Self Curing Heat Resistant Paint

Abstract: The present disclosure provides the HR paint composition which comprises resins, solvents, pigments and, additives and/or, the mixtures thereof. The composition provide protection against corrosion and has application inside the muffler on ERW-1 Exhaust inner tube or any parts where corrosion as well as heat resistance are applicable. The composition promotes self-curing by time and does not affect other parts accompanied on component which are susceptible to damage during heated curing of paint. It attains all required properties without heating. The paint composition is sustainable up to 550 °C without any corrosion of heated section of part.
