Soap Stamping System

Abstract: System (200) for stamping soap is disclosed. The system (200) comprises a two part die with a top moving part (202) and a bottom fixed part (204). The top moving part (202) and the bottom fixed part (204) house multiple die cavities (206) aligned sequentially. Further, the system (200) comprises a pick up unit (208) with suction cups (210) to pick soap bars from the multiple die cavities (206). Each of the multiple die cavities (206)is inclined at a predefined angle with respect to a horizontal axis of the two-part die to reduce overall effective length of the multiple die cavities by a predetermined value. The overall effective length may be cumulative of length of each of the multiple die cavities (206).

Specification

CLIAMS:1. A soap stamping system (200) comprising:
a two-part die with a top moving part (202) and a bottom fixed part (204), wherein the bottom fixed part (204) and the top moving part (202) house a plurality of die cavities (206) aligned sequentially; and
a pick up unit (208) with suction cups (210) to pick soap bars from the plurality of die cavities (206), wherein
each of the plurality of die cavities (206) is inclined at a predefined angle with respect to a horizontal axis of the two-part die (112) to reduce overall effective length of the plurality of die cavities (206) by a predetermined value, wherein the overall effective length is cumulative of a length of each of the plurality of die cavities (206).

2. The soap stamping system (200) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the predefined angle is from about 190 to 240.

3. The soap stamping system (200) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the predefined angle is 22.50.

4. The soap stamping system (200) as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of die cavities (206) is coated with a non-sticking material.

5. The soap stamping system (200) as claimed in claim 4, wherein the non-sticking material is Melton.

6. The soap stamping system (200) as claimed in claim 4, wherein the non-sticking material is Teflon.

7. The soap stamping system (200) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the predetermined value is from about 78 millimeter (mm) to about 83 mm.

8. The soap stamping system (200) as claimed in claim 7, wherein the predetermined value corresponds to length of a soap bar.

9. The soap stamping system (200) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom fixed part (204) houses 8 die cavities within a space for 7 die cavities due to the reduced overall effective length of the plurality of die cavities (206).

10. The soap stamping system (200) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pick up unit (208) houses 5 suction cups (210).
