The present invention is related to THERMAL AND DENT RESISTENT BOWL, which is primarily a Utensil Bowl for keeping solid, liquid and feeding.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Bowl are used for keeping .storing and handling solid , liquid and feeding , and the same are made of different materials like brass, copper, stainless steel and plastic etc..
One of the primary drawback of all these bowls and utensils are that they are neither thermal resistant nor dent proof, resulting in loss of temperature , mishandling , difficulty in handling and deformation of the shape of bowl due to day to day usage .
In the above background the present THERMAL AND DENT RE$ISTENT BOWL has been invented, to overcome shortcomings of the conventional bowls. In the present invention several disadvantages and problems associated with Bowl have been substantially reduced or eliminated.
In the present invention the bowl has been made of two layers , an inner metal layer casing and an outer plastic layer covering The bowl is in made be combining two lawyers of same preformed shapes as more specifically described in Figure 1 , 2 & 3 .
Figure 1 shows the conventional bowl.
The inner layer is preferably made of inner stainless steel or any other food grade non rusting metal, top edges of which are pressed and molded out words , to be used for locking cum sealing the outer layer with the upper edges , also coming outward . (Figure 2)
The outer layer is made of plastic or any other temperature resistant material , which is of the same shape as that of the inner metallic layer, except that the dimensions of the outer layer are slightly more then the inner metallic layer. (Figure 3)
Figure 4 is a schematic drawing in which Upeer Layer and Inner Layer ,i.e. the Figure 2 of stainless steel pressed and fixed inside the plastic body i.e Figure 3 . The plastic body is acts as a heat resistance layer acting as an insulating layer Once the inner metallic layer and the outer plastic layer are joined together by placing the inner metallic bowl inside the outer plastic bowl, as shown in Figure 4, the edges of both the outer plastic bowl and inner metallic bowl meet, and thereafter the outer edges of inner metallic bowl are folded downward and thereafter inward, so as to permanently join the inner metallic layer and the outer plastic layer, by sealing and temper proof locking, thereby creating a hollow or gap trapping and maintaining the temperature, as shown in Figure 5.
Preferred embodiments of the invention and its advantages are best understood by referring to Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figure 5 of the drawings.
This formation of the two layer Utensil leads to following advantages. It makes the inner stainless body dent-proof by giving strength . The two layer of body of the utensil makes its temperature proof, because of the outer plastic body the utensil become easy to handle even in a extreme temperatures as the outer body acts as heat resistance layer. The loss of temperature of food kept the utensil also reduces because of the outer layer acting as an insulation. The handling of the Utensil also becomes easy.

I Claim
1. An improved two layered thermal and dent resistant utensil
bowl, comprising inner metallic layer and outer thermal
resistant layer made from plastic or any other similar
compound, compressed and fixed together by interlocking top
edges of inner metallic layer and outer layer.
