I/We Claim;
1) A solid soap pre-mix composition comprising:
(a) total fatty matter having weight percentage in the range of 40 - 65 % with respect to the composition;
(b) at least one structurant having weight percentage in the range of 0.2- 5 % with respect to the composition;
(c) at least one benefit agent having weight percentage in the range of 0.001
- 0.1% with respect to the composition;
(d) at least one organic solvent having weight percentage in the range of 1%
- 4% with respect to the composition; and
(e) water having weight percentage in the range of 23 % - 30% with respect
to the composition.
2) The soap pre-mix composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the total fatty matter comprises at least one soluble soap C8 - C14, unsaturated fatty acid (Ci8:i, C20:i, C20:2), and combinations thereof, having a weight percentage in the range of 5 - 35 % with respect to the total fatty matter
3) The soap pre-mix composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one structurant is selected from the group consisting of sodium silicate, magnesium silicate, alumino silicate, calcium silicate, boro-silicate, boro-alumino-silicate, alumino-phospho-silicate, silica, and combinations thereof.
4) The soap pre-mix composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1-3, wherein the at least one benefit agent is a high molecular weight water soluble resin having molecular weight in the range of 30,00,000 to 70,00,000.
5) The soap-premix composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of glycerin, sorbitol, propylene glycol, and combinations thereof.
6) The soap-premix composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one organic solvent is glycerin.
7) The soap pre-mix composition as claimed in claim 1, optionally further comprises at least one non-soap surfactant having a weight percentage in the range of 1 - 5 % with respect to the composition.

8) The soap pre-mix composition as claimed in claim 7, wherein the at least one non-soap surfactant is selected from the group consisting of alpha olefin sulfonate, sodium lauroyl ether sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, and combinations thereof.
9) A process of preparing the soap pre-mix composition as claimed in claim 1, the process comprises:

(a) contacting the total fatty matter with either water or at least one organic solvent, to obtain a first mixture; and
(b) contacting the first mixture, at least one structurant, at least one benefit agent, at least one organic solvent, and water to obtain the soap pre-mix composition.

10) The process as claimed in claim 9, wherein contacting the first mixture, at least one structurant, at least one benefit agent, at least one organic solvent, and water is carried out at a temperature in a range of 75 - 95 °C to obtain the soap pre-mix composition.
11) The process as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first mixture has a water content in excess of at least 23 % with respect to the soap pre-mix composition.
12) A plodded soap obtained using the solid soap pre-mix as claimed in any one of the claims 1-8.
