Abstract: The present invention simultaneously increases the heat-resistant performance and chemical-resistant performance of a smooth surface along which hot water or a drug solution passes. Provided is a pipe joint which is disinfected by either one of hot water and a drug solution or both of the hot water and the drug solution. This pipe joint is characterized by comprising a joint main body connected to a supply source of either one of or both of the hot water and the drug solution via a pipe body and is characterized in that: the joint main body has a flow channel through which either one of or both of the hot water and the drug solution that have flowed therein from the supply source via the pipe body pass and a smooth surface formed on a surface of the flow channel; and at least the smooth surface is formed from a sulfone-based resin.
