Specification

3.PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
COMPLETE
Following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
4. DESCRIPTION.
Technical field of invention:
The present invention in general relates to the filter assembly and more particularly relates to Semi Automatic Screen Filter device used for cleaning purpose.
Prior art
Conventional filter arrangements have been known wherein a backwash device is provided proximate an inlet side of a filter element in the filter arrangement. For instance, U.S. Pat. No. 4,085,051 to Kaminsky et al discloses a self-cleaning filter for separating solid particles from a liquid wherein a device for backwashing the filter element abuts the filter element and is rotated about a central shaft such that the filter element can be backwashed of any accumulated particles. However, the backwashing function requires a pressure differential between an inlet chamber and an outlet chamber of the filter apparatus due to the buildup of particulate matter on the inlet side of the filter elements.

The necessary pressure differential further requires the presence of a substantial amount of filtered fluid in the outlet chamber. Filtered fluid must be present at an outlet side of the filter to provide a liquid medium passing in a reverse direction through the filter to transport the particulate matter from the inlet side of the filter and into the backwashing device. However, such filtered fluid is not always present at the outlet side in the Kaminsky et al device. When filtering fluids have particles of a broad particle size distribution, it is inevitable that the filter element will become clogged before there is a sufficient amount of filtered fluid in the outlet chamber to facilitate the backwashing function.

U.S. Pat. 3,669,269 to Kinney disclose a filter apparatus having a rotating cylindrical strainer element and a stationary backwash chamber in contact with an inlet side of the strainer element. However, it appears that in this device, the outlet chamber within the strainer element must be substantially full of filtered fluid before the backwashing function will occur. Depending on circumstances, this does not necessarily always occur in the device.

In U.S. Pat. No. 2,039,467 a coil spring is attached to a handle mounted in the drain line before the trap and extends down into the drain.

In U.S. Pat. No. 2,454,884, a cleaning device is shown having a hand crank connected to an offset elongated scraper which rotates within the drain pipe.

U.S. Pat. No. 2,610,696 discloses a drain trap scraper wherein a flexible coiled wire is fixed at one end to a shaft that is rotated by hand or with a motor.

Existing filters, typically inefficiency, unsatisfactory work performance.

For the reasons stated above, there is a need in the existing prior art for a system and method which overcomes the drawbacks associated with the prior art.

Object:

1. The primary object of the present invention is to provide simple, easy to use semi-automatic screen filter used for cleaning purpose.

2. Another object of the present invention is to provide cost effective device that do not take up much space.
3. Another object of the present invention is to provide high efficiency semi-automatic filter.

Other objects, features and advantages will become apparent from detail description and appended claims to those skilled in art.

STATEMENT:

Accordingly the present invention relates to Semi Automatic Screen Filter device which is used for cleaning purpose. It comprises venturi, cartridge etc. Venturi injector is used for cleaning screen filter cartridge. A venturi is a device which creates vacuum when fluid flows through it.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING:

This invention is described by way of example with reference to the following drawing where
Figure 1 of sheet 1 shows diagram of venture,
Figure 2 of sheet 1 shows diagram of Semi Automatic Screen Filter device.

Detailed description:

The present invention is a semi-automatic cleaning, no manual replacement, cleaning filter, having compact and simple structure, easy modification, suitable for loading on small devices, do not take up space.

Semi Automatic Screen Filter device used for cleaning purpose mainly comprising of venturi, cartridge etc. A venturi is a device which creates vacuum when fluid flows through it. Venturi Injectors (Injectors) work by forcing water through a conical body, which initiates a pressure differential between the inlet and outlet ports. This creates a vacuum inside the injector body, which initiates dirt suction caught by Screen of filter through the suction port.
Best method of working of invention:
• Venturi injector is used for cleaning screen filter cartridge.
• Water flow passes through inlet of venturi injector and pressure differential created at sunction port.
• All dirt particles caught by screen, will suck due to vaccum effect created by venture injector.
• All particles pass through the venture injector and drain out from filter.

Additional advantages and modification will readily occur to those skilled in art. Therefore, the invention in its broader aspect is not limited to specific details and representative embodiments shown and described herein. Accordingly various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general invention concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims:I claim,

1. Semi automatic screen filter used for cleaning purpose comprises of venture and cartridge characterized in that venturi creates vacuum when fluid flows through it.

2. Accordingly as claimed in claim 1 wherein said Venturi Injectors (Injectors) work by forcing water through a conical body, which initiates a pressure differential between the inlet and outlet ports; creates a vacuum inside the injector body, which initiates dirt suction caught by Screen of filter through the suction port as described in figure 2 of sheet 1.
