Ploddable Cooling Soap Composition, And Implementation Thereof

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a ploddable soap composition comprising: (a) total fatty matter (TFM); (b) at least one humectant; (c) at least one conditioning agent; (d) at least one cooling agent; and (e) moisture content having a weight percentage in a range of 12% to 18% with respect to the composition, wherein the at least one humectant to the at least one cooling agent has a weight ratio in a range of 10:1 to 50:1, and the total fatty matter (TFM) to the at least one humectant has a weight ratio in a range of 3:1 to 10:1. Also provided is a process for preparing the ploddable soap composition as disclosed herein.

Specification

I/We Claim:
1. A ploddable soap composition comprising:
a) total fatty matter (TFM);
b) at least one humectant;
c) at least one conditioning agent;
d) at least one cooling agent; and
e) moisture content having a weight percentage in a range of 12% to 18% with respect to the composition,
wherein the at least one humectant to the at least one cooling agent has a weight ratio in a range of 10:1 to 50:1, and the total fatty matter (TFM) to the at least one humectant has a weight ratio in a range of 3:1 to 10:1.
2. The ploddable soap composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one humectant is selected from a group consisting of glycerin, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, sorbitol, and combinations thereof.

The ploddable soap composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conditioning agent is selected from a group consisting of silicone quaternium-18 (and) trideceth-6 (and) deceth-7 (and) cocamidopropyl betaine (and) dipropylene glycol, silicone quaternium-18 (and) trideceth-6 (and) deceth-7 (and) cocamidopropyl betaine (and) dipropylene glycol, (and) propylene glycol, silicone quaternium-18 (and) trideceth-6 (and) trideceth-12 (and) aqua, silicone quaternium-18 (and) trideceth-6 (and) trideceth-12 (and) aqua (and) caprylyl methicone, silicone quaternium-18 (and) cyclopentasiloxane, and combinations thereof.
4. The ploddable soap composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one cooling agent is selected from a group consisting of menthol, derivatives of menthol, and combinations thereof.

The ploddable soap composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the total fatty matter (TFM) is having a weight percentage in a range of 50%-65% with respect to the composition, the at least one humectant is having a weight percentage in a range of 6%-14% with respect to the composition, the at least

one conditioning agent is having a weight percentage in a range of 0.02%-0.2% with respect to the composition, and the at least one cooling agent is having a weight percentage in a range of 0.3-1.5% with respect to the composition.
6. The ploddable soap composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1-6,
wherein the composition further comprises:
(i) at least one glitter pigment;
(ii) at least one silicate based structurant;
(iii) at least one surfactant; and
(iv) at least one coloring agent.

The ploddable soap composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein the at least one glitter pigment is selected from a group consisting of titanium dioxide-coated mica, titanium dioxide-coated calcium aluminium borosilicate, mica, tin oxide, and combinations thereof, the at least one silicate based structurant is selected from a group consisting of sodium silicate, magnesium silicate, alumino silicate, calcium silicate, calcium alumino silicate, boro silicate, boro alumino silicate, alumina, sodium phosphate, alumino phospho silicate, silica, and combinations thereof, the at least one coloring agent is selected from a group of synthetic organic coloring agents, and combination thereof, and the at least one surfactant is selected from a group consisting of anionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, non-ionic surfactants, and combinations thereof.

The ploddable soap composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein the at least one glitter pigment is having a weight percentage in a range of 0.01%-0.5% with respect to the composition, the at least one surfactant is having a weight percentage in a range of 3%-10% with respect to the composition, and the at least one silicate based structurant is having a weight percentage in a range of 2%-7% with respect to the composition.
9. The ploddable soap composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein the composition further comprises at least one additive selected from a group consisting of antioxidant, fragrance and combination thereof.

10. A ploddable soap composition comprising:
a) total fatty matter (TFM) having a weight percentage in a range of 50%-65% with respect to the composition;
b) glycerin having a weight percentage in a range of 6%-14% with respect to the composition;
c) at least one conditioning agent having a weight percentage in a range of 0.02%-0.2% with respect to the composition;
d) menthol having a weight percentage in a range of 0.3-1.5% with respect to the composition; and
e) moisture content having a weight percentage in a range of 12% to 18% with respect to the composition,
wherein glycerin and menthol has a weight ratio in a range of 10:1 to 50:1, and the total fatty matter (TFM) to glycerin has a weight ratio in a range of 3:1 to 10:1.
11. A process for preparing a ploddable soap composition as claimed in claim 1,
said process comprising:
(a) obtaining soap noodles; and
(b) contacting the soap noodles with at least one humectant, at least one conditioning agent, and at least one cooling agent, to obtain the ploddable soap composition.
12. A plodded soap obtained from the ploddable soap composition as claimed in
any one of the claims 1-10.
