Simple Lever Class 1 Automised Mechanism And Power Generation System Using The Same

Abstract: Simple lever class -1 automised mechanism for driving a generator comprising at least one simple lever class -1 comprising two hydraulic cylinder and piston rod assembly to move about an axis in any 360 degree circle direction, an actuator for applying the force by the hydra ulic cylinder and assembly in a direction of the simple lever class -1 and a drive arm between the at least one simple lever class -1 and the generator for transfer the energy between the simple lever class -1 and generator. The simple lever class -1 mounted with yoke, crank arm to connect the crank shaft the reciprocating motion of the simple lever class 1 force converted as rotational force by the crank shaft, gear box and to the gene rator to produce power.

Specification

The following specification describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

DESCRIPTION

Field of invention :

The present invention relates to a simple lever class -1 automised mechanism and power generation system using the same. In particular the present invention relates to a mechanism and method for converting the simple lever class -1 automised movement in to rotational movement in order to actuate device such as a generator.

Back ground of the invention :

Using the movement of the simple lever class -1 as a way of producing the work has been known from long ago years, now what has changed is the mean for maintaining the simple lever class -1 movement as well as the means to convert a substantially linear movement into a movement more radially adoptable for producing usefull work.

An energy generator with a simple lever class -1 added two hydraulic cylinder and piston rod to generate input power through the yoke, connecting rod and the crank shaft, the crank shaft with enough torque to coupled with the gear box to give the required rpm to the generator to produce the electricity.

Also the system provided with auto transfer switch to start up the system and once the power get into generated then it shift over the power generated by the machine itself to the hydraulic unit.

Summary of the invention :

Strongly there is provided the mechanism for driving a generator comprising at least one simple lever class -1 added with two hydraulic piston cylinder assembly to move about an axis of movement an actuator for applying a force in a direction of simple lever class -1 for atleast a portion of the simple lever class -1 and a device between the simple lever class -1 and the generator.

Also the mechanism can be designed a mechanism driving the crank shaft having 2,3,4,5,6 and infinite simple lever class -1 arrangement having angular velocities being substantially 360 degree of any angle and axis of dierction of rotation.

There is further provided two photo sensor at the two end of travel of the simple lever class -1 to limit the travel of the simple lever class -1, also provided flow, control regulator to determine the speed of the simple lever lever class -1 at the start up and the regular operation of the system.
