Abstract: Smart artificial intelligence enabled continuous circular juice extractor is the proposed invention. The proposed invention focuses on designing a circular juice extractor to support the extraction of large number of fruits simultaneously. The invention will separate the seeds from fruits and hence helps to improve the taste of the juice by removing the bitterness induced by seeds. The artificial intelligence unit will monitor for the proper functioning of various components. The IoT unit is used to alert the concerned persons in case of emergency.

Description:The present invention relates to the field of designing a circular juice extractor for extracting the juice of huge number of fruits or vegetables at a time. The proposed invention is designed to be smart since it is embedded with artificial intelligence techniques along with IoT to alert the concerned persons or supervisors in case of emergency.

[0002] A juicer, also known as a juice extractor, is a tool used to extract juice from fruits, herbs, leafy greens and other types of vegetables in a process called juicing. It crushes, grinds, and/or squeezes the juice out of the pulp. Some types of juicers can also function as a food processor. Most of the twin gear and horizontal masticating juicers have attachments for crushing herbs and spices, extruding pasta, noodles or bread sticks, making baby food and nut butter, grinding coffee, making nut milk, etc.
[0003] Juicing has become one of the hottest trends of the health market these days. There arises a need for a juicer that are used for industrial purposes along with automated techniques to help the supervisor of the machine to handle it with ease. Juicers have potential market value since health issues are on a toll now.
[0004] A number of different types of juice extractor systems that are known in the prior art. For example, the following patents are provided for their supportive teachings and are all incorporated by reference.

In one embodiment, the system is based on sets of interrelated domains and tasks, and employs additional functionally powered by external services with which the system can interact.
[0006] The proposed invention focuses on designing a circular juice extractor to extract the juice of numerous fruits at the same time. This will help to increase the productivity rate which is very much essential for large scale industries. The invention also includes the algorithms of Artificial intelligence to track and automate the processes of circular juice extractor.

[0008] In the view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known types of juice extractor systems now present in the prior art, the present invention provides an improved system. As such, the general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a new and improved smart circular juice extractor enabled with Artificial intelligence features that has all the advantages of the prior art and none of the disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
[0009] In the view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known types of juice extractor systems now present in the prior art, the present invention provides an improved one. As such, the general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a new and improved Artificial intelligence based circular juice extractor with Artificial intelligence techniques to monitor the condition of extractor 24*7 which has all the advantages of the prior art and none of the disadvantages.
[0010] The main objective of the proposed invention is to design and fabricate continuous juice extractor which is more effective and efficient. The various observation and extraction have been satisfied to an appreciable extent.
[0011] Yet another important aspect of the proposed invention is that in juice extractor usually the seeds used to get crushed along with the fruit and the juice would taste bitter. But now the proposed system is designed in such a way that the seeds and fibers will be separated from the juice and collected separately for disposal. This is achieved using a filter that is placed at the juice collector unit. This system does not need skilled workers to perform the job. The proposed design is user-friendly for the supervisor who is handling it. Also the productivity rate is increased.

[0018] The juice extraction machine mainly consists if a centralizing disc and squeezing disc for the lemons to be cut and squeezed. The slots for centralizing the lemons to be cut in the centralizing discs are made cut of SS-316 material and are mounted on a shaft housed inside the anti-friction bearing block, which is bolted to the main frame. The drive shaft is driven by a electric geared motors through a set of chain and sprocket. The sprocket is mounted on the drive shaft by means of key. The geared motor is mounted on a supporting plate, which in turn is bolted to the main frame. This supporting plate also provides stability to the machine.
[0019] The gap between the pair of centralizing disc, a stationary cutter made out of stainless steel is positioned by means of studs. A chute is provided at the top of the machine to feed the lemon to the disc. A collecting tray is provided at the bottom of the machine to collect the juice. All the contact parts pf the machine is made of stainless steel.
[0020] Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Before describing the detailed embodiments that are in accordance with the present disclosure, it should be observed that the embodiment resides primarily in combinations arrangement of the system according to an embodiment herein and as exemplified in FIG. 1
[0021] Figure 1 illustrates the schematic view of the smart artificial intelligence enabled continuous circular juice extractor 100. The proposed system 100 includes the tray 101 in which the lemons or any fruits for that matter whose juice or pulp has to be extracted are loaded. The knife 102 is used to cut the fruits into halves. The centralizing disc 105 is used to cut the lemons into four equal halves. The cam 106 is used to open or close the values to automate the process of circular juice extractor 100. The chutes 107 and 108 will support the smooth flow of raw materials across various components of the proposed system 100. The motor 116 is used to support the functioning of the juice extractor. The juice collection basin 115 will collect the juice extracted. The collection basin includes a filter 116 to filter off the seeds and fibers from the juice.
[0022] Figure 2 illustrates the front view of the smart artificial intelligence enabled continuous circular juice extractor 100. The proposed system 100 includes red and green LED lights i.e. 122 and 123 for indicating the running and halted condition of the machine 100 respectively. The display unit 124 will display the various parameters related to the proposed system such as the liter of juice collected, the quantity of fruits loaded into the tray 101.

Blades,
Circular rotator,
Artificial intelligence unit,
IoT unit,

2. Smart artificial intelligence enabled continuous circular juice extractor includes Blades, wherein the blades are designed to remove the seeds from fruit and extract the pulp of the fruit alone.
3. Smart artificial intelligence enabled continuous circular juice extractor includes circular rotator, wherein the circular rotator rotates in circular motion across the tray in which the fruits are organised. Thus, multiple fruits are cut and squeezed at the same time, thereby increasing the productivity rate.
4. Smart artificial intelligence enabled continuous circular juice extractor includes the artificial intelligence unit, wherein the artificial intelligence unit will be monitoring the functioning of all the components.

5. Smart artificial intelligence enabled continuous circular juice extractor includes LED lights, wherein the LED lights will glow green and red to indicate the condition of Normal functioning and error respectively.
6. Smart artificial intelligence enabled continuous circular juice extractor includes an IoT unit, wherein the IoT unit will alert the concerned persons as per the indications of Artificial intelligence unit.
7. Smart artificial intelligence enabled continuous circular juice extractor includes an alarm, wherein the alarm beeps to indicate the malfunctioning of the components of circular juice extractor.
8. Smart artificial intelligence enabled continuous circular juice extractor includes a filter, wherein the filter will separate the seeds and fiber from the juice extracted while storing it on collection basin.
