DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0012]
Hereinafter, describing the tag management device according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Figure 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the tag management apparatus 1 according to the embodiment.
Tag management device 1, as shown in Figure 1, CPU (Central Processing Unit) 101 , a user IF (Interface) 102, RFID module 103, antenna 104, ROM (Read Only Memory) 105, RAM (Random Access Memory) 106 , etc. It has the configuration. RFID module 103 has a function of transmitting and receiving wirelessly with the RFID tag signals having different frequencies. It shows a state in which the RFID module 103 and the antenna 104 are provided respectively only one tag device 1 in the example shown in FIG. However, not limited to such a configuration. Tag device 1, for different frequencies (frequency bands) may comprise one by one a set of RFID module 103 and the antenna 104. RFID module 103 of the same frequency or different frequencies, may be capable of reading a signal from a plurality of RFID tags. The user IF is connected, such as a touch panel or a button provided for example on the tag management apparatus 1. Tag management apparatus 1 may be a small apparatus to be able to carry the user.
[0013]
Figure 2 is a functional block diagram of a tag management device 1.
Tag management apparatus 1 is a signal detecting section 11 as shown in Figure 2, the tag judgment unit 12, comparing unit 13, writing unit 14, the tag information recording unit 15, warning information output section 16, the function of such tag information output section 17 It is provided. These functions by CPU101 of the tag management apparatus 1 reads and executes tag management program from the ROM105 etc. could be performed by the tag management apparatus 1.
[0014]
Signal detector 11 detects a signal transmitted from a plurality of different RFID tags.
Tag determination unit 12 determines the tag to be determined is, the read data from the RFID tags, which of the data write destination of the RFID tag.
Comparing unit 13 compares the data obtained from the read data from the RFID tag, and data acquired from the data write destination of the RFID tag.
The write unit 14, the data recorded on one data to read from the RFID tag is out of the two different RFID tags, and writes the data write destination RFID tag which is the other tag. The write unit 14, the data recorded in a certain RFID tag, may be replaced with data that is stored in a separate RFID tag.
Tag information recording section 15 records the data obtained from the read data from the RFID tag in the storage unit 20.
Warning information output unit 16 stores the data recorded in a plurality of read data from the RFID tag. Warning information output unit 16 compares the data that has been their storage, and a new newly acquired data recorded data to read data from the RFID tag obtaining the. Warning information output unit 16, data that has been their stores and outputs warning information if it is determined that they match with the newly acquired data. Warning information may be information indicating that the writing of data to read data from the RFID tag has already been completed for the data to read from the RFID tag.
Tag information output unit 17, and data acquired from the read source of the RFID tag, the data obtained from the write destination of the RFID tag is displayed on a monitor included via the user IF102 to the tag management device 1. If the tag information output unit 17 is a monitor such as a liquid crystal display, the tag information output unit 17 may display those data.
[0015]
To read data from the RFID tag described above, the data to be written to the data write destination of the RFID tag has already recorded, it is read original RFID tag of the data. You can read data from read data from the RFID tag just not data write destination of the RFID tag. Therefore, the read data from the RFID tag, the data to be written to the data write destination RFID tags already been recorded, defined as the read source of the RFID tag of the data. Hereinafter, the read data from the RFID tag old tag, and the data write destination of the RFID tag is referred to as a new tag.
[0016]
The old tags are already attached, such as, for example, in a container. Information for the old tag identifying the container has already been recorded. For example, information that has already been recorded in the old tag, the tag ID identifies the container, the position information is placed the container, may the like serial number of the old tag. The administrator installing a new tag that can be read the information in a new frequency to the container. That is, the frequency to be utilized to exchange new tag information is different from the frequencies utilized for the exchange of old tag information. The new tag to record the same information as the information that has been recorded in the old tag. The new tag may be recorded information converted on the basis of the information recorded in the old tag information. For example, information recorded in the old tag 3-digit tag ID (e.g., "123"), then converted to the 3-digit tag ID 5 digit tag ID (e.g., "00123"), the five-digit identification number may be written to the new tag. In the present embodiment can reduce the effort of the administrator when recording the conversion information based on the information or the information recorded in the old tag with the new tag.
