Claims:1. A social networking system for enabling a collaborative interaction between leaders and people comprising:

a people interaction module configured to enable the people to interact with at least one of: leaders; political parties; aspirant leaders and political analysts; and share a people desired information;

a leader’s interaction module configured to enable the leader interact with at least one of: people, political parties, aspirant leaders and political analysts, and update on at least one of: conducting events, messages; and speeches;

a political party’s interaction module configured to enable the political parties directly communicate with at least one of: leaders, people, aspirant leaders and political analysts for knowing their problems; and sharing updating information;

an aspirant interaction module configured to search for aspirant leaders in required constituency; and enable the aspirant leader interact with at least one of: leaders, people, political parties and political analysts; and

a political analyst interaction module configured to enable the political analysts for writing the articles on social issues, political issues and share opinions with at least one of: leaders, people, aspirant leaders and political parties;

2. The system of claim 1, wherein an advertisements posting module configured to allow the leaders, parties, aspirants to post their at least one of: advertisements, wishes, posters and the like for supporting the people in petition resolution.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein a video conference module configured to provide a live connection between leaders, parties, people and aspirants in separate locations for the purpose of communication.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein a village module configured to enable village administration to be tracked and monitored by the elected village leaders and people by having their own village network community.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein the leader’s interaction module comprises:

a leader’s registration logic configured to transmit a leader’s registration information request; a leader’s profile creation logic configured to create a leader’s profile based on the plurality of mandatory elements;

a leader’s information updating logic configured to update at least one of: leaders schedule; and events; a leader’s information uploading logic configured to upload information of leaders;

a leader’s idea sharing logic configured to share ideas between leaders and people;

a feedback receiving logic configured to receive feedback from the people, supporters; and

a leader quick search engine configured to search directly for leader in a required constituency.

6. The system of claim 1, wherein the people’s interaction module comprises:
people registration logic configured to transmit a user’s registration information request by providing a plurality of data inputs;

a people profile creation logic configured to create registered user profile based on the plurality of mandatory elements;

a petition posting logic configured to receive petitions from the people for bringing these to the notice of leaders and officials;

a voice raising logic configured to enable the user to become citizen journalist by raising voice on a social cause;

an idea posting logic configured to post the ideas and views for sharing with others; and

a people quick search engine and a people custom search engine configured to search people in a required field.

7. The system of claim 1, wherein the political party’s interaction module comprises:
a party registration logic configured to transmit a party registration information request with providing a plurality of data inputs.

a party profile creation logic configured to create a profile of the party;

a party information updating logic configured to provide updates of party information;

an event information providing logic configured to provide a party conducting event information for supporting from others like peoples, followers and the like; and

10. A method for enabling a collaborative interaction between leaders and people, the method comprising:

enabling the people to interact with at least one of: leaders, political parties, aspirant leaders and political analysts of a particular constituency by a people interaction module, and share a people desire information;

enabling the leader interact with at least one of: people; political parties; aspirant leaders; and political analysts of the particular constituency and update on at least one of: conducting events, messages, speeches;

enabling the political parties directly communicate with at least one of: leaders; people; aspirant leaders; and political analysts for knowing their problems and sharing information;

enabling the aspirant leaders communicate with at least one of: leaders, and people by an aspirant interaction module, whereby the aspirant interaction module configured to search for aspirant leaders in required constituency; and

TECHNICAL FIELD

[001] The present disclosure generally relates to the field of social networking system. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a social networking system and method for enabling a collaborative interaction between leaders and people.

BACKGROUND

[002] In today’s world Social Media is playing a major role where people can build social relationships, interact with each other and share information in the form of text, photos or videos at any point in time. However, there is no platform which can provide means for social development, direct political interaction with people in strengthening the democracy while social relationships are built.

[003] Political parties and their leaders are looking for various ways to communicate with people to understand the pulse of the people before the electioneering by spending lot of time and money. The political leaders may play key role in social development and strengthening the democracy by connecting with the people regularly to understand their petitions, issues, problems and letting them know once the grievances are resolved in real time fashion.

[004] In the light of the aforementioned discussion, there exists a need for a social networking system and method for enabling a collaborative interaction between leaders and people.

The system includes a people interaction module configured to enable the people to interact with leaders, political parties, aspirant leaders and political analysts and share people desire information. A leader’s interaction module configured to enable the leader interact with people, political parties, aspirant leaders and political analysts, and update on conducting events, messages, and speeches. A political party’s interaction module configured to enable the political parties directly communicates with leaders, people, aspirant leaders and political analysts for knowing their problems and sharing updating information. An aspirant interaction module configured to search for aspirant leaders in required constituency and enable the aspirant leader interact with leaders, people, political parties and political analysts, and the system further comprises a political analyst interaction module configured to enable the political analysts for writing the articles on social issues, political issues and share opinions with leaders, people, aspirant leaders and political parties.

The present invention may be implemented in a computing device 104 and a system 102 connected over a network 106. The network 106 may include, but not limited to, an Ethernet, a local area network (LAN), or a wide area network (WAN), e.g., the Internet, or a combination of networks.

[021] The system 102 is configured to facilitate an interaction between the leaders and the people, and further share their ideas, thoughts, and problems with many other people and leaders and enable to conduct a poll, enquiry on social cause accordingly. The system 102 establishes a communication between people, leaders, political parties and aspirants, and the like, without limiting the scope of the disclosure.

[022] The computing device 104 is a user device configured to provide inputs to the system 102. Here the computing device 104 may include a computer, laptop, mobile, PDA (personal digital assistant) devices and the like without limiting the scope of the disclosure. The computing device 104 may be providing interaction between people, leaders, political parties and aspirants, and the like, without limiting the scope of the disclosure by using the system 102.

The system 102 comprises a people interaction module 110, a leader’s interaction module 112, a political party’s interaction module 114, an aspirant interaction module 116, a political analyst interaction module 118, a website creating module 120, advertisements posting module 122, a video conference module 124 and my village module 126.

[024] The people interaction module 110 is may be configured to enable the people to interact with the leaders, political parties, aspirant leaders and political analysts of their constituency directly, and share people desired information. The people desire information may include ideas, problems, petitions, photos, videos, and the like, on social cause without limiting the scope of the disclosure.

[025] The leader’s interaction module 112 may be configured to enable the leaders interact with the people, political parties, aspirant leaders and political analysts of their constituency directly and share their ideas for resolving the problems and the leaders may enable to update their events, deliver their messages, speeches to the people by using leader’s interaction module 112. Further the leader’s interaction module 112 may be configured to gather people support, opinion, and collect feedback from the people.

The method starts at step 802, wherein the leader may register with the system 102 using a leader’s registration logic. At step 804, the leader’s information updating logic allows to update leaders schedule, events and the like without limiting the scope of the disclosure. The updated information of the leaders may get maximum participants to their scheduled events and also may uploaded information of leaders may reach the people to gain followers and supporters. The leader’s idea sharing logic configured to share ideas between leaders and people which may be useful to the party and people at step 806. The leaders may receive feedback from the people, supporters and the like on shared ideas, conducted events at step 808.

The method starts at step 902, wherein the party registration logic transmits a party registration information request to the computing device. The party information updating logic provides updates of party information such as conducted events, programs, party meetings and the like for supporting from others like peoples, followers and the like without limiting the scope of the disclosure at step 904. At step 906, the opinion poll logic conducts poll on raised question which may be useful for knowing the opinion of people and followers. The interaction logic configured to provide an interaction between the party and people at step 908. Here the interaction may include but not limited to text chatting, video chatting and the like.
