[Solution to the problem] A terminal according to the present invention includes an acquisition means to acquire sensor data  a storage means to store a policy table which defines a management policy for each sensor data or each service which uses the sensor data  and a control means to acquire the management policy corresponding to the sensor data or the service with reference to the policy table and to manage the sensor data on the basis of the management policy.
