Abstract: The disclosed subject matter pertains to ensure that the momo skin is soft with adequate water content without adding excess oil or water. The disclosed invention discusses the eco-friendly and innovative technologies to ensure optimal cooking while minimizing resource consumption and environmental impact. Further, the present disclosed matter a novel way to avoid excessive operating temperatures and to ensure that the momo skin is soft with adequate water content without adding excess oil or water. The invented momo pack is frozen (-18degree c) and is microwaved for just 2 mins to make it ready to eat.
Description:The present invention relates to a ready-to-eat momo pack. According
to an embodiment of the present invention, the momos with this
invention can be produced without adding excess oil or water. The
momos produced in this method can be formed using any encrusting
machine, quick frozen and reheated in a microwave oven in a specially
sealed pack in just 2 minutes. The dimensions of the innovation are
mainly based on the ergonomic standards so that it can be gripped
properly during Operation. The overall length of the device is 17cm Width is 11cm Height is 4cm.
Every edge of the device is filleted, to avoid stress concentration,
breakage, and possible injuries during operation.
The material for the outer body of the product will be made of freezer
stable and microwave stable food grade polypropylene.

1) The ready-to-eat Momo Pack (Fig. 1) with the entire surface (fig.2) is manufactured using injection Moulding technology. It comprises of an exact dimension of the pack in mm that can house 5 momos of 25gm each as it is depicted in fig.3(a)and 3(b).
The overall volume (5) of the momo pack is kept low to add flexibility in the case that increases the ease of use for the end user so that the case can be attached or removed without breaking it.
2. The Ready-to- eat Momo pack case as claimed in claim 1, covers the entire exposed polypropylene body of the momo pack.
3. The Ready-to-eat Momo pack case as claimed in claim 1, can be designed in different diameters and outer shapes to perfectly fit for different sizes of the momos.
