Claims:1. A method for controlling quality of articles (108), comprising:
receiving the articles (108), within an inspection area (100), and inspecting the articles (108) against pre-determined criteria so as to meet quality standards;
periodically scanning the articles (108) for determining one or more defect attributes associated with printing and die-cutting processes performed on the articles (108); and
based on the scanning, notifying the one or more defect attributes associated with the printing and die-cutting processes.

2. The method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising halting production of the articles (108) when at least one of the determined one or more defect attributes is notified in three consecutive scanning cycles.

3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the notifying comprises notifying the one or more defect attributes by a quality checker.

4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the notifying comprises illuminating a colored light on an indicator (112), provided on a visual display board (102), against the one or more defect attributes.

5. The method as claimed in 1, wherein the scanning comprises comparing the articles (108) with a standard processed article.

6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the scanning is performed by at least one of the quality checker and a quality checking system.

7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the printing process comprises rotogravure printing.

8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the one or more defect attributes, associated with the printing process, comprises at least one of print mis-register, color variation, and unwanted marks.

9. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the die-cutting process comprises rotary die cutting.

10. The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the one or more defect attributes associated with die-cutting process includes at least one of print to crease, print to cut, cut to crease, embossing depth, crease formation, and uncut flap/rough cut.

11. The method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising determining one or more defect attributes associated with raw materials from which articles are to be processed.

12. The method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
randomly selecting one or more finalized articles from a batch of finalized articles;
determining defect attributes associated with the one or more randomly selected finalized articles; and
based on the determining, approving or rejecting the batch of the finalized articles.

13. A system for implementing the method as claimed in one of the preceding claims 1-12.
