Abstract: This invention relates to helmet technology and more particularly to a radio frequency base on safety helmet for motorcycle which emit radio frequency and provides safety for all user who riding a bike. The user can not started motorcycle without wearing and clipping helmet.
SAFETY HELMET BASED ON RADIO FREQUENCY

This invention relates to helmet technology and more particularly to a radio frequency base on safety helmet for motorcycle which emit radio frequency and provides safety for all user who riding a bike.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Helmets and other protective headgear have evolved over the years.
Helmets have the primary function of protecting the head of a person from an injury that may be sustained while riding motorcycle. Moreover, as outdoor activities, have increased in popularity, the need emerged for even more specialized helmets. For example, as motorcycling have grown in popularity, so has the injuries resulting from accidents involving motorcycling. It is estimated that above 500000 people per year are admitted to hospital because of motorcycle related injuries.
In India, its mandatory to use helmet while riding motorcycle.
Helmets manufactures have increased safety features using various types of foams and hard plastic materials to reduce head trauma that occurs during accidents. The helmet requires a layer of stiff foam to cushion the blow by crushing.
Also, the helmet manufactures realize protective helmets can incorporate other safety features such as two-way and AM/FM radios, turn signals, rearview mirrors and other safety devices. Protective helmets with two-way communication systems are generally well known. Some of these well-known systems carry a transmitting unit within the helmet, but have the disadvantage of using an umbilical cord to a base unit. Such a unit
is not a complete and self-contained system. Other known units have an external antenna, are not protected from shock, and provide earphones which may completely cover the ear. Still other known units do not provide a proper cushioning for the electronics itself. Consequently, the electronics may be damaged from impact to the helmet.
Helmets having integrated electronics have been utilized for some time in work place and recreational settings. This helmet is for intercommunications between workers as well as between a central control room and other workers.
The most important thing is that, Indian Government is already investing to ads to aware the user to wear the helmet, this issue is shorted as soon as it comes under consideration.
Most of time it will provide the relief to traffic and also traffic police
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention can be actuated by using radio frequency. Basically there are two units installed within the system including Motorcycle and Helmet. The transmitter unit is installed in helmet which is a 12V, 27AE based radio frequency generator. When user clip the belt of the helmet, a circuit completes of transmitter and that emits radio frequency data packets on the antenna by signals mode of transmission,
When the frequency data packet signal receives in motorcycle by the receiver module, a relay is installed there on antenna packet data signal receives, close the circuit, electromagnetic field generated which allow to close the relay board and the relay board allow to engines signal to generate spark to start the motorcycle. As user unpin
the clip of helmet the receiver module stops the engine by stopping the spark that are connected to relay board.
No signals issues even in like rainy season, cloudy weather, fast driving and road tunnels.
As specially, we had already given a bypass system for those who have lost their helmet or any other reason to which their helmet are not generating the signals and to whom who are not using helmet like Punjabi (because of their religion fact).user can start the motorcycle by bypass in such a typical situation.
OBTECT OF THE INVENTION
A primary object of the invention is to provide an improved motorcycle safety helmet system with radio frequency. One significant object of the invention is that the actuating means for such a system should be wireless, direct, reliable and effective.
Another main object this invention is without clipping of helmet user can not started his motorcycle and the invention is that such a system should be easily installed and operated.

We Claim:
1. A safety helmet based on radio frequency comprising two units installed within the system including Motorcycle and Helmet. The transmitter unit is installed in helmet which is a 12V, 27AE based radio frequency generator. When user clip the belt of the helmet, a circuit completes of transmitter and that emits radio frequency data packets on the antenna by signals mode of transmission.
