other many vehicle are on stolen in a large measure. It is record of only one city. So how many will be stolen across India. There is deficiency of device of checking to stealing to owners of vehicle, despite of being stolen vehicle in a large number through when the owners may regain there stolen vehicle. The instruments which are searched of checking of the stealing vehicle. These instruments make a noise to be adjusted in to vehicle, of these instruments are capable to know of opening window of the vehicle through message. By this ignition system is not closed or these instruments are launched with a remote and these are of short range. If stealer of the vehicle goes out of the range of out. Here neither owner of vehicle can check to his vehicle. Nor ignition system is stop by my own device, the problem of stealing to may be solved by this device. Vehicle may be safe from stealing. Moreover the vehicle may be regained despite of being stolen and the stealers of vehicle may be captured and the loss of economy may be saved.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
It is an electronic device i.e. (A.T.E.D.). If this device is adjusted in any vehicle and stealer will try to steal adjusted vehicle, owner of the vehicle will know about vehicle to steal on during opening window and the owner may lock ignition system of his vehicle by this ignition system may not be started by a thief and owner of the vehicle may listen talking among thieves i.e. vehicle have there will be recording of all type activities and faces of the thieves in to G.B. Memory card with 5.0 Mega Pixel camera in which owners can known about thieves of the vehicle. Moreover vehicle owner regain there stolen vehicle to study location of the thief.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION THE INVENTION
All of us use remote control lock in our vehicle, which have been market to save vehicle from stealing and you all know about how much distance is removed by marketed instrument. This lock is used only to lock window of or only the sound is produced on touching the vehicle by the thief. Ignition system is not stopped by marked instrument. The thief is found a chance of stealing a vehicle from such location where there is none and vehicle owner is hard to reach the location for safety of vehicle. Here the thief is success to make start ignition system of the vehicle with his key and he will steal to the vehicle and later the vehicle will be out of the range of the remote control. Than owner of the vehicle will be help less to check his vehicle and owner of the vehicle have nothing to take effective measure concept to sorrow and vehicle owner would do nothing about stolen vehicle. How to check to it. Because vehicle owner has not long range of remote control and a device which is invented by me Vipin Kumar if my device/ instrument is adjusted into a vehicle and vehicle owner will be far from his vehicle. By calling number which has been ringing with ring tone of the cell phone and the vehicle will be stopped on far location road. Moreover owner of the vehicle will listen the conversation of the thieves, which they do in stopped vehicle or never by it and there will be recording of body and face other activities of the thieves in 2 GB (Memory card) with 5.0 Mega fixed camera by this device. All of us may know a thief who stole our vehicle and owner of the vehicle will be success to know about the location in which stolen vehicle is stood and the stolen vehicle will be gained by owner. All his activities will be recorded by using cell phone screen. Here the owner of the vehicle can take help to the police and he an reach to any police station. Here the thief of the vehicle will be arrested in the police force. If steps are taken systemically and the vehicle will be gained by the owner.
BRRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
That it is an automatic electronic device, By using this device a battery of 1.5 volts 3.5 volt and 12 volt batteries are used in it. There is a special electric charger in this device on being down current in these batteries. So, this device is capable to charge batteries it self. By this charge system NE555 IC is used. In which pin no. 5 is used to cantrol voltage. Which is connected with diode and gener voltage level is decided with priset VR1 (20K). IC NE555 Pin No. 2 has to work of trigger and it is connected priset VR2 (20K). When battery device is connected. With output terminal than voltage level of pin No. 2 of (IC555) trigger is decreased lesser than 3.5 volt by this reason cantrol flip- flop is on and due to this cantrol on output pin no.3 is high, systematical battery of device is being charged in current and voltage level of this is increased and voltage level of pin no.2 increased during failure of battery full charge than flip-flop is on by this reason pin No. 3 is on low and output of the circuit is closed resulting charging process of battery device is stopped. Function of transistor Tl (SI-100) is to increased current whenever battery of this device is dawn in which blue color led is to be set fire. Whenever a battery is full charge, blue color led is to be out of set fire. This device mobile is on working on the tower range. There is used a motor to switch on/off to this device
on remote. The little part of circuit of the mobile is used to start to the motor and mobile sim is used and 5.0 mega pixel camera and 2 GB MMC used to catch to vehicle, stealer. Whenever we dial device no. in STD or land line phone or any cell phone at once to edges of 12 volt relay adjusted in device these are connected with 12 voltage batteries, edges (+/-) and wire of 12 volts battery (+) is connected with one edge of relay and (-) wire is parted. The motor is started with mobile circuit of mobile by picture to (P) and (Q) part of the mobile is connected of the motor into each other here 12 volt current is produced by battery to relay in device and the red color led which is connected with (IK) resistances whose (-) part is connected with wire of relay of the battery and (+) edge is connected with (A) part of battery (-) edge 12 volt current is supplied-red color led is on before being relay on this on led indicates supply of current in device along with this green color led supplies. 12 volt current is relay during motor start on relay start two leaves of relay are connected. These leaves wires are connected with engine supply of the vehicle and on connecting these leaves vehicle engine is stopped. Ignition system

is started. Ignition System is not started until connection of two wires is not cut off. The battery motor is on motion Right ward (-, +) wires. The connection is cut off. No motor lift ward with adjusted battery 1.5 (+,-) Edges converted connection. The connection for these wires is cut off. By Disconnect of the connection engine is on the vehicle will be started again and the wire of camera on/off is connected with (p,g) Part of the motor and Micro Camera is self on and a Device, which is adjusted to it and 2 GB chip of the Device will make record and picture of the thief activities. Whenever any one will try to open the window of the vehicle the switch will be on pressed on and the Code Number of Device will reach to the cell phone on the owner. By which vehicle owner will get notice of his vehicle window owner opening. There is a switch on/off is adjusted extra because when owner of the vehicle will be out of reach of the vehicle. There will switch be on by owner. If the owner is in vehicle. The switch will be off. Whenever the owner will open the window himself. The code number will not reach on the cell phone and he will not be disturbed again to again.

CLAIM
