Abstract: As we are aware that in India being a high population country, maintenance of peace and order is necessary. Population creates chance of nuisance. This Baton will help the police officials to prevent such nuisance. For collection of evidence through camera and voice recorder will be helpful to prove some guilty. Metal Detector and stun gun are the most important and valuable features of the Stick. Even a police light and siren is installed in the stick. Application software is designed which can track the location of the stick and the person carrying such stick.

Following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in
which it is to be performed.
4. DESCRIPTION.
Technical field of invention:
Present invention in general relates to design and development of a multi-purpose stick i.e. Baton for Police and other defence services.
Prior art:
A baton or truncheon is a roughly cylindrical club made of wood, rubber, plastic or metal. It is carried as a compliance tool and defensive weapon by law-enforcement officers, correctional staff, security guards and military personnel. In many cultures, they are highly symbolic of law enforcement and are rarely used with the intention to kill.
A baton or truncheon may be used in many ways as a weapon. It can be used defensively to block; offensively to strike, jab, or bludgeon; and it can aid in the application of armlocks.
Invention:
The Smart Baton i.e. a stick which has several features which will be helpful for the police forces and other military officials. The stick has following features in-build inside it:
1. Camera;
2. Voice Recorder;
3. Torch;
4. Metal Detector;
5. Stun Gun;
6. GPS;
7. Police Siren and Police Light.
Each feature is unique and adds extra efficiency of the stick.
Working:
The working of each feature of the stick is explained below:
a) Camera:
The Stick has 5 buttons, out of which one is for Camera. This means camera can be used whenever needed.
5 MP camera is installed which captures good quality visuals. The pictures clicked can be stored into a memory card or on cloud as well. Even video can be recorded. The camera captures night visuals as well.
b) Voice Recorder:
This feature is used whenever required and can be used as an evidence. Upto 20 mtrs of range voice can be recorded.
c) Torch:
Another button of the stick can be used for a torch to operate. In-build there will be high efficiency light for better visuals upto 100 mtrs wide range. With a massive 5 hrs battery back up it can easily detect an object in the night.
d) Metal Detector:
A push to on feature is installed for metal detector. Another important feature of the stick which can detect the metal weapon upto 5 mm distance with the battery back up of 2 hrs.
e) Stun Gun:
A push to on feature is installed for Stun Gun to operate. This feature is used to give a high voltage current up to 210V. Usage of this feature is usually used to control mob and distract the protestors.
f) GPS:
This is the most essential feature of the stick. This feature will help to track the
location of the policemen. How does this works?
An Application software is designed which will help to trace the location of the
stick.
g) Police Light and Police Siren:
The last feature of the stick is a police light and a siren installed in it. As an essential element to control any suspicious activity. This works through a button whenever required just a push of button is required on the stick.
All the above are the elements installed in the stick. The stick is required to be charged by a charge for its continuous un-interrupted working of the same.
ADVANTAGES:
Each feature of the stick has its own advantage. This Baton is a complete
package to be used police and other defence officials.
This Baton will overall help in enforcement of law, protect life and human
rights. Promotion and Preservation of public order and Prevent & control
terrorist activities, militant activities and other situations affecting internal
security.
Camera and voice recording can be used as an evidence to prove guilty to the
person creating nuisance.
STATEMENT:
Accordingly following invention provides a baton which is very useful for all the police forces and military officials. Baton is hard and can be used to hit as well. The preferred embodiment mainly comprises of hard hallow material rod, LED bulb, GPS, stun gun, metal detector, camera, voice recorder and police light and siren etc.
CLAIMS
I claim:-a) A baton comprising has an inbuild elements comprising of LED bulb for providing light in night, GPS, for traceability purpose, compass, sensors, radium rechargeable battery. Charging socket, Stun Gun, Metal Detector, charging socket, Camera with voice recognition.
b) The stick as claimed in claim 1 consists of a LED bulb which provides sufficient light intensity and is connected with the battery and is fitted in handle.
c) The stick as claimed in claim 1 consists of a microchip for metal detection purpose mounted in the inner bottom material.
d) The stick as claimed in claim 1 consists of a ready GPS system mounted at the top of the stick so that it can be traced online through provided web access.
e) The stick as claimed in claim 1 consists of a stun gun.
f) The stick as claimed in Claim 1 consists of Camera to capture the visuals.
The stick as claimed in Claim 1 consists of Police Light and Police Siren.