[0017]
Figure 3 is a diagram illustrating a processing flow of tag management device 1.
Next will be described the processing of the tag management apparatus 1 in order.
Description will be given of a case where the container old tag (an example of first tag) is already installed. In this case, the administrator attaches a new tag (an example of a second tag) beside the old tag old tag for that container. For example, in a container yard where containers are installed many, attaching the new tag already for all necessary containers of container that old tag is attached. Then close the tag management apparatus 1 to the new tag and old tags some administrators container, an instruction of the reading start. As an indication of the reading start, for example, the administrator presses the reading start button displayed on the touch panel. Instruction to start reading the RFID module 103 is detected. Upon obtaining an instruction of the RFID module 103 start reading, reading the tag information recorded in the old tag and new tag using different frequencies (step S301).
[0018]
RFID module 103, the old tag transmits a signal including the tag information in response to reception of the signal of the frequency A, the new tag will be described in the case of transmitting a signal including the tag information in response to reception of a signal of frequency B . In this case, RFID module 103, and a read signal of the frequency A, may be sent to the read signal of the frequency B in order. RFID module 103, and the read signal of the RFID module 103 frequency A, may be sent to the read signal of the frequency B at the same time. RFID module 103, mutually different frequencies A and B signals, i.e., may retain the ability to obtain a signal emitted by the signal and a frequency B that originated on frequency A at the same time. Or, so that the signal of the signal and the frequency B of the frequency A is sequentially transmitted from each tag, each tag may be transmitting a signal using the algorithm for preventing the collision of the signal transmitted. Old tags and new tags may transmit a signal of the tag information in response to the read signal of the same frequency. Each tag in this case may be transmitting a signal using the algorithm for preventing the collision of the signal transmitted.
[0019]
Two tag information of the old tag and new tag acquired in RFID module 103 signal detection unit 11 acquires. Signal detection unit 11 when the two tag information at this point is not acquired is determined that either one or both of the old tags and new tag is abnormal, the tag information output unit 17 is the old tags and new may output information indicating that either or both of the tag is abnormal. Signal detector 11 outputs two tag information to the tag judgment unit 12. Tag determination unit 12 identifies the frequency of the signal each tag originated at the timing when the tag information is acquired. Tag judgment unit 12 by the frequency difference of the time of the acquisition of the tag information, the tag information that has been acquired, whether the tag information read from the old tag determines whether the tag information read from the new tag (step S302). Tag determination unit 12, and the tag information, the tag information is output to the comparator 13 and the tag identification information indicating whether the information of the information and the new tag of the old tag. The tag determination unit 12 outputs the information of the old tag to the tag information storage unit 15. Tag information recording unit 15 will record the tag information of the old tag in the storage unit 20.
[0020]
Tag judgment unit 12 timing (time, the same applies hereinafter) that has acquired the tag information difference tag or information tag information obtained from the new tag based on the, may determine whether the acquired tag information from an old tag. As a specific example, the timing of transmitting the signal of the signal and the frequency B of the frequency A after the start instruction RFID module 103 reading a description is given of the case where Oil predetermined. In this case, the tag judgment unit 12, based on the timing of the tag information is received, whether the received tag information tag information transmitted from the old tag, also determine whether outgoing tag information from the new tag good.
[0021]
Tag determination unit 12 based on the data content of the tag information, the obtained tag information may determine whether the acquired tag information from the tag information or new tag acquired from the old tag. For example, the tag judgment unit 12, a tag information information in a predetermined range of the tag information is stored may be determined that the tag information of the old tag. Tag determination unit 12 may determine the tag information information on the defined range is not stored with the tag information of the new tag. Tag determination unit 12, based on the system of the tag information, the obtained tag information may determine whether the tag information of the tag information or the old tag of the new tag.
Tag judgment unit 12 acquires the field strength of the signal received by the RFID module 103, based on the field intensity, or the obtained tag information tag information acquired from the tag information or new tag acquired from the old tag it may be determined. For example, due to signal transmission characteristics of the old tags and new tag, and the electric field strength of a signal transmitted from the electric field strength and the new tag of the signal transmitted from the old tag vary is assumed. Further, due to the attachment position of the tag Container may electric field intensity of the outgoing signal of each tag differs. In this case, for example, the old tag is pre-attached to the upper in the arrangement of the container, the new tag may be mounted below.
