Ragi Mudde Making Wooden Stick Arrangement Process Thereof

Abstract: Ragi(Finger Millet) is consumed as the main food in southern part of India. It is one of the most well-known cereals which are having the most nutritional value. Most doctors suggest as a main diet for diabetic patients. Ragi is originated in Africa and has been cultivated. The crop was probably introduced 4000 years ago and has been found in archeological excavations in the Harappa civilization. Ragi is a good source of protein and minerals. It is having anti-bacterial properties and anti-cancer potential. Ragi reduces bad cholesterol and prevents cardio-vascular disease. Most of them use it prepare dishes like ragi laddu, burfi, chapathi, biscuits and ragi ball. The present invention is to make a lump free ragi mudde with the help of two bamboo wooden sticks.

This invention relates to a device useful for continuous cooking and discharging ragi
mudde.
Background of Invention
Ragi (Finger Millet) is consumed as the main food in southern part of India. It is one of the most well known cereals which have the most nutritional value. Most doctors suggest it as a main diet for diabetic patients. Ragi originated in Africa and has been cultivated. The crop was probably introduced 4000 years ago and has been found in archeological excavations in the Harappan civilization. Ragi is a good source of protein and minerals. It has antibacterial properties and anticancer potential. Ragi reduces bad cholesterol and prevents cardio¬vascular disease. Most of them use it to prepare dishes like ragi laddu, burfi, chapathi, biscuits and ragi ball.
The present invention is to make a lump free slurry to make ragi mudde with the help of two wooden sticks. The predetermined water is added with the required quantity of ragi flour and is allowed to boil. When it starts boiling, then the slurry is prepared with more ragi flour added for 15 minutes. Then the stand is fixed to the vessel and allowed to rotate the slurry with two wooden sticks with the required amount of force. Once the slurry is cooked properly, the stand is removed from the vessel and a ragi ball is prepared.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main objective of the present invention is to develop a device used for preparation of ragi balls. Generally, ragi ball is prepared with the help of bamboo wooden sticks which are rotated by hand manually in order to make the lump free slurry and then the ragi ball is prepared. Rotating the slurry by hand is very tedious. So, the invention is to make the slurry preparation

easy and the mechanism is to provide two wooden sticks, where the down wooden sticks are provided with stainless steel. With the support of stainless steel at the bottom of wooden sticks is to make lump free slurry.
Summary of invention
A mudde making machine process which comprises: Pair of wooden bamboo sticks with screw setup the sticks are embedded with a stainless steel bottom unit. A mudde making process, wherein the screws are driven by a manual controlling speed. A device, wherein the capacity of such a device is only limited up to five pieces. A device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a pair of wooden sticks having the length of I meter and 1cm radius. A device, wherein the Stainless steel bottom temperature ranges between any degrees centigrade. A device, wherein the speed of the wooden sticks can be manually, rotated with respect to the force applied on it.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention of the device is as follows, with the predetermined amount of water and ragi flour is taken in a vessel and cooked for 10-15 minutes. The ragi slurry is prepared with the addition of ragi flour and cooked. The device is inserted to the vessel and fitted to it with the help of a screw. Then the two bamboo wooden sticks are rotated (can be rotated in clockwise and anticlockwise rotation) and force applied can be controlled by hand. The stainless steel is covered at the end of sticks in order to make it lump free. The stainless steel will support at any temperature. Once the slurry is prepared and is allowed to cook properly for 5 minutes and then the device is removed and with this slurry ragi ball is prepared .
