2. FIELD OF INVENTION
Essential oils have been used for thousands of years in aromatherapy. The ancient Chinese are generally acknowledged as the founders of aromatherapy, but it is more than likely that quite early in the history of civilisation man had realised that certain aromatic plants could help restore his health. Aromatic substances were also used by the ancient Egyptians and Ancient Greeks as medicinal perfumes.
Essential oils are highly scented droplets found in minute quantities in the flowers, stems, leaves, roots and barks of aromatic plants. They are not true oils in the manner of lubricant vegetable oils, but highly fluid and exceptionally volatile.
Essential oils are complex mixtures of different organic molecules— terpenes, alcohols, esters, aldehydes, ketones and phenols. Synthetic oils are usually made from one or more of the constituents predominant within a particular essential oil; menthol, for example, often substitutes for mint and eucalyptol for eucalyptus. However, there are sound reasons for believing that it is the interaction between each and every component that gives an essential oil its particular character and unique therapeutic properties.
The chemical composition of an oil is related to the time of day, the month or the season. Jasmine develops a strongly scented indole molecule at midnight when it is particularly intoxicating, and it is important to gather the petals at exactly the right moment. Some commercial producers have discovered that they can improve the quality of a poor yield by adding certain components and that an expensive oil like rosemary can be adulterated, without altering its aroma, by adding 30-40% of camphor which is considerably cheaper for the perfume industry. Such adulteration may be commercially acceptable but it might well alter the therapeutic properties of the oil.
Essential oils possess numerous properties which make them useful for treating many of our most common health and beauty troubles. Intricate studies have been carried out on essential oils and studies show that essential oils such as lavender and bergamot are for treating fear and anxiety, if sprayed into the air, these oils also have immediate and long-lasting effects. While pure essential oils appear to have a positive influence on the psyche, it is doubtful that synthetic one's work in the same way. The present invention makes the use of pure essential oils as described in the table mentioned under.
The inventors have unexpectedly found that it is possible to combine essential oils with naturally occurring spices and/or herbs to produce medicinal compositions which may be taken orally or which may be directly absorbed through the skin. Compositions of the invention may be used to treat a surprising range of illnesses. Such compositions are especially important with the move by many members of the public towards more "natural" treatments, which do not use artificial medicines.
Analysis of related art:
Various agents have been commercialized for improving hair regrowth or growth. Commercially available hair re-growth or growth agents Include synthetic chemicals such as vasodilators, hormone drugs for inhibiting action of male sex hormone, etc. However, these synthetic chemicals have undesirable effects on most people
The use of herbal products including essential oils or carrier oils provides benefits over and above the aforementioned synthetic chemicals, etc. Essential Oils contained in plants have a very beneficial effect on hair growth. Studies suggest that one or more of the essential oils are biologically able to promote hair growth. Essential oils for hair growth are excellent for cleansing, nourishing, and strengthening the
hair follicle and shaft. These essential oils for hair growth stimulate the hair follicles to grow faster than the hair would normally. However, most essential oils are highly concentrated and potent, they may have adverse effect on skin if used undiluted. It is ideal to dilute essential oils with carrier oils. Carrier oils are a vegetable origin extracted from nuts and seeds by cold pressing. Carrier oils provide lubrication and moisture and help with the absorption of essential oils into the skin. Moreover, carrier oils alone also provide nutrition and moisture to dry or damaged hair. The hair care compositions disclosed in the present application are distinguished from the invention disclosed in U.S. PreGrant Pub. No. 2009+0123564, because the present invention. comprises certain essential oils or carrier oils, which are not contained in the composition disclosed in U.S. PreGrant Pub. No. 20090123564. Lavender essential oil is significant towards people who receive medical therapy that leads to severe dryness, bumps, and scabs because it can increase the rate of wound healing. Moreover, the percentage of each ingredients of the present invention is significantly different from the range disclosed in U.S. Pat No. 7,887,857 Bl.
Therefore, although numerous compositions and methods for stimulation of hair growth are known in the art, there is still a need to provide different compositions that are suitable for people who have hair loss due to medical conditions or drug therapy. The hair care
compositions disclosed in the present application are distinguished from the invention disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 7,887,857 Bl to Johnson in that the present invention comprises Lavender essential oil, which is not contained in the composition disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 7,887,857 Bl.
Presently, the products on the market that can actually grow hair are expensive, generally require a prescription, and/or take at least one month before results are received. Other known methods for preventing hair loss or growing hair involve surgery, which puts the consumer at risk for the possibility of complications. Sufferers of hair loss, more importantly, have been seeking a fast but safe and effective way to combat slow growth and hair loss for many decades. In view of the foregoing, there is a need for improved techniques for providing a non-prescription, non-surgical product for easily and quickly growing healthy hair that is inexpensive.
3. SUMMARY OF INVENTION

embodiment as a basis for designing or modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention and that such other structures do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention in its broadest form.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, there is disclosed a hair care product composition being formulated for topical application on users' scalp. The composition comprises one and/or more carrier oil, one and/or more essential oil, and one and/or more fragrance oil.
The carrier oils may be selected from a group consisting of castor oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, and any combinations thereof. The essential oils may be selected from a group consisting of rosemary oil, amla oil, lavender oil, juniper oil, and any combinations thereof. The fragrance oil may be selected from a group consisting of rosemary oil and lavender oil, and any combination thereof.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, a claim is made out for a medicinal or cosmetic composition for topical administration or for topical application comprising of at least one essential oil in combination with at least one other such element as selected from the group as mentioned in the table herein above

The topical application of the present invention prevents/ causes reduction in hair falls and energises the scalp.
In yet another embodiment the invention further provides the use of a medicinal composition according to the invention for the treatment of disease, or for the build-up and maintenance of the immune system, or for the protection against disease or pollution.
Olive oil, Jojoba oil, work as lubricant and moisturizer, as well as carrier oil for essential oils and aids in the delivery of their healing properties without irritation. They are beneficial to the dry and damaged hair and/or skin and promote hair growth. Application of Olive oil along with some essential oils is found to be one of the most effective treatments to cure the problem of dry or damaged hair and also for promoting hair growth. The hair is nourished and will regain its elasticity after a treatment with this oil. The molecular structure of Jojoba oil is similar to sebum, which is naturally occurring oil in human hair. A further embodiment of the invention includes essential oils wherein the ratio of Rosemary oil, Lavender oil, Jojoba oil, Juniper Oil, and Amla Oil is about 5.45 : 2 : 2 : 0.50 : 3 % W/V.
In another embodiment of the invention, the essential oil has a linolol content greater than about 40%.
In another embodiment the invention is prepared by:
Method of Making
1) The method of making involves blending of all the essential oils
into the carrier oils in appropriate composition.
It is to be understood that the aforementioned components and volumes as well as steps are only exemplary and that various arrangements are possible in other embodiments.