Tag determination unit 12 determines whether based on outgoing position of the specified signal based on a signal RFID module 103 receives tag information acquiring tag information is acquired from the tag information or new tag acquired from the old tag it may be. In this case, the tag judgment unit 12 may have a function of identifying a signaling position.
[0022]
Comparing unit 13 determines whether not they match by comparing the two tag information (step S303). If two of the tag information is not match already determined that writing the tag information of the old tag on the new tag. Thus, comparing unit 13 stops the process (step S304). Comparator 13 when the two tag information do not match, it is determined that the information of the old tag with the new tag is not written. For example comparing section 13 in the case the tag information of the new tag is in the initial state determines that the comparison result does not match. Comparing unit 13 outputs to the write section 14 the information of the old tag.
[0023]
Comparing unit 13 are two, i.e., may be output tag information of the old tag and new tag in the tag information output unit 17 (step S305). In this case, the tag information output unit 17 may display the two tag information on the touch panel. If the tag information output section 17 is a touch panel, the tag information output unit 17 may display the two tag information. The administrator may perform the write instruction of the tag information of the old tag to the new tag after confirming these tags information.
[0024]
The write unit 14 transmits with the frequency of the new tag write signal containing information of the old tag (step S306). Thus the new tag based on the write signal, writing the tag information of the old tag in the storage unit of its own tag. When signal used in the new tag and the old tag is the same frequency may become the information on the same old tags for both new tag and old tag is written by the write signal. It may be determined that contains invalid tag information to the new tag by the tag judgment unit 12. In this case, the writing section 14 may overwrite the tag information of the old tag in the tag information of the new tag.
[0025]
The write unit 14, the tag information of the old tag, after writing the new tag, instructs the RFID module 103 to acquire the information recorded in the new tag. RFID module 103 outputs the direct tag information writing unit 14 acquires the tag information from the new tag. Write unit 14 and the tag information written, to confirm the identity by comparing the contents of the tag information obtained from the new tag after the writing of the tag information. That is, the writing unit 14 determines whether the tag information read from the tag information and then the new tag is written to match. The write unit 14, if they match determined that it was possible to write the tag information of the old tag correctly, the process ends. The information that indicates whether the identity can be confirmed may be displayed on a touch panel.
[0026]
The write unit 14 for writing the data to the old tag, converts the tag information of the old tag to a new tag information, the converted tag information may be written to the new tag. In this case, the writing unit 14, for example, such as to generate a new tag information to add new information to the tag information of the old tag writes the generated tag information to the new tag.
[0027]
Before writing unit 14 to write the tag information of the old tag to a new tag, warning information output unit 16 may be to determine whether there is a problem with the tag information. Warning information output unit 16, it may be, if there is a problem with the tag information of the old tag output warning information. For example, the comparing unit 13 after the comparison of the two tag information and outputs the tag information of the old tag to warning information output 16. Warning information output unit 16 reads the tag information previously recorded in the storage unit 20 by the tag information record unit 15 from the storage unit 20. The warning information output unit 16 in the case of match by comparing them tag information and outputs the warning information such as a liquid crystal monitor, an instruction to stop writing to the write section 14. According to this process, it is determined that the tag information obtained from the old tag attached to the container in the past, the acquired tag information from an old tag of the new different containers are matched. Tag information contained in the old tag of the container have all different requirements. Therefore, when the tag information matches means that contain the same tag information to each old tag of different containers. Therefore, when such a warning information output unit 16 outputs the warning information. It may be included, such as the identification number of the positional information and the container of the identified container from the tag information in the warning information.
[0028]
Figure 4 is a diagram showing another configuration of the tag management device 1.
Tag management device 1, as shown in FIG. 4, at least, a signal detection unit 11 for detecting a signal transmitted from a different RFID tag, the data recorded in a different one to read data from the RFID tag of the RFID, it is sufficient that a writing unit 14 to write to the RFID tag of the other data write destination.
[0029]
