Specification

India Government (vehicle act) making certain accessories compulsory on every bike sold in India,
Indian helmets rule is strictly enforced all over country and Helmets lock too should be provided to boost helmets use, According a report in Times of India justice (Madras high court) has directed the centre to issue directives to manufactures of 2 wheeler's that helmets LOCKS should be installed as a component and not an accessories. This will ensure that users have to worry about their helmets being stolen because of which they sometimes avoid using them.
Figure 1st:- Now In this Innovation helmet lock is to be fitted with the Back rest/Sheet handle grip of 2 wheelers. The helmet lock design changes according to the design of the Back rest/sheet handle. Figure 2 A,B,C,D ( shown the different views) When we require the helmet lock than placed the helmet over the rear sheet and covered with the bunch of chain net (Chains are covered with sleeves) and locked. After locked the helmet is arrest/sandwich in between the rear sheet of 2 wheeler and chain arrangement of the helmet lock. Figure 4th In 2nd case when we not required the helmet lock than unlock the lock and remove/pulled the chain arrangement over the helmet and put in the chain storage case of the helmet lock (It shown in Figure 5th shown).
Figure 6th:- These features enhance the applications of the back rest/sheet handle grip. We merged these 2 safety features in a single component Means back rest/sheet handle grip attachment also be used to LOCK the HELMET and also to provides the safety to bike/scooter and Enhance the application of Back rest/Sheet handle grip of 2 wheelers. The helmet lock design changes according to the design of the Back rest/sheet handle
In this technology a special innovative helmet lock is developed to lock the helmet by chain arrangement (Net type) and it is fitted with the back rest/sheet handle grip of the 2 wheeler. A hollow rectangular case is permanently fixed with back rest/sheet handle grip of the 2 wheelers. As shown in figure 7th The hollow rectangular case provides space to the chain/sleeve & locking arrangement (Net type) when the helmet lock not required. The tail end of the chain arrangement (Main chain) is to be connected with the bottom of the hollow case through rivet/ welding. The hollow case and its left & right legs (plates) with small shockers ( left & right) is attached/fitted with the back rest/sheet handle grip through hut & bolt/ Rivets or this innovative helmet lock directly mounted with the 2 wheeler body/frame in such a way it also use as the back rest/sheet handle grip. The shockers are attached with left and right sides of the plates (legs). It placed over the top of these plates (legs). The rear end of the chain arrangement is to be connected with the hollow case and the starting end of this chain arrangement is to be connected with the lock (locking arrangement).
As shown in Figure 2nd A The branching chains (with sleeves) are to be connected with the left and right shockers of helmet locking mechanism through the rivets. The length of the chain match with the dimensions of the helmets. The attached shockers enhance its utility if s provide the additional length to lock the helmet (different dimensions helmets) and it also be used to hold the helmet rigidly in between the chain arrangement and the rear sheet of the 2 wheeler . and many more.

AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 8Th The each branching chain is to be connected with the main chain through rivet/welded at it centre. Means starting and ending portions of these branching chains are connected with the shockers of the locking mechanism arms and the centre of these branching chains are to be connected with the main chain. All the chains are connected with each other and make the form of net with the chain/sleeve arrangement. Length of Net (chain with sleeve arrangement) is up to when it's easily locking thie helmet (when the helmet is placed on the rear sheet of the Bike/scooter). The length of Chain is matched with the dimensions of the helmet.
FIGURE 9th A special arrangement or 3rd shocker is also being connected with in the main chain. It is paced at the starting end of the main chain or behind the locking mechanism. It provides more flexibility to the locking chain mechanism. With the uses of these shockers the different dimensions (Shape/size) are easily locked in between the chain net arrangement and the sheet And it also be hold the helmet rigidly so that once the helmet lock than its rigidly placed over the sheet and Chain net arrangement (its cant permit the helmet to move here & there) and provides stability to this innovative helmet looking device. This shocker moves its rod outside when we pull it and if the release the forces over it than it automatically comes its initial position (inward) with the help of compressive spring. When the shocker rod moves outside than the attached spring compressed when the forces over it removes than its comes to initial position.
FIGURE 10Th Used Chains are covered with rubber/foam/Cloths material. This cover protects the helmet by sketches and eliminates noise and vibrations etc and also make it noise/vibration proof overall system.
