Moisture Free Air Cooler With Energy Efficient

Abstract: Title :- Moisture Free Air Cooler. It is specially made for provide moisture free cool air , there is no moisture presence in this cooling system, and its electricity consumption much efficient which is appx 50 to 150 watts and also it is an ecofriendly cooling system. And it have its own temperature to cool environment up to 22 degree Celsius. And this cooling system can set up inside the room. Its output of chilled air also doesn’t any impact on human skin totally favorable air for humans. There is no use of any compressor which also lead this cooling system for eco-friendly.

 Suction Air Ducting :- Suction air ducting brings fresh air inside the cooler and suction
air reaches the ducting fan .
 Suction Air Ducting fan :- Suction air ducting fan moves the internal air circulation inside
the cooler
 Shell of mixture :- Shell of mixture combines strong air and thin drops of water.
 Water Nozzils :- Water Nozzils break water in very fine drop inside the shell of mixer
 Water pump :- Water pump reaches the water from the water tank to the nozzils
 Radiator :- The radiator mixes the air and water from the inside with the radiator
coming down
 Radiator front fan :- The radiator front fan brings the room air from the back of the
radiator to the front.
 Water tank & discharge ducting :- Inside the water tank & discharge ducting, the water
coming from the radiator flows back to the water tank and the air goes out from the
cooler with the help of discharge ducting.
With the help of suction air ducting (D1) the fresh air enters the cooler and goes into the
suction air fan, so that the internal air circulation of the cooler runs, from here, this air goes
into the shell of the mixture with water nozzles attached to it. The air collides with the droplets
and as soon as the air is in contact, the temperature of the thin droplets of the water falls and
these cool drops of water are inside the radiator (R1). Due to the radiator being made of
aluminum, the water drops from the radiator (R2) to the water tank and the radiator cools, and
the radiator cools down. With the help of discharge air ducting (D2) , the air flows out of the
cooler with the help of suction air ducting and discharge air ducting with the help of an exhaust
pipe. The die goes out and the fan on the front of the radiator (B2) draws the air from the back
of the radiator(B1) to the front of the radiator (B2) and the aluminum pipes of the radiator are
in zig zag form so that the air coming from behind the radiator comes in its way With each pipe
coming in and absorbing the temperature of the aluminum pipes and somehow the air moving
inside the room in the water contact . And then air comes out from radiator fron through Fan
dry and cold air.
So in this overall process main motive is to produce moisture free air cooler which can setup in
rooms, and totally eco friendly without any harmful effects to humans or other living beings.

Claims

1. It Provides Zero Moisturisation cooling air By this cooling system.
2. It’s consumption is just not more than 1.5 unit in 10 hrs.
