System And Method For Reclaiming Oil From Waste Plastics

Abstract: A waste plastics treating system for reclaiming oil by pyrolysis is disclosed. The system comprises of the reactor to receive waste plastic material along with a proportional amount of a catalyst to generate a liquid phase product. The mixture is separated into gasoline and diesel oil fractions according to the different temperatures needed. The gasoline vapor enters the condenser from the top of the rectification tower and condensed into a liquid phase and stored in the storage tank. Finally, the gasoline product is output through outlet. Similarly, the diesel vapor enters the condenser from the middle of the rectification tower and condensed into a liquid phase and stored in the storage tank. Finally, the gasoline product is output through outlet. A cooling medium is circulated through a cooling pipe to all heat exchangers.
