, Description:Technical field
The present invention pertains to the user registration on the website portal through chatbot.

Background of the present invention
Automation of services has picked up its fastest pace by now, giving users the much needed facility to fulfill their regular tasks. With advanced systems powered by automated solutions, users can now book a restaurant reservation, order a pizza, book a movie ticket, hotel room and even make a clinic appointment. Customer service industry is gaining much momentum especially due to disruption of Artificial Intelligence – a technological breakthrough that has taken almost every business industry by storm.
The chatbot is a part of AI revolution that is spanning almost all technology fields. The chatbot is the mainly the personalized AI gateway which is capable of handling or managing the tasks for the single individual or may be a group of people. This mainly reduces certain task for the user such as booking, ordering, delivering a message etc. This task mainly requires the user’s details and knowledge about the requirements of the user. However once they are fed into the chatbot, then the said chatbot is capable of managing such task for the user.
Prior art discloses the invention wherein the AI bots manages the general task s for the user such as ticket booking, food or commodity ordering etc. However, the prior art fails to provide the way in which the task as crucial as online verification and authentication is performed by the AI bots especially the chatbot on the computing devices of the user.
The present invention disclosed herein provides the means to facilitate the user registration and verification through the chatbot interface of the website.

Summary of the present invention
The present invention pertains to the user registration through the chatbot interface wherein every website, mobile app comprises of the chatbot which manages the user registration through its interface.
The user registration on the websites such as online shopping websites is mainly through username and password generation for individual user wherein the username is mostly verified through email address of the user or the OTP sent to the user’s mobile number. The present invention facilitates the user registration through the chatbot interface on any commuting device such as mobile, laptop, computer etc.
In the present invention, while registration, the details of the registration such as username are provided by the user on the chat interface of the website instead of the website interface itself for which the registration is to be done. The user provides the email address or the mobile number as the user ID. The username provided is first verified by the chatbot for its availability, if the username is already taken, then the chatbot suggests few usernames. The user can opt for one of the suggested username or input new username to the chatbot interface which shall be verified by chatbot for availability. In case the same is available, the activation key is mailed to the user to verify the email address sanctity.
In the present invention, the registration and further login is through chat interface of the website wherein the first time registration is through OTP or email verification and the second time login is possible by just providing the username to the chat interface wherein the chatbot provides the new Password through the mail or the provided mobile number. This way, the user is not required to remember the password as everytime new password is provided by the chatbot itself to the registered mobile number or email address. Thus in the present invention the chatbot manages the user registration on the website for the user.
Description of the invention
The present invention pertains to the user registration on the websites wherein the registration is managed by the chatbot interface.
The embodiment of the present invention includes the use of chatbot for user registration on the websites which requires the registration before the access to the website. The user uses the chatbot interface of the website for registering on the website instead of direct registration on the website.
In the embodiment of the present invention the user uses the chatbot on the computing device such as mobile, laptop, computer, tab etc. where the chatbot interface of the website itself is used for user registration on the website. On website the user registration is through username and password which is verified by the active email address of the user or the OTP sent to the mobile number. The username provided by the user is first verified for its uniqueness and availability wherein this is verified by the chatbot interface in the present invention. In case the username is not available, the chatbot interface provides the suggestions for the username to the user from which the user can select one. After selection of the username, the OTP is send to the user’s mobile number or the email address for verification. After the verification is complete, the password can be set by the user for the next login. However, in the present invention, in case of the next login, the username is provided to the chatbot interface of the website wherein directly the OTP is send to the user’s mobile number or the email for login. This way, every time, the password can be send to the user by the chatbot interface which is directly linked with the website. Thus in the present invention, the user is not required to remember the password every time for the login and the chat interface can manage it for the user. The registered username would also be valid for the normal website login, in the normal website login, they can write username and click on send OTP and OTP shall be shared. The registration done via chatbot can be used directly also on the website.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the individual chatbot of the user is also capable of interacting with chatbot of the website wherein the individual chatbot of the user communicates with the chatbot of the website were the user wishes to register himself/herself. In such case, the individual chatbot sends the request for registration to the website chatbot after which the website chatbot manages the registration process of for the user.
The chatbot are actually the AI bots which has extensive potential and preference for use in almost all of the future communication and computing means. The present invention discloses the use of chatbot for the user registration which is a regular online activity and thus has the wide application in the AI bot world in the future.

Example 1
Consider user A with a chatbot on his computing device say laptop. The user A wishes to shop online and thus opens the online shopping website say Amazon. The user A is asked for the new user registration by the chatbot at Amazon. Now for the user A, this new user registration is managed by the user A’s chatbot system for his/her registration on the Amazon. The initial basic information about the user A is provided on the website by the chatbot itself. The username is provided by the user A on the chat interface wherein the chatbot checks for the availability of the provided username. If the username already exist then the chatbot provides the few options for the username to the user A from which the user can select one as his username or provide a different username. After deciding/selecting the username the verification code is send to the user A on email address or OTP is send to the mobile number based on what is used as username during registration, mobile number or email address. This is then used to set the password wherein the password is provided on the chat interface of the chatbot. In the next login, the user A is only needed to provide the username on the chat interface while the new password is directly sent to the user A’s email or mobile number wherein the user A is not required to remember the password everytime to access his Amazon account.
