4. The surface-cleansing composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1-3, wherein the at least one first non-ionic surfactant is lauryl glucoside, and the at least one second non-ionic surfactant is polysorbate-80.
5. The surface-cleansing composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one acid is selected from a group consisting of citric acid, lactic acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, and combinations thereof.
6. The surface-cleansing composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one alcohol is selected from a group consisting of isopropanol, ethanol, and combinations thereof.
7. The surface-cleansing composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition further comprises at least one active selected from a group consisting of turpentine, isobornyl acetate, pine oil, camphor, diethylene glycol dibenzoate (and) dipropylene glycol dibenzoate, and combinations thereof.
8. The surface-cleansing composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one first non-ionic surfactant has a weight percentage in a range of 2 to 8% with respect to the
composition, and the at least one second non-ionic surfactant has a weight percentage in a range of 2 to 8% with respect to the composition.
9. The surface-cleansing composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one alcohol has a weight percentage in a range of 9 to 12% with respect to the composition.
10. The surface-cleansing composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one acid has a weight percentage in a range of 0.4 to 10% with respect to the composition.
11. The surface-cleansing composition as claimed in claim 7, wherein the at least one active has a weight percentage in a range of 0.1 to 2% with respect to the composition.
12. The surface-cleansing composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1-11, wherein the composition further comprises at least one excipient selected from a group consisting of color, chelating agent, and combinations thereof.
13. The cleansing composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1-12, is stable for a period in the range of 2- 3 weeks.
14. A process for preparing the surface-cleansing composition as claimed in claim 1, said process comprising:
a) obtaining the at least one first non-ionic surfactant;
b) obtaining the at least one second non-ionic surfactant;
c) obtaining the at least one acid;
d) obtaining the at least one alcohol; and
e) contacting the at least one first non-ionic surfactant, the at least one second non-ionic surfactant, the at least one acid, and the at least one alcohol, to obtain the composition.
15. A process for preparing the surface-cleansing composition as claimed in claim 12, said
process comprising:
a) obtaining the at least one first non-ionic surfactant;
b) obtaining the at least one second non-ionic surfactant;
c) obtaining the at least one acid;
d) obtaining the at least one alcohol;
e) obtaining the at least one active;
f) obtaining the at least one excipient; and
g) contacting the at least one first non-ionic surfactant, the at least one second non-ionic surfactant, the at least one acid, the at least one alcohol, the at least one active, and the at least one excipient, to obtain the composition.
