System For Detecting Defects In Mobile Devices

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system (100) for detecting anomalies in an electronic device. The system (100) includes a top panel (3), a bottom panel (4), and at least four side walls (5) forming an encapsulation. At least one top thin board (7) defined with at least on slit (9) is placed inside the encapsulation and at least one bottom thin board (8) 10 defined with at least one slit (10) placed below the at least one top thin board (7) inside the encapsulation. An image sensing element (1) is disposed inside a hole defined in the top panel (3). A plurality of light strips (6) is provided in each of the side walls (5) to illuminate the area covered by the electronic device. The image sensing element (1) is configured to capture images of the electronic device to facilitate in accurate 15 detection of defects in the electronic device.
